| 1 | Effect of coating modification of cordierite carrier on catalytic performance of supported NiMnO_3 catalysts for VOCs combustion显示文摘NiMnO_3 perovskite catalysts supported on cordierite modified by Ce_xZr_(1-x)O_2 coatings were prepared using impregnation and sol-gel methods for catalytic combustion of single/double component VOCs at different concentrations and GHSV of 15,000 h^(-1), which were characterized by BET, XRD, SEM, FT-IR, H_2-TPR and O_2-TPD. After coating modification, the specific surface area of catalysts is improved obviously.Among the catalysts, the Ce_(0.75)Zr_(0.25)O_2 coating modified NiMnO_3 catalyst exhibits the best catalytic activity for VOCs combustion with 95.6% conversion at 275 ℃ and has stable activity when catalyst is embalmed at 800 ℃. In addition, the catalyst also presents the excellent water-resistant and conversion stability over time-on-stream condition. | 2 | Highly efficient Zr doped-TiO_2/glass fiber photocatalyst and its performance in formaldehyde removal under visible light显示文摘Zr-doped-TiO_2 loaded glass fiber(ZT/GF) composite photocatalysts with different Zr/Ti ratios were prepared with a sol–gel process. Zr4+can replace Ti4+in the TiO_2 lattice, which is conducive to forming the anatase phase and reducing the calcination temperature. The glass fiber carrier was responsible for better dispersion and loading of Zr-doped-TiO_2 particles, improving the applicability of the Zr-doped-TiO_2. The ZT/GF photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy(UV–vis) and Barrett–Joyner–Halenda(BJH). The performance of photocatalysts with different loading was evaluated in formaldehyde degradation under visible light at room temperature. ZT/GF0.2exhibited the highest activity, with a formaldehyde removal rate as high as 95.14% being observed, which is better than that of the photocatalyst particles alone. | 3 | Acid modified carrier on catalytic oxidation of dichloromethane over CeO_(2)/HZSM-5 catalysts显示文摘In this study,a series of Hydrogen-Zeolite Socony Mobil-5-X(HZSM-5-X) catalysts were prepared by acid modification,then Ce/HZSM-5-X(X=0,0.2,0.4,1.0,2.0) catalysts were prepared by impregnation method.The catalytic performance of the catalysts on dichloromethane(DCM) oxidation was investigated.Through different characterizations,HZSM-5-X exhibit high specific surface area,good redox ability,rich acidity and much suitable acidic site distribution after acid treatment.Among them,Ce/HZSM-5-0.4 shows better catalytic activity with the lowest by-product and the best CO_(2) yield.Its T_(90) is 302℃ and the CO_(2) yield of T_(90) is more than 80 wt%,which demonstrates that the acid modification of carrier plays the positive effect on the catalytic capacity for DCM oxidation. | Mengxiang Li Jing Mo Xuanyu Gu Yue Zhou Mengjie Fan Shubao Shen Yingwen Chen | 2022 | Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,10: | 2 |
| 4 | Enhanced catalytic oxidation of dichloromethane by a surfactant-modified CeO_(2)@TiO_(2) core-shell nanostructured catalyst显示文摘Surfactant-modified CeO_(2)@TiO_(2) core-shell nanostructure catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation with the addition of sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS),and their catalytic oxidation of dichloromethane(DCM) was studied.A 90% DCM conversion efficiency is obtained at 300℃ with the CeO_(2)@TiO_(2)SDS catalyst,and its catalytic stability in the 55 h test period is better than that of Ce/TiO_(2) and CeO_(2)@TiO_(2).Based on the characterization of CeO_(2)@TiO_(2)SDS,the dispersion of active components is promoted due to the inhibition of crystal growth with the introduction of SDS.The improvement of surface acidity and redox capacity is beneficial to the enhancement of catalytic activity.The higher adsorbed oxygen content on the surface of the CeO_(2)@TiO_(2)SDS catalyst is responsible for the better catalytic stability.Generally,a novel method was developed to design catalytic oxidation catalysts for the treatment of chlorinated volatile organic compounds in future applications. | Mengjie Fan Qingping Zou Jining Liu Yingwen Chen Jianliang Zhu Shubao Shen | 2023 | Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,7: | 1 |

| 6 | Effect of Na^(+)on catalytic performance of CoCe/ZSM-5 catalysts for oxidation of toluene显示文摘A CoCe/ZSM-5 catalyst was prepared by ultrasonic-assisted impregnation for the catalytic combustion of toluene.To study the effect of Na+on catalytic performance of CoCe/ZSM-5 catalysts,a series of different Si/Al ZSM-5 zeolites and catalysts doped with Na were synthesized.The experimental results show that 0.71 wt%Na+can inhibit active growth,generate more active small crystal grains,and promote improvement of the catalytic activity by the grain boundary segregation block mechanism,and the catalyst with 0.71 wt%of Na shows toluene conversion of 90 vol%at 250℃.Over 0.71 wt%of Na+content will neutralize the acid centre of the catalyst,lowering the specific surface area of the catalyst and resulting in a gradual decrease in the catalytic activity. | Qingping Zou Mingqing Liu Mengjie Fan Yaping Ding Yingwen Chen Shubao Shen | 2021 | Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,4: | 0 |
