1Comparisons of microstructure homogeneity,texture and mechanical properties of AZ80 magnesium alloy fabricated by annular channel angular extrusion and backward extrusion显示文摘This paper provided an efficient single pass severe plastic deformation(SPD)method,annular channel angular extrusion(ACAE),for fabricating AZ80 magnesium alloy shell part.The effect of ACAE process on the microstructure homogeneity,texture,and mechanical properties of extruded part was experimentally investigated.For comparison,conventional backward extrusion(BE)was also conducted on processing AZ80 part with same specification.The results showed that ACAE process has a better capacity to refine the microstructure and dramatic improve the deformation homogeneity of the extruded part than BE process.Due to two strong shear deformations were implemented,ACAE process could also concurrently modify the basal texture more notably than BE process.In particular,a bimodal texture was found in ACAE extruded part,which was greatly related to the enhanced synergetic action of basal slip and secondaryslip caused by the effective shear stress.More uniform and superior hardness along the thickness and height of part were achieved via ACAE process.Further surveying of tensile tests also showed that the part fabricated by ACAE process exhibited significantly higher and far more homogeneous tensile properties with an excellent balance of strength and ductility.The remarkable enhanced tensile properties of ACAE extruded part could be primarily attributed to the significant grain refinement,which provided a powerful grain boundary strengthening effect and meaningfully suppressed the development of twin-sized cracks during tensile deformation.It was established that ACAE process seemed to be a very promising single pass SPD method for manufacturing Mg-based alloy shell parts with more homogeneous microstructure and superior performance.Xi Zhao Shuchang Li Zhimin Zhang Pengcheng Gao Shuailing Kan Fafa Yan 2020Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2020,8,3:10
2生活方式干预对心血管疾病危险因素的影响——美国HELPS项目成果显示文摘心血管疾病(CVD)一直是全世界最主要的死因。由于CVD等慢性疾病对健康的威胁越来越大,有必要开展生活方式干预项目以控制这些疾病的危险因素。本研究的目的是评估美国的重要慢病干预项目—HELPS治疗型生活方式改变(TLC)项目对减少CVD危险因素和其他慢性疾病的有效性。方法:140位大学教职工参加为期12周的HELPS TLC项目,干预前后用配对t检验对其体重、BMI、腰围(WC)、6分钟步行距离(6MWD)、空腹血脂和血糖进行测定和比较。结果:干预后,6MWD显著增加,总胆固醇(TC)和WC显著下降。对'高危'参与者进一步分析显示:BMI(-1.5±0.5,-3.9%)、TC(-22.8±4.0,-9.0%)、LDL(-14.1±4.9,9.3%)和血糖(-6.9±2.2,-6.1%)均显著下降;男性腰围(-4.5±0.8,-10%)显著减小,女性未见显著改变(-1.5±0.5,-4.0%)。此外,体重的变化与TC(r=0.43)、LDL(r=0.35)和血糖(r=0.44)的变化均显著相关。结论:参加12周的生活方式干预项目可以使CVD危险因素减少,特别是在CVD'高危'个体中。HELPS TLC项目的远期效果还待进一步深入研究。Peter H.Brubaker 罗曦娟 Chelsea Boltja Shuchang Du 2017北京体育大学学报2017,40,6:7

7Using PyC modified 3D carbon fiber to reinforce UHTC under low temperature sintering without pressure显示文摘Finding the optimum balance between strength and toughness,as well as acquiring reliable thermal shock resistance and oxidation resistance,has always been the most concerned topic in the discussion of ultra-high temperature ceramic composites.Herein,PyC modified 3D carbon fiber is used to reinforce ultra-high temperature ceramic(UHTC).The macroscopic block composite with large size is successfully fabricated through low temperature sintering at 1300℃without pressure.The prepared PyC modified 3D C_(f)/ZrC-SiC composites simultaneously possess excellent physical and chemical stability under the synergistic effect of PyC interface layer and low temperature 1/2 sintering without pressure.The fracture toughness is increased in magnitude to 13.05±1.72 MPa·m^(1/2)accompanied by reliable flexural strength of 251±27 MPa.After rapid thermal shock spanning from room temperature(RT)to 1200℃,there are no visible surface penetrating cracks,spalling,or structural fragmentation.The maximum critical temperature difference reaches 875℃,which is nearly three times higher than that of traditional monolithic ceramics.The haunting puzzle of intrinsic brittleness and low damage tolerance are resolved fundamentally.Under the protection of PyC interface layer,the carbon fibers around oxide layer and matrix remain structure intact after static oxidation at 1500℃for 30 min.The oxide layer has reliable physical and chemical stability and resists the erosion from fierce oxidizing atmosphere,ensuring the excellent oxidation resistance of the composites.In a sense,the present work provides promising universality in designability and achievement of 3D carbon fiber reinforced ceramic composites.Baihe DU Yuan CHENG Liancai XUN Shuchang ZHANG Jing TONG Qingrong LV Shanbao ZHOU Ping HU Xinghong ZHANG 2021Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,4:3

