| 1 | Atmospheric Corrosion of Copper Exposed in a Simulated Coastal-Industrial Atmosphere显示文摘The corrosion behavior of copper exposed in a simulated coastal-industrial atmosphere has been investigated using weight loss measurement, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, potentiodynamic polarization and in-situ electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) with micro-distance electrodes.The results show that corrosion kinetics follows the empirical equation D = Atn. The main corrosion products are composed of Cu_2O, Cu_2Cl(OH)_3 and Cu_4Cl_2(OH)_6. A two-layer structure comprising a loose outer layer and a compact inner layer forms the corrosion products during corrosion process. | 2 | Exosomal LINC00355 derived from cancer-associated fibroblasts promotes bladder cancer cell proliferation and invasion by regulating miR-15a-5p/HMGA2 axis显示文摘We have previously demonstrated that exosomes derived from cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)promote bladder cancer(BC)cell proliferation and invasion by transferring LINC00355.In this study,the molecular mechanisms underlying the pro-bladder cancer action of exosomal LINC00355 were explored.CAFs were obtained from BC tumor tissues,and normal fibroblasts(NFs)were obtained from adjacent normal tissues.Human BC cell lines(T24 and 5367)were incubated with NF-Exo(exosomes from NFs),CAF-Exo(exosomes from CAFs),CAFsi-Ctrl-Exo(exosomes from si-Ctrl-transfected CAFs),and CAFsi-LINC00355-Exo(exosomes from si-LINC00355-transfected CAFs).BC cell proliferation and invasion were evaluated by MTT and Transwell assays,respectively.The interaction between miR-15a-5p and LINC00355 or HMGA2 was examined by online bioinformatics analysis and luciferase activity assay.Results showed that HMGA2 is a direct target of miR-15a-5p,and LINC00355 functions as a sponge of miR-15a-5p to upregulate HMGA2 expression.The promoting effects of CAF-Exo on HMGA2 expression,cell proliferation,and cell invasion were hindered when LINC00355 expression was inhibited in BC cells.These promoting effects were also hindered when miR-15a-5p was overexpressed or HMGA2 was silenced in BC cells.In conclusion,exosomal LINC00355 derived from CAFs promotes BC cell proliferation and invasion by regulating miR-15a-5p/HMGA2 axis. | Yangyang Zhang Guangyue Luo Shinian You Ligang Zhang Chaozhao Liang Xianguo Chen | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,6: | 4 |
| 3 | A design study on the CSNS LEBT pre-chopper显示文摘The China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) front end incorporates a pre-chopper in the Low Energy Beam Transport line (LEBT) that will remove a 530 ns section of beam at approximately 1 MHz rate, which is the RF frequency of the ring at injection. It's one of the most critical devices for properly controlling the injecting beam loss. Physical designing of the pre-chopper is carried out, and the RFQ itself is used as the beam dump of the chopper system. In order to examine the reliability of the pre-chopper design, the beam study of a similar chopper system is successfully performed. | 4 | The R&D status of DTL for CSNS显示文摘The China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) is a spallation neutron research facility being built at Dongguan in Guangdong Province. The 324 MHz Alvarez-type Drift Tube Linac will be used to accelerate the H- ion beam from 3 to 80.0 MeV with peak current 15 mA. The R&D of a prototype structure at the low energy section of DTL is taking place at IHEP. The first unit tank ~2.8 m in length and 28 drift tubes containing electromagnetic quadrupoles are developed. The SAKAE coils are applied in the fabrication of the electromagnetic quadrupoles. This paper introduces the R&D status of the tank and 28 drift tubes. | 16 | Study on the fringe field effect of quadrupoles for CSNS MEBT显示文摘Background Medium energy beam transport(MEBT)of the China Spallation Neutron Source matches the beam from RFQ to DTL.It is found in the beam commissioning that the fringe field effect of quadrupoles in MEBT has a great influence on matching.Purpose The aspect ratio of the quadrupoles is 1.67,which induces a strong fringing field effect,and the hard-edge model used in the design needs to be improved.Methods The slicing model was performed,and the accuracy of the quadrupole model was improved.Furthermore,to use the improved model online,based on the premise that the integral field of the quadrupole magnet remains unchanged,an equivalent transfer matrix was worked out to make the beam parameters consistent with the slicing model in the simulation.Results and conclusions In the machine study,with the new model,the beam parameters at the RFQ exit were measured,which is much closer to the RFQ design value.The MEBT lattice was redesigned based on the equivalent transfer matrix.With the new matched MEBT,the transmission rate of DTL reached 99.5%in the beam commissioning,which is increased by a factor of 3%. | Xibao Luo Jun Peng Shinian Fu Sheng Wang | 2023 | Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2023,7,1: | 0 |

| 18 | Ce-Ti catalysts modified with copper and vanadium to effectively remove slip NH_(3) and NO_x from coal-fired plants显示文摘In this work,V/Ce-Ti catalysts were modified with different kinds of transition metals(Cu,Fe,Co,Mn) by sol-gel and impregnation methods.The NH_(3) oxidation performance of them was tested to select the most active catalyst in NH_(3)-selective catalytic oxidation(NH_(3)-SCO).The effect of NO,SO_(2) and H_(2)O was also investigated.The experimental results indicate that 1% Cu-V/Ce-Ti catalyst exhibits the most significant ability to remove slip ammonia discharged from coal-fired plants and its NH_(3) conversion efficiency reaches90% at 300℃.In additio n,97% NO_x can be removed when NO is introduced in the gas.Cu-V/Ce-Ti catalyst also obtains good resistance to H_(2)O and SO_(2).Based on the characterization experiment,the introduced Cu and V are highly dispersed on Ce-Ti catalyst and they can increase the redox properties and the number of acidic sites.Besides,the redox cycles among Cu,V and Ce species on Cu-V/Ce-Ti catalyst surface are conducive to generating more active oxygen and promoting the oxidation capacity of the catalyst. | Wenjie Liu Yifei Long Shinian Liu Yongyan Zhou Xin Tong Yajie Yin Xiaoyi Li Kang Hu Jiangjun Hu | 2023 | Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,7: | 0 |
