1Deformation Behavior and Microstructure Evolution of Wrought Magnesium Alloys显示文摘There are many researches on the deformation behavior of wrought magnesium alloys, such as AZ31, AZ80, AZ91, and ZK60 magnesium alloys at different temperatures and strain rates, but few of them focuses on the deformation behavior of AZ41M and ZK60M alloys, especially under the twin-roll casting (TRC) state. Meanwhile, the existing researches only focus on the grain refinement law of the magnesium alloys under deformation conditions, the deformation mechanism has not been revealed yet. The hot compression behavior of AZ41M and ZK60M magnesium alloys under the temperature and strain rate ranges of 250-400 ℃ and 0.001-1 s-1 are studied by thermal simulation methods using Gleeble 1500 machine and virtual simulation using finite element analysis software. Simulation results show that sine hyperbolic law is the most suitable flow stress model for wider deformation conditions. The most reasonable selected deformation conditions of ZK60M alloy is 350 oC/0.1 s-1 for TRC and 350 oC/1 s-1 for conventional casting (CC), while AZ41M alloy is 300 oC/0.01 s-1 for TRC and 350 oC/0.1 s-1 for CC. Deformation behavior and dynamic recrystallization (DRX) mechanism of them are analyzed at the same deformation conditions. The microstructures of AZ41M and ZK60M alloys are observed at different deformed conditions by optical microscopy (OM) and electron back scatter diffraction (EBSD) and it reveals the flow behavior and deformation mechanism of them. Working harden and work soften contribute to the activation of basal, non-basal slip systems which promote DRX. 2Fabrication and abrasive wear properties of metal matrix composites reinforced with three-dimensional network structure显示文摘Reticulated polyurethane was chosen as the preceramic material for preparing the porous preform using the rep- lication process. The immersing and sintering processes were each performed twice for fabricating a high-porosity and su- per-strong skeleton. The aluminum magnesium matrix composites reinforced with three-dimensional network structure were prepared using the infiltration technique by pressure assisting and vacuum driving. Light interfacial reactions have played a profitable role in most of the ceramic-metal systems. The metal matrix composites interpenetrated with the ceramic phase have a higher wear resistance than the metal matrix phase. 3Responses of Seed Yield and Economic Benefit of Winter Oilseed Rape(Brassica napus L.) to Different NPK Ratio and Dose显示文摘Field experiments were conducted during 2008-2010 to investigate the effects of NPK fertilization on seed yield and economic benefit of a new hybrid cultivar of winter oilseed rape(Brassica napus L.)- Xiangzayou763,and to determine the optimum NPK ratio and dose in Hunan,China.The results showed that NPK ratio(1:0.50:0.50) with 180 kg/hm2 N,90 kg/hm^2 P_2O_5 and 90 kg/hm^2 K_2O was the optimum combination for the highest seed yield(2 231.13 kg/hm2) and economic benefit(9 816.97 Yuan/hm^2),of which 1 641.23 Yuan/hm^2 being set for fertilizer investment(VCR=4.11).Besides,the effects of N,P and K fertilizers on seed yield and oil production of winter oilseed rape were not identical.N had the greatest effect on plant growth of winter oilseed rape,followed by P and K.Total leaf number,green leaf number,leaf length and width,rhizome diameter,branch number,dry weight per plant and other agronomic characters in high N treatments were higher than those in low N treatments.By correlation and path analysis of yield components,the contribution rate to seed yield was found:effective silique number per plant>seed number per silique>1 000-seed weight.Yingzi WANG Chang TIAN Xuan ZHOU Wenming WANG Jianwei PENG Zhenhua ZHANG Haixing SONG Chunyun GUAN 2015Agricultural Science & Technology2015,16,11:2
4Preference of Adult Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang to Different Colors and Trapping Effect of Yellow Sticky Trap显示文摘The trapping effects of yellow,blue,green,cyan and white sticky traps on adult Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang were studied in the field during its peak occurrence period. The results showed that yellow sticky trap received the best trapping effect on adult B. odoriphaga,follow by blue and green sticky traps,while cyan and white sticky traps received worse effects. 5Insecticidal Activity of Crystals and Spores of Purified Bacillus thuringiensis 00-50-5 Strain against Trichoplusia ni Hubner显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to study pathogenic mechanism and action mode of Bacillus thuringiensis( Bt) 00-50-5 strain against Trichoplusia ni Hubner.[Method] The crystals and spores of B.thuringiensis 00-50-5 strain were first isolated and purified,and their insecticidal activities against T.ni were compared.[Result] Either the mixture of pure crystals and pure spores of 00-50-5 strain,or only pure crystals could kill T.ni larvae under the concentration of 100μg/mL after 48 h,and the mortality rate reached 100%;pure spores could not kill the larvae.Determination results of median lethal concentration showed that insecticidal activity of pure crystal of Bt 00-50-5 strain( LC50=0.32 μg/mL) was higher than the mixture of crystals and spores( LC50=0.48),but the insecticidal activity of pure spores was very low( LC50> 500.00).Therefore,the crystals were primarily responsible for causing death of larvae.[Conclusion] The paper provides theoretical basis for application of Bt 00-50-5 strain.Liu Liping Cheng Bai Song Yingzi Chen Yipeng Peng Zhengqiang 2013Plant Diseases and Pests2013,4,4:0
6Cdc2-like kinases:structure,biological function,and therapeutic targets for diseases显示文摘The CLKs(Cdc2-like kinases)belong to the dual-specificity protein kinase family and play crucial roles in regulating transcript splicing via the phosphorylation of SR proteins(SRSF1–12),catalyzing spliceosome molecular machinery,and modulating the activities or expression of non-splicing proteins.The dysregulation of these processes is linked with various diseases,including neurodegenerative diseases,Duchenne muscular dystrophy,inflammatory diseases,viral replication,and cancer.Thus,CLKs have been considered as potential therapeutic targets,and significant efforts have been exerted to discover potent CLKs inhibitors.In particular,clinical trials aiming to assess the activities of the small molecules Lorecivivint on knee Osteoarthritis patients,and Cirtuvivint and Silmitasertib in different advanced tumors have been investigated for therapeutic usage.In this review,we comprehensively documented the structure and biological functions of CLKs in various human diseases and summarized the significance of related inhibitors in therapeutics.Our discussion highlights the most recent CLKs research,paving the way for the clinical treatment of various human diseases.Mengqiu Song Luping Pang Mengmeng Zhang Yingzi Qu Kyle Vaughn Laster Zigang Dong 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,5:0
7Application of Synergist Beichuang in Dose-reduced Chemical Control of Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang显示文摘[Objective] The paper aimed to explore the dose-reduced pesticide control technique of Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang. [Method]The field trials were carried out by routine spraying method,and the control effects of mixtures of Beichuang( Liangfenbao and Jianweikang) and less dose of phoxim than conventional against B. odoriphaga larvae were examined. [Result] The results indicated that the control effects of mixtures( containing 14% of Liangfeibao or Jianweikang and 30%-40% less phoxim than conventional dosage) against B. odoriphaga larvae were 84.01%-2.46% and 81.07%- 86.12%,respectively. The control effects were equivalent to the conventional dose of phoxim(89.42%).
