2In-situ constructing Cu_(1)Bi_(1)bimetallic catalyst to promote the electroreduction of CO_(2)to formate by synergistic electronic and geometric effects显示文摘Electrochemical CO_(2)reduction to formate is a potential approach to achieving global carbon neutrality.Here,Cu1Bi1bimetallic catalyst was prepared by a co-precipitation method.It has a ginger like composite structure(CuO/CuBi_(2)O_(4))and exhibited a high formate faradaic efficiency of 98.07%at–0.98 V and a large current density of–56.12 mA.cm^(-2)at–1.28 V,which is twice as high as Bi2O3catalyst.Especially,high selectivity(FE^(–)_(HCOO)>85%)is maintained over a wide potential window of 500 mV.In-situ Raman measurements and structure characterization revealed that the reduced Cu1Bi1bimetallic catalyst possesses abundant Cu-Bi interfaces and residual Bi-O structures.The abundant Cu-Bi interface structures on the catalyst surface can provide abundant active sites for CO_(2)RR,while the Bi-O structures may stabilize the CO_(2)^(*–)intermediate.The synergistic effect of abundant Cu-Bi interfaces and Bi-O species promotes the efficient synthesis of formate by following the OCHO^(*)pathway.Houan Ren Xiaoyu Wang Xiaomei Zhou Teng Wang Yuping Liu Cai Wang Qingxin Guan Wei Li 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,4:1

4Review of insulin-like growth factor 1 signaling pathway and its role in protection against brain diseases显示文摘Insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1) is a pluripotent growth factor,with multiple functions in the peripheral and central nervous systems. Increasing evidence suggests that IGF-1 fine-tunes the development of the central nervous system,ensuring proper neuronal differentiation,maturation,and connectivity. It supports neuronal survival and axon growth,and acts on myelinating Schwann cells and oligodendroglia. The biological functions of IGF-1 are modulated by the IGF-1 signaling pathway. Recent studies have proposed the modulation of the members of the IGF-1/IGF-1 signaling pathway as treatment for neuropathologies. In this study,we introduce the structure of IGF-1/2 and its receptors,with the intra-cellular interactions. 5Revealing the Cell Entry Dynamic Mechanism of Single Rabies Virus Particle显示文摘The rabies virus is a neurotropic virus that causes fatal diseases in humans and animals.Although studying the interactions between a single rabies virus and the cell membrane is necessary for understanding the pathogenesis,the internalization dynamic mechanism of single rabies virus in living cells remains largely elusive.Here,we utilized a novel force tracing technique based on atomic force microscopy(AFM)to record the process of single viral entry into host cell.We revealed that the force of the rabies virus internalization distributed at(65±25)pN,and the time was identified by two peaks with spacings of(237.2±59.1)and(790.3±134.4)ms with the corresponding speed of 0.12 and 0.04µm/s,respectively.Our results provide insight into the effects of viral shape during the endocytosis process.This report will be meaningful for understanding the dynamic mechanism of rabies virus early infection.LI Siying PAN Yangang TENG Honggang SHAN Yuping YANG Guocheng WANG Hongda 2022Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2022,38,3:0
