| 1 | A GTD model and state space approach based method for extracting the UWB scattering center of moving target显示文摘Movements of the scattering center on the condition of ultra-wideband(UWB)will impact the extraction of parameters.This paper presents an approach for extracting the moving targets'UWB scattering center parameters based on the geometrical theory of diffraction(GTD)model and the state space approach. Firstly,the UWB GTD scattering model is transformed into state-space equations in order to estimate the range and range rate through the singular value decomposition.Secondly,the type parameter in the whole bandwidth is indicated dimension-reducedly by orthonormalized basis and estimated by traversal algorithm and minimumnorm algorithm.Finally,the intensity of scattering center is worked out based on the least square method.The paper provides the Cramer-Rao bound(CRB)for parameter estimation.The effectiveness of the approach is verified by computer simulation.The approach can estimate range,range rate,reflection intensity and type parameter simultaneously in order to improve the track of scattering centers and the target identification. | WANG Jun WEI ShaoMing SUN JinPing MAO ShiYi | 2011 | Science China(Information Sciences)2011,54,1: | 11 |
| 2 | On the TOPS mode spaceborne SAR显示文摘TOPS (terrain observation by progressive scans) is a recently proposed SAR mode for wide swath acquisition, which aims at achieving the same coverage and resolution as the SCAN mode besides creating scalloping-free images. In this paper, a general SAR imaging model used in TOPS and other SAR modes is introduced, where the antenna sweep rate, Doppler centroid rate, illumination time and azimuth resolution are described by a parameter defined as the 'mode factor'. After analyzing the characteristics of TOPS signal, an algorithm based on chirp-z transform is proposed, in which a new de-rotation function is used. | 4 | Method of moving target detection based on sub-image cancellation for single-antenna airborne synthetic aperture radar显示文摘The method of moving target detection based on subimage cancellation for single-antenna airborne SAR is presented.First the subimage is obtained through frequency processing is pointed out.The imaging difference of a stationary objects and moving object in the subimage based on the frequency division is analyzed from the fundamental principle.Then the developed method combines the shear averaging algorithm to focus on the moving target in the subimage,after the clutter suppression and the focusing position in each subimage is obtained. | 11 | The Stevens law and the derivation of sensory perception显示文摘The Stevens law,S=kI^(n),is commonly accepted as a landmark achievement in the field of sensory psychophysics and has been widely applied in food sensory research.The theory effectively links the two parameters of very different nature,the intensity of sensory perception(S)and the intensity of physical stimulus(I).However,the Stevens law suffers from two major drawbacks.The equation was self-inconsistent in terms of the units,which makes equation questionable in principle.The Stevens law was also found inapplicable when multiple physical stimuli are involved in the perception of a sensory attribute.To solve the first drawback,we propose to replace the absolute stimulation intensity in the Stevens law with a relative intensity,S=k(I/I_(0))^(n).The modified Stevens law becomes self-consistent when both sides of the equation are dimensionless and the theory is applicable regardless of the unit of the physical stimulus.To solve the second drawback,a concept of sensory derivation is introduced and so sensory properties can be categorized as primary sensory and derived sensory.The former can be described effectively by the Stevens law,while description of the latter is beyond the applicability of the Stevens law because of the involvement of multiple sensory stimuli or multi level sensory derivation.Furthermore,a sensory hierarch is constructed with sensory perception of different nature at different levels,including the primary sensory at the basic level and derived sensory perception at progressing levels.The modified Stevens law provides a self-consistent model for psychophysical analysis of sensory perception.The proposed sensory hierarchy helps to streamline sensory terms and attributes and may be used as a useful guide in establishing instrumental analysis of sensory perception. | Jianshe Chen Shiyi Tian Xinmiao Wang Yuezhong Mao Lei Zhao | 2021 | Journal of Future Foods2021,1,1: | 1 |

| 19 | SIDE-LOOKING ECHO DATA TRANSFORM TO SQUINT MODE SAR IMAGING显示文摘Nowadays the side-looking SAR echo data can be obtained easily from the commercial channel, while that of other SAR imaging modes such as squint, spotlight are difficult to be acquired. This paper presents a new scheme to transform the side-looking returns to squint ones, in a direct and an indirect approach respectively. Direct transformation uses the data with a wide azimuth beam angle. The maximum of the required squint angle is limited under several degrees. Squint data under indirect transformation can be obtained by adding a platform velocity along slant range according to the required squint angles. Then the squint data is determined by the angle between the new forward velocity and line-of-sight direction. This method results in higher squint angle compared with the first one. Verification shows the feasibility of these approaches with illustration of side-looking E-SAR raw data processing. | 20 | Optimal Approach to SAR Image Despeckling显示文摘Speckle filtering of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images while preserving the spatial signal variability (texture and fine structures) still remains a challenge. Many algorithms have been proposed for the SAR imagery despeckling. However,simulated annealing (SA) method is one of excellent choices currently. A critical problem in the study on SA is to provide appropriate cooling schedules that ensure fast convergence to near optimal solutions. This paper gives a new necessary and sufficient condition for the cooling schedule so that the algorithm state converges in all probability to the set of globally minimum cost states.Moreover, it constructs an appropriate objective function for SAR image despeckling.
