| 1 | 直径小于1 cm孤立性肺结节的18F-FDG PET/CT诊断研究进展显示文摘孤立性肺结节的鉴别诊断一直是胸部影像学的研究热点。早期且准确地鉴别肺内小结节的良恶性,对于患者治疗方案的确定以及随访情况的评估均具有重要的临床意义。18F-FDG PET/CT在鉴别诊断恶性肿瘤方面具有明显优于其他传统检查的高特异性和高敏感性,其公认的恶性肿瘤的诊断阈值是最大化标准摄取值(maximum standard uptake value,SUVmax)为2.5,然而部分临床数据显示一些直径小于1 cm的恶性肺结节的SUVmax数值小于2.5。因此在早期研究中,18F-FDG PET/CT在诊断直径较小的肺结节的其临床价值仍存在争议。为了尽量降低SUVmax的测量误差,提高18F-FDG PET/CT诊断的准确率,衍生出了许多SUVmax辅助诊断方法以及优化的重建算法、放射性显像剂的联合应用等手段。本文将对18F-FDG PET/CT鉴别诊断直径小于1 cm孤立性肺结节的研究进展进行综述。 | 滕月 孙莹莹 孙夕林 Avishek Swar | 2020 | 现代生物医学进展2020,20,6: | 9 |
| 2 | 胃癌腹膜微转移的临床研究显示文摘目的:研究胃癌患者腹膜微转移的相关因素及临床意义,为临床手术切除范围探寻理论依据。方法:应用CK19和CK20免疫组织化学方法,检测62例胃癌患者横结肠系膜前叶、胰腺被膜、网膜囊后壁和盆底腹膜组织,并与HE染色及腹腔灌洗液细胞学检查对比。结果:62例胃癌患者的腹膜组织常规病理HE染色均未见癌细胞,免疫组织化学证实腹膜微转移阳性率为43.55%(27/62),远高于腹腔灌洗液癌细胞的14.52%(9/62)。胃癌腹膜微转移与肿瘤的大小、浸润深度、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与肿瘤的部位、患者年龄、性别无关(P>0.05)。结论:用免疫组化方法检测胃癌腹膜微转移,可为胃癌根治术术式的选择和术后综合治疗提供可靠依据。对于进展期胃癌患者,应常规腹膜取材检测微转移,多点取材有助于提高微转移检出率。 | 陈月光 何庆泗 孙国瑞 王琰珉 张朝阳 Gyanendra Swar | 2009 | 中国现代普通外科进展2009,12,6: | 3 |
| 3 | Trans-umbilical endoscopic cholecystectomy with a water-jet hybrid-knife:A pilot animal study显示文摘AIM:To investigate the feasibility and safety of Natural orifice trans-umbilical endoscopic cholecystectomy with a water-jet hybrid-knife in a non-survival porcine model.METHODS:Pure natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery(NOTES) cholecystectomy was performed on three non-survival pigs,by transumbilical approach,using a water-jet hybrid-knife. Under general anesthesia,the following steps detailed the procedure:(1) incision of the umbilicus followed by the passage of a double-channel flexible endsocope through an overtube into the peritoneal cavity;(2) establishment of pneumoperitoneum;(3) abdominal exploration;(4)endoscopic cholecystectomy:dissection of the gallbladder performed using water jet equipment,ligation of the cystic artery and duct conducted using nylon loops;and(5) necropsy with macroscopic evaluation.RESULTS:Transumbilical endoscopic cholecystectomy was successfully completed in the first and third pig,with minor bleedings. The dissection times were 137and 42 min,respectively. The total operation times were 167 and 69 min,respectively. And the lengths of resected specimen were 6.5 and 6.1 cm,respectively.Instillation of the fluid into the gallbladder bed produced edematous,distended tissue making separation safe and easy. Reliable ligation using double nylon loops insured the safety of cutting between the loops.There were no intraoperative complications or hemodynamic instability. Uncontrolled introperative bleeding occurred in the second case,leading to the operation failure.CONCLUSION:Pure NOTES trans-umbilical cholecystectomy with a water-jet hybrid-knife appears to be feasible and safe. | 4 | 马来西亚东部沙捞越盆地构造演化及相关沉积史:未来油气勘探指南显示文摘综合利用钻井的生物地层和测井资料,重新处理了沙捞越海区区域地震测线,并进行了地震一地层研究,其目的是重新认识沙捞越盆地的现今构造及古沉积环境。在第三系沉积中识别了几个不整合面,以此作为地震对比的标志。在不整合面过渡到整合的地方,利用钻井资料进行整合面的对比。古环境图用来说明整个盆地历史构造和沉积的相互作用。