| 4 | Study of High Power ICRF Antenna Design in LHD显示文摘In large helical device (LHD), antenna loadings are different for minority ioncyclotron heating (MICH with 38.47 MHz) and mode-converted ion Bernstein wave heating(MC-IBW with 28.4 MHz), and it is necessary to improve antenna loading with low heatingefficiency to avoid arching on transmission line. To design a new ion cyclotron range of frequencies(ICRF) antenna in LHD, calculation for a simple antenna model is conducted usingthree-dimensional electrical magnetic code (high frequency structure simulator, HFSS) for anwater loading as an imaginary plasma with low heating efficiency. At resonant frequencies,antenna loading is sensitive to strap width, and resonant frequencies are strongly related tostrap height. There is no differences of RF current profile on the strap surface between resonantfrequency and non-resonant frequency. | 5 | Anti-EGFR antibody monotherapy for colorectal cancer with severe hyperbilirubinemia: A case report显示文摘BACKGROUND Hyperbilirubinemia with hepatic metastases is a common complication and a poor prognostic factor for colorectal cancer(CRC).Effective drainage is often im-possible before initiating systemic chemotherapy,owing to the liver’s diffuse metastatic involvement.Moreover,an appropriate chemotherapeutic approach for the treatment of hyperbilirubinemia is currently unavailable.CASE SUMMARY The patient,a man in his 50s,presented with progressive fatigue and severe jaundice.Computed tomography revealed multiple hepatic masses with thick-ened walls in the sigmoid colon,which was pathologically confirmed as a well-differentiated adenocarcinoma.No RAS or BRAF mutations were detected.The Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group(ECOG)performance status(PS)score was 2.Biliary drainage was impossible due to the absence of a dilated bile duct,and panitumumab monotherapy was promptly initiated.Subsequently,the bilirubin level decreased and then normalized,and the patient’s PS improved to zero ECOG score after four cycles of therapy without significant adverse events.CONCLUSION Anti-EGFR antibody monotherapy is a safe and effective treatment for RAS wild-type CRC and hepatic metastases with severe hyperbilirubinemia. | Toshiaki Tsurui Yuya Hirasawa Yutaro Kubota Kiyoshi Yoshimura Takuya Tsunoda | 2024 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2024,16,2: | 0 |
| 6 | 局部缺血时的脂肪组织重构:脂肪细胞的死亡与干/祖细胞的激活显示文摘背景许多整形外科手术后(如脂肪移植),脂肪组织开始缺血,导致组织缺氧和营养缺失。然而,很少有研究检测脂肪组织中的缺血和/或缺氧变化的报道。方法切断小鼠体内为腹股沟脂肪垫供血的血管,建立外科手术诱导的缺血模型。利用氧气监视器测量脂肪组织的氧分压,利用全标本染色、免疫组化、流式细胞术和蛋白质印迹法分析缺血改变。作者还检测了体外低氧环境下的细胞寿命。结果3种程度缺血模型(轻度、中度、重度)的氧分压水平分别为正常脂肪组织(50.5±1.3)mmHg的75%、55%、20%。在第28天观察到脂肪组织萎缩伴随实质纤维变性,这取决于缺血的严重程度。在第1天观察到中度和重度缺血诱导低氧诱导因子1仪和纤维生长因子2表达的提高,中度和重度缺血还可导致脂肪组织中的退行性改变(如细胞凋亡、坏死、巨噬细胞侵噬)。死亡细胞包括脂肪细胞,血管内皮细胞,血源性细胞,但不包括脂肪源性干/祖细胞。退行性改变后可观察到再生性改变,包括血管形成、脂肪形成和细胞的增殖(包括脂肪源性干/祖细胞、血管内皮细胞和血细胞)。笔者还发现,严重缺氧时在体外用实验方法分化的脂肪细胞发生凋亡和/或坏死,而脂肪源性干/祖细胞仍然存活。结论脂肪组织严重缺血/缺氧导致退行性改变,继而发生相应的组织重构。在缺血环境下,脂肪细胞很容易死亡,而脂肪源性干/祖细胞却非常活跃,并有助于组织修复。 | Hirotaka Suga Hitomi Eto Noriyuki Aoi Harunosuke Kato Jun Araki Kentaro Doi Takuya Higashino Kotaro Yoshimura 魏峰(译) 高景恒(译) 张晨(译) | 2011 | 中国美容整形外科杂志2011,22,7: | 0 |
