| 2 | Surface ligand modified cesium lead bromide/silica sphere composites for low-threshold upconversion lasing显示文摘In recent years,all-inorganic halide perovskite quantum dots(QDs)have drawn attention as promising candidates for photodetectors,light-emitting diodes,and lasing applications.However,the sensitivity and instability of perovskite to moisture and heat seriously restrict their practical application to optoelectronic devices.Recently,a facile ligand-engineering strategy to suppress aggregation by replacing traditional long ligands oleylamine(OAm)during the hot injection process has been reported.Here,we further explore its thermal stability and the evolution of photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)under ambient environment.The modified CsPbBr_(3)QDs film can maintain 33%of initial PL intensity,but only 17%is retained in the case of unmodified QDs after 10 h continuous heating.Further,the obtained QDs with higher initial PLQY(91.8%)can maintain PLQY to 39.9%after being continuously exposed in air for 100 days,while the PLQY of original QDs is reduced to 5.5%.Furthermore,after adhering CsPbBr3 QDs on the surface of a micro SiO_(2)sphere,we successfully achieve the highly-efficient upconversion random laser.In comparison with the unmodified CsPbBr_(3)QDs,the laser from the modified CsPbBr_(3)QDs presents a decreased threshold of 79.81μJ/cm^(2)and higher quality factor(Q)of 1312.This work may not only provide a facile strategy to synthesize CsPbBr_(3) QDs with excellent photochemical properties but also a bright prospect for high-performance random lasers. | Qian Xiong Sihao Huang Zijun Zhan Juan Du Xiaosheng Tang Zhiping Hu Zhengzheng Liu Zeyu Zhang Weiwei Chen Yuxin Leng | 2022 | Photonics Research2022,10,3: | 0 |
| 3 | Formal Verification Platform as a Service:WebAssembly Vulnerability Detection Application显示文摘In order to realize a general-purpose automatic formal verification platform based on WebAssembly technology as a web service(FVPS),which aims to provide an automated report of vulnerability detections,this work builds a Hyperledger Fabric blockchain runtime model.It proposes an optimized methodology of the functional equivalent translation from source program languages to formal languages.This methodology utilizes an external application programming interface(API)table to replace the source codes in compilation,thereby pruning the part of housekeeping codes to ease code inflation.Code inflation is a significant metric in formal language translation.Namely,minor code inflation enhances verification scale and performance efficiency.It determines the efficiency of formal verification,involving launching,running,and memory usage.For instance,path explosion increases exponentially,resulting in out-of-memory.The experimental results conclude that program languages like golang severely impact code inflation.FVPS reduces the wasm code size by over 90%,achieving two orders of optimization magnitude,from 2000 kilobyte(KB)to 90 KB.That means we can cope with golang applications up to 20 times larger than the original in scale.This work eliminates the gap between Hyperledger Fabric smart contracts and WebAssembly.Our approach is pragmatic,adaptable,extendable,and flexible.Nowadays,FVPS is successfully applied in a Railway-Port-Aviation blockchain transportation system. | LiangJun Deng Hang Lei Zheng Yang WeiZhong Qian XiaoYu Li Hao Wu Sihao Deng RuChao Sha WeiDong Deng | 2023 | Computer Systems Science & Engineering2023,45,5: | 0 |