沙捞越盆地的发育始于晚渐新世,沿海岸线呈NW-SE向沉积,几乎垂直于现今海岸线,海岸线在晚中新世已变成现今NE-SW向的形态。沙捞越盆地石油的地球化学特征表明,烃类来自陆生植物为主的源岩,这类源岩主要分布在海岸河流、海岸和下海岸平原环境,其数量和质量随着距海岸线的距离增加而降低。古环境图表明了沙捞越盆地源岩可能的分布,这将有助于对沙捞越盆地制定未来勘探计划。本研究也揭示了沙捞越盆地是在晚渐新世一中新世期间NW-SE向断裂右行走滑运动造成。右行走滑运动形成了NW-SE向的海岸线,将海上沙捞越区分成两个次级盆地。海岸平原和浅海相沉积物的沉积和保存延伸到东部地区,而西部地区仍保持了隆起状态,直到晚中新世。右行走滑运动控制了沙捞越盆地演化,在盆地其它地区是大量近似平行的线性构造。运动的时间表明向东不断变得年轻,可断定沉积物的晚期结构和构造圈闭的形成与这些构造运动相关联。沙捞越盆地位于婆罗州北部陆缘,向海上延伸大约300km(图1),其北部边界为第三纪洋壳的南海,南部是变形的早第三纪较老沉积和婆罗州基底。在盆地南部边缘附近和较老的变形基底中还发现晚第三纪火山岩侵入体。本次研究的主要目的是了解沙捞越盆地的构造背景和现在生产油气田的构造圈闭成因。我们的目的也是理解盆地的沉积作用史,这需要重新确定其地层格架。已有的深部二维和高分辨率的三维地震资料为检验早期的沙捞越盆地构造沉积史模型提供了有利条件。 | MAT- Zin I·SWAR BRICK R·E· 万玲(译) 韩冰(校对) | 2011 | 海洋地质2011,,2: | 2 |
| 5 | Characterization of dolochar wastes generated by the sponge iron industry显示文摘Solid wastes generated by the metallurgical industry contribute significantly towards the enhancement of environmental pollution. The handling, utilization, and safe disposal of these solid wastes are major concerns for the world. Dolochar is such a solid waste generated by the sponge iron industry. Investigations were carried out on the physical, mineralogical, and chemical characteristics for the efficient utilization of dolochar. The detailed studies on physico-chemical properties and petrography were carried out by optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Characterization studies revealed that the dolochar consists of quartz (free as well as locked), free lime, Fe particles, and Ca or Mg and/or Ca+Mg+Fe oxide phases. The washability data of-300 μm dolochar samples indicated that clean coal with 41wt% ash at 18% yield can be produced from dolochar with 78wt% ash. The studies further suggested that the liberation of the dolochar is hard to achieve for clear separation. | 16 | Characterization of Myanmar Paw San Hmwe Accessions Using Functional Genetic Markers显示文摘Paw San Hmwe(PSM) rice has been cultivated in many areas of Myanmar for a long time. Strong aroma,good taste and its elongation during cooking are the key characteristics of PSM rice. Thirty-one PSM accessions were genotypically characterized,and their physical grain and cooking quality traits were studied. We used specific gene markers associated with aroma,apparent amylose content(AAC) and alkali spreading value to determine the alleles carried by different PSM accessions. The results revealed that six PSM accessions(PSM10,PSM12,PSM13,PSM21,PSM22 and PSM30) had a 3-bp insertion in Os2 AP gene. Gel consistency(GC) allele was predominant among the PSM accessions for gelatinization temperature(GT),however,the phenotype observed was between low and intermediate GT because of the combination of the GC allele with the presence of low GT allele at heterozygous state from the other loci of the SSIIa gene. Intermediate to high AAC was observed among the PSM accessions corresponding to the haplotype identified for the single nucleotide polymorphism G/T and the(CT)n repeat in the Wx gene.
