3Fuel optimal low thrust rendezvous with outer planets via gravity assist显示文摘Low thrust propulsion and gravity assist (GA) are among the most promising techniques for deep space explorations.In this paper the two techniques are combined and treated comprehensively,both on modeling and numerical techniques.Fuel optimal orbit rendezvous via multiple GA is first formulated as optimal guidance with multiple interior constraints and then the optimal necessary conditions,various transversality conditions and stationary conditions are derived by Pontryagin's Maximum Principle (PMP).Finally the initial orbit rendezvous problem is transformed into a multiple point boundary value problem (MPBVP).Homotopic technique combined with random searching globally and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO),is adopted to handle the numerical difficulty in solving the above MPBVP by single shooting method.Two scenarios in the end show the merits of the present approach.GUO TieDing JIANG FangHua BAOYIN HeXi LI JunFeng 2011Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,4:8
4Application of nanoparticle tracking analysis for characterising the fate of engineered nanoparticles in sediment-water systems显示文摘Novel applications of nanotechnology may lead to the release of engineered nanoparticles(ENPs), which result in concerns over their potential environmental hazardous impact. It is essential for the research workers to be able to quantitatively characterise ENPs in the environment and subsequently to assist the risk assessment of the ENPs. This study hence explored the application of nanoparticle tracking system(NTA) to quantitatively describe the behaviour of the ENPs in natural sediment-water systems. The NTA allows the measurement of both particle number concentration(PNC) and particle size distribution(PSD) of the ENPs. The developed NTA method was applied to a range of gold and magnetite ENPs with a selection of surface properties. The results showed that the positively-charged ENPs interacted more strongly with the sediment than neutral and negatively-charged ENPs. It was also found that the citrate coated Au ENPs had a higher distribution percentage(53%) than 11-mercaptoundecanoic acid coated Au ENPs(20%) and citrate coated magnetite ENPs(21%). 5Heterotopic bone formation in the musculus latissimus dorsi of sheep usingβ-tricalcium phosphate scaffolds:evaluation of different seeding techniques显示文摘Osseous reconstruction of large bone defects remains a challenge in oral and maxillofacial surgery.In addition to autogenous bone grafts,which despite potential donor-site mobility still represent the gold standard in reconstructive surgery,many studies have investigated less invasive alternatives such as in vitro cultivation techniques.This study compared different types of seeding techniques on pureβ-tricalcium phosphate scaffolds in terms of bone formation and ceramic resorption in vivo.Cylindrical scaffolds loaded with autologous cancellous bone,venous blood,bone marrow aspirate concentrate or extracorporeal in vitro cultivated bone marrow stromal cells were cultured in sheep on a perforator vessel of the musculus latissimus dorsi over a 6-month period.Histological and histomorphometric analyses revealed that scaffolds loaded with cancellous bone were superior at promoting heterotopic bone formation and ceramic degradation,with autogenous bone and bone marrow aspirate concentrate inducing in vivo formation of vital bone tissue.These results confirm that autologous bone constitutes the preferred source of osteoinductive and osteogenic material that can reliably induce heterotopic bone formation in vivo.Simon Spalthoff Rudiger Zimmerer Jan Dittmann Horst Kokemuller Marco Tiede Laura Flohr Philippe Korn Nils-Claudius Gellrich Philipp Jehn 2018Regenerative Biomaterials2018,5,2:3