9Self-referenced measurements of the dielectric properties of metals using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy via the excitation of surface plasmon-polaritons显示文摘We present experimental measurements that show direct determination of the dielectric properties of various metals relevant to plasmonics.In contrast to traditional measurements that typically rely on transmission and reflectance measurements,we launch surface plasmon-polaritons on a variety of different substrates and measure the propagation properties using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy.Surprisingly,we find that the extracted values for the dielectric constant for these metals differ by orders of magnitude from published data.In order to validate the obtained results,we separately measure the 1∕e decay length,both along the propagation direction and normal to the metal surface,and show that the results are fully self-consistent with experimental data.The generality of the measurement technique makes it a useful tool to estimate the properties not only of planar conducting substrates but also a wide variety of more complex plasmonic structures.Shashank Pandey Shuchang Liu Barun Gupta Ajay Nahata 2013Photonics Research2013,1,4:2
10Copper nanowire with enriched high‐index facets for highly selective CO_(2) reduction显示文摘Electroreduction of carbon dioxide into fuels and feedstocks with renewable energy is an attractive route to mitigate carbon emission and solve energy crisis.However,how to improve the selectivity of high‐value multicarbon products is still challenging.Here,we demonstrate that the high‐index crystalline surface of copper could be designed and obtained through a simple square‐wave potential treatment on copper nanowires,which is beneficial to improve the selectivity of multi‐carbon products,especially the reaction route towards ethylene.The Faradaic efficiency of C_(2+)products can reach nearly 60%,and hydrogen can be suppressed to below 20%.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that(311)high‐index facet can activate CO_(2) effectively and promote adsorption of the*COCOH intermediate on copper for ethylene formation,therefore improves the selectivity of ethylene and inhibits the competing hydrogen evolution reaction.This method can be extended to the design of other catalytic systems and has inspirations for other electrochemical catalytic reactions.Lu Han Benqiang Tian Xiangxiang Gao Yang Zhong Shengnan Wang Shuchang Song Zhili Wang Ying Zhang Yun Kuang Xiaoming Sun 2022SmartMat2022,3,1:2

14The spatial pattern and governance of Zhongyuan Urban-Rural System in its development trajectory显示文摘It remains unclear on how transportation network interacts with economic network in an urban-rural agglomeration,while such knowledge is crucial for urban-rural system governance and sustainability.We explored such spatial interactions in the Zhongyuan Urban-Rural Agglomeration(ZURA)from 1995 to 2015.The structure of transportation network was measured by spatial syntax model,and that of economic network was gauged by improved gravity model.The associations between transportation and economic networks were investigated by conducting bivariate spatial autocorrelation analysis.The global Moran’s I showed that the two networks were positively correlated from 1995 to 2015.The local Moran’s I identified“high-high”associations between transportation and economic networks around core cities in 1995,which further extended to surrounding cities.Our results reveal that peripheral cities with highly developed transportation system have little spatial economic impact on neighboring rural areas,while cities with low transportation accessibility restrained its external economic influence of neighboring cities and rural areas.Our findings shed light on future urban-rural system governance,where the“multi-center,unbalanced”growth patterns of economic network and the“multi-core,multi-directional”structure of transportation network are more likely to contribute to the sustainability of urban-rural systems.FU Haiyue WANG Yan MAO Liang HONG Nana WANG Zhaoya ZHAO Shuchang LIAO Chuan 2022Journal of Geographical Sciences2022,32,7:1

17Nitrogen fluorescence induced by the femtosecond intense laser pulses in air显示文摘Our experiments show that external focusing and initial laser energy strongly influences filament generated by the femtosecond Ti–sapphire laser in air. The experimental measurements show the filament length can be extended both by increasing the laser energy and focal length of focusing lens. On the other hand, the plasma fluorescence emission can be enhanced by increasing the laser energy with fixed focal length or decreasing the focal length. In addition, the collapse distance measured experimentally are larger than the calculated ones owing to the group-velocity-dispersion effect. 18Biochemical overview of the recent findings on the correlation between viral hepatitis and its related hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘As one of the most common primary liver cancers, hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) usually occurs in the presence of inflammation. Compared to other risk factors such as alcohol abuse, aflatoxin, and obesity, virus-induced hepatitis can be effectively prevented by vaccines. For the past several decades, HCC has been believed to be closely related to viral infections although no comprehensive mechanism was established regarding the contribution of viral hepatitis toward HCC. Recent studies have shown that viral infection plays multiple roles in the process of carcinogenesis by causing an increase in genomic instability, cancer-promoting genetic mutations, signal pathway interruption, and tumor suppressor gene inhibition. Sorafenib has become a novel option for HCC patients, especially those who are in advanced disease stage for which conventional treatment methods are not recommended. 20Solution of Coal Char-steam Pressurized Kinetic Parameters Based on Atmospheric Thermo Gravimetric Analyzer显示文摘根据文献中气化速率对总压不敏感、对反应气体分压敏感的实验结论,探索利用常压热重实验得到加压动力学参数的便捷方法。采用NETZSCH STA449F3同步热分析仪进行4种煤焦与水蒸气反应的常压热重实验(水蒸气分压pH2O为0.016~0.053 MPa),通过实验数据处理,获得反应速率与温度、水蒸气分压的关系式,分别以 n 级速率方程和Langmuir-Hinshelwood (LH)速率方程表示,并对上述关系式在水蒸气分压为0.057~0.063 MPa 的工况下进行了实验验证。随着水蒸气分压增大,计算结果与实验数据的相对误差逐渐减小。LH速率方程比n级速率方程更适合描述水蒸气分压的作用。水蒸气分压对反应速率的影响程度随水蒸气分压升高而减小。温度对煤焦-水蒸气反应速率的影响程度大于水蒸气分压对反应速率的影响。温度范围较窄时,煤种本身引起的煤焦反应活性变化幅度会超过温度对煤焦反应活性的影响。在不同的温度和水蒸气分压下,煤种的化学反应活性强弱次序会发生变化,某一特定工况下的次序不能未加实验而随意扩展到其他工况。ZHAO Qing WANG Xiaoliang TAO Shuchang 2013中国电机工程学报2013,33,32:1
