2SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF PHENOTHIAZINE-BASED PPV-TYPE COPOLYMERS CONTAINING FLUORENE AND THIOPHENE MOIETIES显示文摘Copolymers of fluorene-co-phenothiazine (P1) and thiophene-co-phenothiazine (P2) were prepared respectively by Wittig reaction. The synthesis, photo-physical and electroluminescent properties of the resulting polymers were analyzed by FT-IR, GPC, 1H-NMR, UV-Vis, Photoluminescence (PL), Electroluminescence (EL) and Cyclic Voltammetry (CV). Their single layer devices with configuration of ITOpolymersCaAl were studied. GPC results revealed the weight-average molecular weight (Mw) was 3.0×103 and 5.4×103, respectively. The device with a single layer structure of ITOP1CaAl emits green light with the maximum peak at 552nm. 3SYNTHESIS OF NEW POLY (p-PHENYLENEVINYLENE) DERIVATIVES WITH IMPROVED SOLUBILITY显示文摘PPV-based copolymers with cyano group in the main chain have been synthesized by Wittig-type polycondensation of alkoxy-substituted dialdehydes and 4,4’-bis(cyanomethyl)-substituted diphenyl ether: [―C6H4―O―C6H4―C(CN)(CH―C6H2(OR)2―C(C(CN)―]n (POPPV). The copolymers are highly soluble in common solvents and their super highly transparent homogeneous thin films can be formed by spin coating directly without heat treatment. The chemical structures are determined by NMR and IR spectroscopys and evaluated using photoluminescence, gel-permeation chromatography (GPC) and DSC (or TGA) methods. 4Annealing Effect of ZnO on the Performance of Inverted Organic Photovoltaic Devices显示文摘ZnO nanoparticles films were prepared via sol-gel process and incorporated into inverted organic photovoltaic devices with a structure of ITO/ZnO/P3HT:PCBM/MoO_3/Ag,in which ZnO film served as an electron selective layer.The effects of annealing temperature of ZnO film on the device performance were investigated.When the annealing temperature was 300 ℃,a well-arranged ZnO thin film was obtained,and the optimized device had doubled short circuit current density(J_(SC)) and seven-fold higher power conversion efficiency(PCE)compared to the devices without ZnO film.This improvement could be attributed to the enlarged interfacial area of ZnO/active layer and better energy band matching which causes an efficient electron extraction and a decreased interface energy barrier.At particularly high annealing temperature,dramatically increased sheet resistance of indium tin oxide(ITO) was found to cause PCE deterioration.Our finding indicates that it is highly important to investigate both morphology and electrical effects for understanding and optimizing organic photovoltaic(OPV) performance.Wenjing Qin Guojing Ding Xinrui Xu Liying Yang Shougen Yin 2014Journal of Materials Science & Technology2014,30,2:0
