1流式细胞DNA研究能否预测子宫内膜增生的预后显示文摘Objectives: The study is investigating the relation of the ploidy pattern and cell cycle kinetics to different types of endometrial hyperplasia to select the high-risk women who will need strict follow up surveillance. Study design: An observational study of 152 patients with endometrial hyperplasia. Endometrial samples were subjected to flowcytometric study of the nuclear DNA content to determine the ploidy pattern and cell cycle kinetics. Results: The mean age of women was 46.3 ±3.6 years. 15.8%of women were nulliparae, 36.8%were diabetic and 43.6%were hypertensive. 48.7%of women were obese (BMI >30). Most of endometrial samples (88.2%) were simple endometrial hyperplasia without atypia. The cell cycle kinetics in different types of endometrial hyperplasia shows that there were significant statistical differences as regards the S-phase fraction and proliferative index (PI) between typical and atypical hyperplasia. Conclusion: The study of cell cycle kinetics by flowcytometry might help in picking up, among all women with endometrial hyperplasia, the group of patients who need further close and strict follow up by endometrial pathologic study. This is going to minimize the cost and invasiveness of surveillance of patients with various grades of endometrial hyperplasia.Sherif L.S. Totongy M. Tawfeek M. A.M. 2细粒棘球绦虫埃及分离株间抗原B的遗传变异性显示文摘本试验通过PCR-RFLP和DNA测序对20株细粒棘球绦虫埃及分离株编码抗原B2基因(AgB2)的遗传多态性进行了研究。试验分别从人、骆驼、猪和绵羊中采集了5株细粒棘球绦虫株。所有分离株经限制性内切酶AluI酶切消化后,进行模式非常类似的PCR-RFLP扩增。结果表明,绵羊、人、猪和骆驼中细粒棘球绦虫分离株AgB2基因的片段大小约为140、240、150和250 bp,但所有分离株经EcoR I酶切消化后均无目的条带。以上结果表明,AgB2基因具有高度组间同质性;DNA序列分析结果表明,人感染的细粒棘球绦虫分离株AgB2基因与绵羊、猪、骆驼的同源性分别为100%、96%和99%。Gihan M.
