| 1 | Visual Fixation Assessment in Patients with Disorders of Consciousness Based on Brain-Computer Interface显示文摘Visual fixation is an item in the visual function subscale of the Coma Recovery Scale-Revised(CRS-R).Sometimes clinicians using the behavioral scales find it difficult to detect because of the motor impairment in patients with disorders of consciousness(DOCs). Braincomputer interface(BCI) can be used to improve clinical assessment because it directly detects the brain response to an external stimulus in the absence of behavioral expression. In this study, we designed a BCI system to assist the visual fixation assessment of DOC patients. The results from 15 patients indicated that three showed visual fixation in both CRS-R and BCI assessments and one did not show such behavior in the CRS-R assessment but achieved significant online accuracy in the BCI assessment. The results revealed that electroencephalography-based BCI can detect the brain response for visual fixation. Therefore, the proposed BCI may provide a promising method for assisting behavioral assessment using the CRS-R. | Jun Xiao Jiahui Pan Yanbin He Qiuyou Xie Tianyou Yu Haiyun Huang Wei Lv Jiechun Zhang Ronghao Yu Yuanqing Li | 2018 | Neuroscience Bulletin2018,34,4: | 9 |
| 2 | Geothermal field and its relation with coalbed methane distribution of the Qinshui Basin显示文摘The average geothermal gradient in the Qin-shui Basin, Shanxi Province, North China, estimated from temperature logging data of 20 boreholes is 28.2±1.03℃/km. The thermal conductivities of 39 rock samples are measured and 20 heat flow values are obtained. The estimated heat flow ranges from 44.75 mW7m2 to 101.81 mW/m2, with a mean of 62.69±15.20 mW/m2. The thermal history reconstruction from the inversion of vitrinite data, using Ther-model for Windows 2004, reveals that the average paleo-heat flow at the time of maximum burial in late Jurassic to early Cretaceous is 158.41 mW/m2 for the north part, 119.57 mW/m2 for the central part and 169.43 mW/m2for the south part of the basin respectively. The reconstruction of the buried history of the strata indicates that the age for the end of sedimentation and the beginning of erosion for the basin is 108-156 Ma, and that the eroded thickness of the strata is 2603 m in the north, 2291 m in the central, and 2528.9 m in the south of the basin respectively. The 'higher in the north and the south, lower in the central' distribution pattern of the paleo-heat flow coincides with the distribution of the coal-bed methane spatially and temporally, which shows that the coal-bed methane is controlled by the paleo-geotem-perature field in the basin. | Zhanxue Sun Wen Zhang Baoqun Hu Wenjuan Li Tianyou Pan | 2005 | Chinese Science Bulletin2005,50,S1: | 3 |
| 3 | Ultrasensitive, flexible perovskite nanowire photodetectors with long-term stability exceeding 5000 h显示文摘Photodetectors(PDs)based on perovskite nanowires are among the most promising next-generation photodetection technologies;however, their poor long-term stability is the biggest challenge limiting their commercial applica-tion.Herein,an ionic liquid,1-butyl-3 methylimidazolium tetrafuoroborate(BMIMBF_(4)),is incorporated as an additive into methylammonium lead tri-iodide(MAPbI_(3))nanowires;this not only effectively passivates defects to inhibit perovskite degradation but also leads to the formation of nanochannels, enabling fast charge transfer. As a result, the long-term stability and perfor-mance of MAPbI_(3)nanowires are considerably improved. The detectivity, linear detection range, and noise equivalent power of the MA PbI_(3)nanowire PD reach 2.06×10^(13)Jones,160dB,and 1.38×10^(-15)W Hz-^(1/2),respectively,compara-ble to the highest performance of perovskite nanowire PDs reported to date. Moreover, the unencapsulated PD can maintain 100%of its initial performance after being exposed to an open-air environment for more than 5000 h,esta-blishing it as the most stable perovskite nanowire PD reported to date.Nota-bly,the PD exhibits improved diffuse reflection imaging ability when compared with commercial silicon photodiode S2386.This study provides a new strategy for constructing sensitive, stable, and flexible perovskite PDs and will accelerate their commercial application in the future. | Dingjun Wu Yongchang Xu Hai Zhou Xin Feng Jianqiang Zhang Xiyan Pan Zheng Gao Rui Wang Guokun Ma Li Tao Hanbin Wang Jinxia Duan Houzhao Wan Jun Zhang Liangping Shen Hao Wang Tianyou Zhai | 2022 | InfoMat2022,4,9: | 0 |
| 4 | Nucleoporin 35 regulates cardiomyocyte pH homeostasis by controlling Na^(+)-H^(+)exchanger-1 expression显示文摘The mammalian nuclear pore complex is comprised of∼30 different nucleoporins(Nups). It governs the nuclear import of gene expression modulators and the export of mRNAs.In cardiomyocytes,Na1-H1 exchanger-1(NHE1)is an integral membrane protein that exclusively regulates intracellular pH(pHi)by exchanging one intracellular H1 for one extracellular Na1.However,the role of Nups in cardiac NHE1 expression remains unknown. We herein report that Nup35 regulates cardiomyocyte NHE1 expression by controlling the nucleo-cytoplasmic trafficking of nhe1 mRNA.The N-terminal domain of Nup35 determines nhe1 mRNA nuclear export by targeting the 5′-UTR(2412 to2213 nt)of nhe1mRNA.Nup35 ablationweakensthe resistance of cardiomyocytes to an acid challenge by depressingNHE1 expression. Moreover,we identify thatNup35 andNHE1 are simultaneously downregulated in ischemic cardiomyocytes both in vivo and in vitro.Enforced expression of Nup35 effectively counteracts the anoxia-induced intracellular acidification. We conclude that Nup35 selectively regulates cardiomyocyte pHi homeostasis by posttranscriptionally controlling NHE1 expression. This finding reveals a novel regulatory mechanism of cardiomyocyte pHi,and may provide insight into the therapeutic strategy for ischemic cardiac diseases. | Liang Xu Lei Pan Jun Li Bijun Huang Jing Feng Changming Li ShiyiWang Erlinda The Yuan Liu Tianyou Yuan Lixiao Zhen Dandan Liang Yi Liu Li Li Yingyu Cui Xiaoyan Jiang Luying Peng Yi-Han Chen | 2015 | Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2015,7,5: | 0 |
