1无机硒和有机硒对羊瘤胃内容物的脂肪酸组成、瘤胃细菌和纤毛虫的影响显示文摘试验旨在研究3个月每天等摩尔饲喂有机硒和无机硒对瘤胃内容物脂肪酸组成、瘤胃细菌和原生动物的影响。12只羊饲喂含有干草1 380 g·只-1DM和大麦450 g·只-1DM的基础日粮,基础日粮中含硒0.16 mg·kg-1DM。将羊随机分成3组,包括饲喂基础日粮(对照组)、在基础日粮中添加无机硒0.4 mg·kg-1DM(Na2SeO3,ISe)、在基础日粮中添加有机硒0.4mg·kg-1DM(酵母硒,OSE)。测定瘤胃内容物(TRC)中脂肪酸(FA)含量、细菌数(BF)和纤毛原虫数(PF)。OSe组的TRC中C18:2cis-9,trans-11的含量显著降低(P<0.05),α-亚麻酸浓度(C18:3 N 3;LNA)极显著增加(P<0.01)。ISe组BF中肉豆蔻酸(C14:0;P<0.05)、棕榈酸(P<0.01)和中链脂肪酸(P<0.01)含量下降,长链脂肪酸(P<0.05)、硬脂酸(C18:0,P<0.01)、花生酸(C20:0,P<0.001)和山嵛酸(C22:0,P<0.01)含量升高。OSe组BF的辛酸(C8:0,P<0.001)、二十碳四烯酸(C20:4 n6,P<0.01)、二十碳三烯酸(C20:3 n3,P<0.01)浓度增加。ISe组PF的十二碳六烯酸(C22:6 n3)和tricosylic酸(C23:0,P<0.05)含量下降。添加OSe可以增加LNA的含量(P<0.01),降低棕榈油酸的含量(C16:1,P<0.05)。结果表明,饲粮中添加OSe可以通过瘤胃微生物影响多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)含量,特别是瘤胃纤毛虫,使多不饱和脂肪酸氢化成更饱和脂肪酸。Kiidayová S Mihaliková K Siroka P Cobanová K Váradyová Z 2014饲料博览2014,0,9:2
