1Physicochemical properties,antimicrobial activity and oil release of fish gelatin films incorporated with cinnamon essential oil显示文摘Fish skin gelatin films incorporated with various concentrations of cinnamon essential oil(CEO)were prepared and characterized.The results showed that tensile strength(TS),elongation at break(EAB),and water content(WC)of the gelatin based film decreased with the increasing concentrations of CEO,but water vapor permeability(WVP)increased.Addition of CEO improved light barrier property of the film.The Scanning electron microscope(SEM)showed that the heterogeneous surface and porous formation appeared in gelatin-CEO films.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analyses(FTIR-ATR)spectra indicated the interactions existed between gelatin and CEO.The gelatin-CEO films exhibited good inhibitory effects against the tested microorganisms(Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Aspergillus niger,Rhizopus oryzae,and Paecilomyces varioti)and their antifungal activity seemed to be more effective than the resistance to bacterial growth.In vitro release studies showed an initial burst effect of CEO release and that subsequently slowed down at 40℃,but the initial burst release was not obvious at 4℃.The obtained results suggested that incorporation of CEO as a natural antimicrobial agent into gelatin film has potential for developing as active food packaging.Jiulin Wu Xinyu Sun Xiaoban Guo Shangying Ge Qiqing Zhang 2017Aquaculture and Fisheries2017,2,4:4

3Virtual Huanghe River System:Framework and Technology显示文摘Virtual Reality provides a new approach for geographical research. In this paper, a framework of the Virtual Huanghe (Yellow) River System was first presented from the view of technology, which included five main modules —data sources, 3D simulation terrain database, 3D simulation model database, 3D simulation implementation and ap- plication system. Then the key technologies of constructing Virtual Huanghe River System were discussed in detail: 1) OpenGL technology, the 3D graphics developing instrument, was employed in Virtual Huanghe River System to realize the function of dynamic real-time navigation. 2) MO and OpenGL technologies were used to make the mutual response between 3D scene and 2D electronic map available, which made use of the advantages of both 3D scene and 2D elec- tronic map, with the macroscopic view, integrality and conciseness of 2D electronic map combined with the locality, reality and visualization of 3D scene. 7Research status and prospect of separators for magnesium-sulfur batteries显示文摘Magnesium-sulfur(Mg-S)batteries have attracted wide research attention in recent years,and are considered as one of the major candidates to replace lithium-ion batteries due to the high theoretical energy density,low costs of active materials,and high safety.However,there are still significant challenges that need to be overcome before they can reach the large-scale practical applications.The key issue is the dissolution and shuttle effect of magnesium polysulfides(Mg-PSs),which leads to severe capacity degradation and shortens cycling life,greatly limiting the development of Mg-S batteries.In order to overcome these challenges,great efforts have been made in cathode materials,electrolytes,and separators.Herein,we review the investigations on suppressing the shuttle effect of Mg-PSs via the modification of separators,including schemes such as coating the functional materials that can hold Mg-PSs on the surface of polyolefin-based or glass fiber(GF)separators,forming gel polymer separators via cross-linking polymerization reactions,and developing gel polymer electrolytes coupled with GF separators.Furthermore,an outlook is proposed for the future design on separator exploitation to accelerate the development of Mg-S battery technology.Shaopeng Chen Yaru Wang Yukun Sun Duo Zhang Shuxin Zhang Yazhen Zhao Jiulin Wang Jun Yang Yanna NuLi 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,12:0
