| 4 | Numerical Simulation of a Viscoelastic Thinning Process for Preparing Flexible Glasses by Redrawing Method显示文摘The forming process of the flexible ultrathin glasses(UTG)prepared by the redrawing method was numerically simulated using ANSYS Polyflow software.In the forming process by the redrawing method,temperature,viscosity,transverse and longitudinal velocity distribution of the glasses with different compositions were studied.Furthermore,the influence of these factors on the width and thickness of the flexible glass plate was investigated.It is found that the internal and external heat exchange of glass has a dominant influence on the viscosity variation during the UTG forming process,which is inconsistent with the general viscosity-temperature dependence.The glass that first reaches the lower limit of forming viscosity can significantly resist the shrinking effect caused by surface tension,making the glass wider during the forming.If the original glass width remains unchanged,the glass thickness or feeding speed is reduced,wider and thinner flexible glasses can be produced. | 刘冰 袁坚 GUO Zhenqiang ZHANG Qi HAN Zhuangzhuang TAN Jinqi TIAN Peijing ZHENG Weihong | 2023 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,1: | 0 |
| 5 | Influence of Nd^(3+) concentration on mid-infrared emission in PbF_(2) crystal co-doped with Ho^(3+) and Nd^(3+) ions显示文摘A promising series of Ho_(y)Nd_(x)Pb_((1-x-y))F_2(x = 0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04;y = 0.02) crystals was grown by the Bridgman method. The influence of the Nd^(3+)ions concentration on mid-infrared(~2.0, ~2.9 and ~3.9 μm)fluorescence emissions of Ho^(3+)ions in the PbF_(2) crystal excited by 808 nm laser diode was investigated in this work. The energy transfer mechanism between Nd^(3+)ions and Ho~(3+)ions under different concentrations of the Nd^(3+)ions was systematically analyzed. The results show that the Nd^(3+)ions have good sensitization and deactivation effect on the Ho^(3+)ions to stimulate the mid-infrared fluorescence emissions. The experimental analysis proves that the sensitization efficiency of the Nd^(3+)ions is relatively stable at around 93.45% with varying Nd^(3+)-doping concentrations. Concentration dependence studies indicate that the concentration of the Nd^(3+)ions has significant influence on mid-infrared emissions.When the doping concentration of the Nd^(3+)ions is up to 2.0 at%, the intensity of ~2.0, ~2.9 and ~3.9 μm emissions all reach the maximum. The output characteristics of a 3.9 μm laser are simulated, and it is found that with the increase of the Nd^(3+)-doping concentration, the peak power, pulse width, and peak energy all meet the trend of first increasing and then decreasing, and Ho_(0.02)Nd_(0.02)Pb_(0.96)F_(2) crystal displays the best performance. | 6 | Tet methylcytosine dioxygenase 2 suppresses renal cell cancer proliferation and metastasis by regulating the miR-200c-SCD axis显示文摘Tet methylcytosine dioxygenase 2(TET2)acts as an antioncogene that is investigated in different cancers.But the effects of TET2 in renal cell cancer(RCC)is still known little.Here,quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR),Western blot,and immunofluorescence were performed to exam gene and protein expression.Cell proliferation was measured using Cell Counting Kit-8(CCK-8).Transwell assay was performed to detect cell metastasis viability.Flow cytometry was performed to analyze the cell cycle and cell apoptosis.The effects of TET2 on RCC growth in vivo was analyzed using a mouse xenograft model.We found that TET2 and miR-200c were decreased in RCC tissues,and hypermethylation of miR-200c promoter was found.Overexpression of TET2 promoted miR-200c expression by reducing miR-200c promoter methylation.Additionally,overexpression of TET2 or miR-200c suppressed cell growth and metastasis.Also,knockdown of miR-200c could moderate TET2 mediated cell growth inhibition.Furthermore,we found miR-200c directly regulates Stearoyl-CoA desaturase(SCD)gene expression.Moreover,in vivo experiment results confirmed that TET2 inhibited tumor growth.In conclusion,TET2 acts as an antioncogene in RCC by regulating the miR-200c-SCD axis and providing a potential target for RCC diagnosis and treatment. | BENJIANG QIAN YOUFENG HUANG ZHENQIANG QIU XIAOYAN YING GUANG YANG HUIZHANG LI JIANMING TAN | 2021 | BIOCELL2021,45,3: | 0 |
