1Development of a soil-plant-atmosphere continuum model (HDS-SPAC) based on hybrid dual-source approach and its verification in wheat field显示文摘HDS-SPAC,a new soil-plant-atmosphere continuum(SPAC) model,is developed for simulating water and heat transfer in SPAC.The model adopts a recently proposed hybrid dual source approach for soil evaporation and plant transpiration partitioning.For the above-ground part,a layer approach is used to partition available energy and calculate aerodynamic resistances,while a patch approach is used to derive sensible heat and latent heat fluxes from the two sources(soil and vegetation).For the below-ground part,soil water and heat dynamics are described by the mixed form of Richards equation,and the soil heat conductivity equation,respectively.These two parts are coupled through ground heat flux for energy transfer,root-zone water potential-dependent stomatal resistance,and surface soil water potential-dependent evaporation for water transfer.Evaporation is calculated from the water potential gradient at soil-atmosphere interface and aerodynamic resistance,and transpiration is determined using a Jarvis-type function linking soil water availability and atmospheric conditions.Some other processes,such as canopy interception and deep percolation,are also considered in the HDS-SPAC model.The hybrid dual-source approach allows HDS-SPAC to simulate heat and water transfer in an ecosystem with a large range of vegetation cover change temporally or spatially.The model was tested with observations at a wheat field in North China Plain over a time of three months covering both wet and dry conditions.The fractional crop covers change from 30% to over 90%.The results indicated that the HDS-SPAC model can estimate actual evaporation and transpiration partitioning and soil water content and temperature over the whole range of tested vegetation coverage.YANG YuTing SHANG SongHao GUAN Huade 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,10:12
2Lake surface area method to define minimum ecological lake level from level-area-storage curves显示文摘Lake level assessment is essential for the protection of ecosystem in shrunk or shrinking lakes. Minimum ecological lake level is the critical lake level below which there should be no human activities to further decrease the lake level, and this level can provide a certain protection for the lake ecosystem. Lake surface area method was proposed to define the minimum ecological lake storage as the breakpoint of the lake surface area-storage curve, where the curve slope equals to the ratio of maximum lake surface area to maximum lake storage. If the curve can be expressed as a simple analytical function, the minimum ecological lake storage can be calculated analytically. Otherwise, it can be calculated numerically using the ideal point method for an equivalent multi-objective optimization model that balances ecosystem protection and water use. Then the minimum ecological lake level can be estimated from the lake level-storage curve. Compared with available lake morphology analysis methods, the lake surface area method is superior in its definition of minimum ecological lake level, applicable range of lake morphology, and calculation complexity. The proposed method was applied to two representative lakes in China, including one freshwater lake (the Dongting Lake in Hunan province in Central China) and one saltwater lake (the Ebinur Lake in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region in Northwest China). The estimated minimum ecological lake level for the Dongting Lake is 26.7 m, at which 31% of the maximum lake storage provides 87% of the maximum lake surface area. The result for the Ebinur Lake is 191.2 m, at which 24% of the maximum lake storage provides 54% of the maximum lake surface area. The estimated minimum ecological lake level balances the conflict between economical and ecological water uses, and can provide a relatively larger habitat for the lake ecosystem with relatively smaller lake storage. These results are rational compared with the results of other methods. 4基于统计学方法分析和提取CT文本报告的术语研究显示文摘目的:提取原发性肝癌CT诊断报告的术语,发现共性术语,探索特定术语,为报告文本数据结构化提供参考。方法:研究选取了实际临床工作中提交的在线CT报告,以标准案例库中的CT报告作为对照,比较两组152个标准术语的应用情况,以术语出现的频次作为主要研究指标。其中,对照组和在线组的报告例数各为326份,共652份。统计分析方法为方差分析、t检验或非参数检验方法。结果:152个术语中,有86个术语两组出现频次差异无统计学意义(p>0.05),说明这86个术语也是在线组的常用报告术语。326份CT报告按不同的治疗方式分为三组,162个术语中,有88个术语的平均出现频次受分组影响显著,说明这88个术语可能是某一组的特有术语。还有64个术语可能是三组报告的共性术语。结论:基于统计学方法可以帮助识别CT报告的共性术语和专用术语,便于报告文本的结构化处理。刘逸敏 吴骋 Songhao Zhou 汤其宇 邵丹丹 吕学婷 范博园 2015中国数字医学2015,10,1:2

12Pressure-induced robust emission in a zero-dimensional hybrid metal halide (C_(9)NH_(20))_(6)Pb_(3)Br_(12)显示文摘Zero-dimensional(0D)hybrid metal halides are under intensive investigation owing to their unique physical properties,such as the broadband emission from highly localized excitons that is promising for white-emitting lighting.However,fundamental understanding of emission variations and structure–property relationships is still limited.Here,by using pressure processing,we obtain robust exciton emission in 0D(C_(9)NH_(20))_(6)Pb_(3)Br_(12) at room temperature that can survive to 80 GPa,the recorded highest value among all the hybrid metal halides.In situ experimental characterization and first-principles calculations reveal that the pressure-induced emission is mainly caused by the largely suppressed phonon-assisted nonradiative pathway.Lattice compression leads to phonon hardening,which considerably weakens the exciton–phonon interaction and thus enhances the emission.The robust emission is attributed to the unique structure of separated spring-like[Pb_(3)Br_(12)]^(6−)trimers,which leads to the outstanding stability of the optically active inorganic units.Our findings not only reveal abnormally robust emission in a 0D metal halide,but also provide new insight into the design and optimization of local structures of trimers and oligomers in lowdimensional hybrid materials.Mengting Chen Songhao Guo Kejun Bu Sujin Lee Hui Luo Yiming Wang Bingyan Liu Zhipeng Yan Hongliang Dong Wenge Yang Biwu Ma Xujie Lü 2021Matter and Radiation at Extremes2021,6,5:1

19Two-dimensional entropy model for video shot partitioning显示文摘A shot presents a contiguous action recorded by an uninterrupted camera operation and frames within a shot keep spatio-temporal coherence. Segmenting a serial video stream file into meaningful shots is the first pass for the task of video analysis,content-based video understanding. In this paper,a novel scheme based on improved two-dimensional entropy is proposed to complete the partition of video shots. Firstly,shot transition candidates are detected using a two-pass algorithm: a coarse searching pass and a fine searching pass. Secondly,with the character of two-dimensional entropy of the image,correctly detected transition candidates are further classified into different transition types whereas those falsely detected shot breaks are distinguished and removed. Finally,the boundary of gradual transition can be precisely located by merging the characters of two-dimensional entropy of the image into the gradual transition.
