| 2 | Direct laser patterning of two-dimensional lateral transition metal disulfide-oxide-disulfide heterostructures for ultrasensitive sensors显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)heterostructures based on the combination of transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)and transition metal oxides(TMOs)have aroused growing attention due to their integrated merits of both components and multiple functionalities.However,nondestructive approaches of constructing TMD-TMO heterostructures are still very limited.Here,we develop a novel type of lateral TMD-TMO heterostructure(NbS2-Nb2O5-NbS2)using a simple lithography-free,direct laser-patterning technique.The perfect contact of an ultrathin TMO channel(Nb2O5)with two metallic TMDs(NbS2)electrodes guarantee strong electrical signals in a two-terminal sensor.Distinct from sensing mechanisms in separate TMOs or TMDs,this sensor works based on the modulation of surface conduction of the ultrathin TMO(Nb2O5)channel through an adsorbed layer of water molecules.The sensor thus exhibits high selectivity and ultrahigh sensitivity for room-temperature detection of NH3(ΔR/R=80%at 50 ppm),superior to the reported NH3 sensors based on 2D materials,and a positive temperature coefficient of resistance as high as 15%–20%/℃.Bending-invariant performance and high reliability are also demonstrated in flexible versions of sensors.Our work provides a new strategy of lithography-free processing of novel TMD-TMO heterostructures towards high-performance sensors,showing great potential in the applications of future portable and wearable electronics. | Bolun Wang Hao Luo Xuewen Wang Enze Wang Yufei Sun Yu-Chien Tsai Jinxuan Dong Peng Liu Huanglong Li Yong Xu Sefaattin Tongay Kaili Jiang Shoushan Fan Kai Liu | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,8: | 1 |

| 4 | Free-standing hybrid films comprising of ultra-dispersed titania nanocrystals and hierarchical conductive network for excellent high rate performance of lithium storage显示文摘The construction of advanced electrode materials is key to the field of energy storage.Herein,a free-standing anatase titania(TiO_(2))nanocrystal/carbon nanotube(CNT)film is reported using a simple and scalable sol-gel method,followed by calcination.This unique free-standing film comprises ultra-small TiO_(2) nanocrystals(~5.9 nm)and super-aligned CNTs,with ultra-dispersed TiO_(2) nanocrystals on the surfaces of the CNTs.On the one hand,these TiO_(2) nanocrystals can significantly decrease the diffusion distance of the charges and on the other hand,the cross-linked CNTs can act as a three-dimensional(3D)conductive network,allowing the fast transport of electrons.In addition,the film is free-standing,without requiring electrode fabrication and additional conductive agents and binders.Owing to these above synergistic effects,the film is directly used as an anode in Li-ion batteries,and delivers a high discharge capacity of~105 mAh·g^(−1) at high rate of 60 C(1 C=170 mA·g^(−1))and excellent cycling performance over 2,500 cycles at 30 C.These results indicate that the free-standing anatase TiO_(2) nanocrystal/CNT film affords a superior performance among the various TiO_(2) materials and can be a promising anode material for fast-charging Li-ion batteries.Moreover,the TiO_(2)/CNT film exhibits an areal capacity of up to 2.4 mAh·cm^(−2),confirming the possibility of its practical use. | Kunlei Zhu Chenyu Li Yushuang Jiao Jiawen Zhu Hongtao Ren Yufeng Luo Shoushan Fan Kai Liu | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,7: | 1 |

| 8 | A survey of hybrid energy devices based on supercapacitors显示文摘Developing multifunctional energy storage systems with high specific energy, high specific power and long cycling life has been the one of the most important research directions. Compared to batteries and traditional capacitors, supercapacitors possess more balanced performance with both high specific power and long cycle-life. Nevertheless, regular supercapacitors can only achieve energy storage without harvesting energy and the energy density is still not very high compared to batteries. Therefore, combining high specific energy and high specific power,long cycle-life and even fast self-charging into one cell has been a promising direction for future energy storage devices. The multifunctional hybrid supercapacitors like asymmetric supercapacitors, batteries/supercapacitors hybrid devices and self-charging hybrid supercapacitors have been widely studied recently. Carbon based electrodes are common materials used in all kinds of energy storage devices due to their fabulous electrical and mechanical properties. In this survey, the research progress of all kinds of hybrid supercapacitors using multiple effects and their working mechanisms are briefly reviewed. And their advantages and disadvantages are discussed. | 9 | Strategy Selection for Moving Target Defense in Incomplete Information Game显示文摘As a core component of the network,web applications have become one of the preferred targets for attackers because the static configuration of web applications simplifies the exploitation of vulnerabilities by attackers.Although the moving target defense(MTD)has been proposed to increase the attack difficulty for the attackers,there is no solo approach can cope with different attacks;in addition,it is impossible to implement all these approaches simultaneously due to the resource limitation.Thus,the selection of an optimal defense strategy based on MTD has become the focus of research.In general,the confrontation of two players in the security domain is viewed as a stochastic game,and the reward matrices are known to both players.However,in a real security confrontation,this scenario represents an incomplete information game.Each player can only observe the actions performed by the opponent,and the observed actions are not completely accurate.To accurately describe the attacker’s reward function to reach the Nash equilibrium,this work simulated and updated the strategy selection distribution of the attacker by observing and investigating the strategy selection history of the attacker.Next,the possible rewards of the attacker in each confrontation via the observation matrix were corrected.On this basis,the Nash-Q learning algorithm with reward quantification was proposed to select the optimal strategy.Moreover,the performances of the Minimax-Q learning algorithm and Naive-Q learning algorithm were compared and analyzed in the MTD environment.Finally,the experimental results showed that the strategy selection algorithm can enable defenders to select a more reasonable defensive strategy and achieve the maximum possible reward. | Huan Zhang Kangfeng Zheng Xiujuan Wang Shoushan Luo Bin Wu | 2020 | Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,2: | 0 |

| 13 | Proof of retrievability based on LDPC codes显示文摘In order to reduce the computational overhead of proof of retrievability(POR) scheme, a new POR scheme based on low-density parity-check(LDPC) codes is proposed, noted as LDPC-POR. In the model of PORs scheme, the client preprocesses the data and sends it to an untrusted server for storage, only keeping some metadata. Then, the client sends a challenge to the server to prove that the data stored at the server has neither been tampered nor deleted. In the setup phase of this scheme, the client uses LDPC code to encode the data, and blinds data with permutation and pseudo-random stream. In the challenge phase, the server generates the proof completely based on exclusive OR(XOR), after that the client makes use of the LDPC code to prove the validity of proof. The theoretical analysis shows that this scheme not only reduces the computational overhead, but also saves storage space compared with the classical scheme.
