1The Separate Meter in Separate Meter Out Control System Using Dual Servo Valves Based on Indirect Adaptive Robust Dynamic Surface Control显示文摘Due to the demand for energy efficiency in electro-hydraulic systems, the separate meter in and separate meter out(SMISMO) control system attracts vast attention. In this paper, the SMISMO control system was configured with two servo valves to control the meter in and meter out separately.By designing two of the proposed indirect adaptive robust dynamic surface controllers(IARDSC)for the working-side and off-side system and setting the coupled items as estimated parameters, the SMISMO control system was decoupled into two subsystems completely. Here, indirect adaptive robust control(IARC) was employed to address the internal parameter uncertainties and external disturbances.Dynamic surface control(DSC) was utilized in the backstepping design procedure of IARC to deal with the inherent ‘explosion of terms' problem. As thus, the proposed IARDSC could simplify the design procedure, decrease the computational cost, and achieve an improved control performance in practical use. 2High-adaption locomotion with stable robot body for planetary exploration robot carrying potential instruments on unstructured terrain显示文摘There is a strong demand for Planetary Exploration Mobile robots(PEMRs)that have the capability of the traversability,stability,efficiency and high load while tackling the specialized tasks on planet surface.In this paper,an electric parallel wheel-legged hexapod robot which has high-adaption locomotion on the unstructured terrain is presented.Also,the hybrid control framework,which enables robot to stably carry the heavy loads as well as to traverse the uneven terrain by utilizing both legged and wheeled locomotion,is also proposed.Based on this framework,robot controls the multiple DOF leg for performing high-adaption locomotion to negotiate obstacles via Gait Generator(GG).Additionally,by using Whole-Body Control(WBC)of framework,robot has the capability of flexibly accommodating the uneven terrain by Attitude Control(AC)kinematically adjusting the length of legs like an active suspension system,and by Force/torque Balance Control(FBC)equally distributing the Ground Reaction Force(GRF)to maintain a stable body.The simulation and experiment are employed to validate the proposed framework with the physical system in the planetary analog environments.Particularly,to smoothly demonstrate the performance of robot transporting heavy loads,the experiment of carrying 3-person load of about 240 kg is deployed.Kang XU Shoukun WANG Junzheng WANG Xiuwen WANG Zhihua CHEN Jinge SI 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,5:3
3Thermodynamic Study on Process in Copper Converters(The slag-making stage)显示文摘The so-called Goto’s model was modified by introducing a parameter of the oxygen efficiency from industrial trials, as well as the selected and newly re-assessed thermodynamic data. The application of the model to copper converters in Guixi Smelter has been carried out by the combination of thermodynamic calculations with the mass and heat balance using the plant data obtained in industrial trials for many heats. For the slag-making stage, good agreements have been reached betWeen the calculated and measured temperature, blowing time as well as the contents for main elements in the matte and the slag. Relativel}’’ large deviations for contents of Zn and Pb in the slag may be caused by the complex chemical composition of the real molten slag, which ma}; result in a large difference of γzn. and γPb,adopted with their real values. 4Thermodynamic Study on Process in Copper Converters (The Copper-making Stage)显示文摘Theoretical calculations were based on thermodynamic equilibrium in the multi-component and multi-phase system with heat and mass balance as well as the oxygen efficiency to take account for the effects of process kinetics. The variations of temperature, mass fractions of dissolved oxygen and sulfur in blister copper, partial pressures for O2, S2, SO2 in gas phase for the copper-making stage were calculated. The model predicted temperature, time of blowing as well as mass of the blister copper at end points for 6 heats showed a fairly good agreements with corresponding plant data. The calculated content of 0.065% and content of 0.87% in blister copper were both at reasonable levels. 5Investigation on the Copper Content of Matte Smelting Slag in Peirce-Smith Converter显示文摘The copper contents and its existing forms in the slags during the slag-making stage of Peirce-Smith converters in Guixi Smelter, Jiangxi Province, China have been investigated. The investigation was based on plant trials with the corresponding thermody-namic calculations and kinetic considerations. From the plant data, the total copper content in the slags was in the range of 2% to 8 % (mass fraction). The mechanical entrainment of matte drops has been found to be the main cause of the copper loss. The suspension index, defined as the ratio of the mass fraction of copper in suspended matte drops in the slag to that in bulk of the matte phase, has been adopted to quantify the matte entrainment. The values of this parameter estimated in this work have been found mainly within a range of 2.5%-8.0%. 6Solid Solution Sm_(1+x)Ba_(2-x)Cu_3O_y and Effect of Quench Temperature on SmBa_2Cu_3O_y显示文摘By X-ray powder diffraction technique and oxygen content analysis, a solid solution Sm1+xBa2-xCu3Oy has been determined in the range 0≤x≤0.4. When x<0.25. the Sm1+xBa2-xCu3Oy presents orthorhombic symmetry, and the orthorhombic-tetragonaJ transition ocCurs at x = 0.25. With the increase of x, TC decreases and finally breaks. 7Mining salt stress-related genes in Spartina alterniflora via analyzing co-evolution signal across 365 plant species using phylogenetic profiling显示文摘With the increasing number of sequenced species,phylogenetic profiling(PP)has become a powerful method to predict functional genes based on co-evolutionary information.However,its potential in plant genomics has not yet been fully explored.In this context,we combined the power of machine learning and PP to identify salt stress-related genes in a halophytic grass,Spartina alterniflora,using evolutionary information generated from 365 plant species.Our results showed that the genes highly co-evolved with known salt stress-related genes are enriched in biological processes of ion transport,detoxification and metabolic pathways.For ion transport,five identified genes coding two sodium and three potassium transporters were validated to be able to uptake Na?.In addition,we identified two orthologs of trichome-related AtR3-MYB genes,SaCPC1 and SaCPC2,which may be involved in salinity responses.Genes co-evolved with SaCPCs were enriched in functions related to the circadian rhythm and abiotic stress responses.Overall,this work demonstrates the feasibility of mining salt stress-related genes using evolutionary information,highlighting the potential of PP as a valuable tool for plant functional genomics.Shang Gao Shoukun Chen Maogeng Yang Jinran Wu Shihua Chen Huihui Li 2023aBIOTECH2023,4,4:0
8Development Status of Grape Industry in Wuhan City and Recom-mendations显示文摘Since the beginning of grape cultivation in the 1980 s in Wuhan City,the grape industry has shown a steady growth trend. Through the survey of the local grape industry,it found out the regional distribution,scale and benefits of the grape,as well as the variety structure and cultivation management mode. It analyzed main problems in the grape production,including low degree of organization,concentrated maturity,low rate of good fruit,small cultivation scale,and low labor-saving and high-efficiency cultivation technologies.
