1重新研究TP53基因突变和免疫组化的关系——157例弥漫型胶质瘤的对照分析显示文摘p53免疫组化与TP53突变状态之间的关系一直存在争议。本组研究重新评估p53免疫组化提示TP53突变状态的价值。通过外显子测序,共检测了157例弥漫型胶质瘤( WHO Ⅱ~Ⅳ级)冷冻组织的TP53基因第4~10外显子。对应所有病例的福尔马林固定石蜡包埋组织检测p53免疫组化(克隆号DO-7),评估表达强度和比率。66例突变病例中发现72个突变,包括60个错义突变,5个无义突变,4个缺失和3个剪切位点变异。通过 ROC曲线分析发现大于10%的肿瘤细胞强阳性可最大程度地提示突变。Takami H Yoshida A Fukushima S 刘雪咏 王行富 2015临床与实验病理学杂志2015,31,7:14

3北京市及冲绳地区大气气溶胶中水溶性有机物特征对比研究显示文摘研究北京和冲绳地区大气气溶胶中水溶性有机物的浓度水平、季节变化及粒径分布特征.采用分级采样法采集了2006年北京市及冲绳地区的大气颗粒物,用总有机碳(TOC)方法测定了水提取物中水溶性有机物的浓度.结果表明:北京地区水溶性有机物浓度范围为8.31~20.03μg·m^-3;冲绳地区水溶性有机物浓度约为3.39μg·m^-3.两地区大气细颗粒(粒径小于2.1μm)中水溶性有机物的浓度均最高,分别占总悬浮颗粒物中水溶性有机物的42%~53%(北京)和39%~46%(冲绳).北京地区大气中水溶性有机物浓度冬季最高,受当地排放源的影响较大;冲绳地区大气中水溶性有机物的浓度在春季最高,主要受到污染物远距离传输的影响.伦小秀 邓利群 张逸 张晓山 Naoki K Takami A 2009北京理工大学学报2009,29,2:2
