1Prediction of the anti-inflammatory mechanisms of curcumin by module-based protein interaction network analysis显示文摘Curcumin,the medically active component from Curcuma longa(Turmeric),is widely used to treat inflammatory diseases.Protein interaction network(PIN) analysis was used to predict its mechanisms of molecular action.Targets of curcumin were obtained based on ChE MBL and STITCH databases.Protein–protein interactions(PPIs) were extracted from the String database.The PIN of curcumin was constructed by Cytoscape and the function modules identified by gene ontology(GO) enrichment analysis based on molecular complex detection(MCODE).A PIN of curcumin with 482 nodes and 1688 interactions was constructed,which has scale-free,small world and modular properties.Based on analysis of these function modules,the mechanism of curcumin is proposed.Two modules were found to be intimately associated with inflammation.With function modules analysis,the anti-inflammatory effects of curcumin were related to SMAD,ERG and mediation by the TLR family.TLR9 may be a potential target of curcumin to treat inflammation.Yanxiong Gan Shichao Zheng Jan P.A.Baak Silei Zhao Yongfeng Zheng Nini Luo Wan Liao Chaomei Fu 2015Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2015,5,6:5

12Environment-friendly antisolvent tert-amyl alcohol modified hybrid perovskite photodetector with high responsivity显示文摘The preparation of high-quality perovskite films with optimal morphologies is important for achieving highperformance perovskite photodetectors(PPDs). An effective strategy to optimize the morphologies is to add antisolvents during the spin-coating steps. In this work, a novel environment-friendly antisolvent tert-amyl alcohol(TAA) is employed first to improve the quality of perovskite films, which can effectively regulate the formation of an intermediate phase staged in between a liquid precursor phase and a solid perovskite phase due to its moderate polarity and further promote the homogeneous nucleation and crystal growth, thus leading to the formation of high-quality perovskite films and enhanced photodetector performance. As a result, the responsivity of the PPD reaches 1.56 A/W under the illumination of 532 nm laser with the power density of 6.37 μW=cm^(2) at a bias voltage of -2 V, which is good responsivity for PPDs with the vertical structure and only CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3) perovskite as the photosensitive material. The corresponding detectivity reaches 1.47×10^(12) Jones, while the linear dynamic range reaches 110 dB. 18Diverse terahertz wavefront manipulations empowered by the spatially interleaved metasurfaces显示文摘Optical metasurfaces have advanced approaches for manipulating light information in the spatial domain,in which the spatially interleaved metasurfaces demonstrate the ability to manipulate a more complex wavefront of light than metasurfaces without the spatial interleaving.The potential of the spatially interleaved metasurfaces has not been fully exploited.In this paper,we design the spatially interleaved terahertz(THz)metasurfaces based on the ingenious spatial interleaving principles to develop the diverse THz wavefront manipulations.Four functions are performed,including the orbital angular momentum(OAM)superposition of single-frequency vortex beams,the separate vortex focusing of single-frequency dual beams,the different OAM manipulations of bifrequency beams in different planes,and achromatic focusing.The demonstrated functions prove that the spatially interleaved metasurface can manipulate THz wavefront at both single frequency and bifrequency,which traditional metasurfaces cannot.This work paves the way for diverse THz wavefront manipulations.Jitao LI Zhen YUE Jie LI Chenglong ZHENG Silei WANG Mengyao LI Yating ZHANG Yan ZHANG Jianquan YAO 2023Science China(Information Sciences)2023,66,3:1
