1沙尘PM_(10)质量浓度与气温的关系初探显示文摘利用甘肃民勤自动气象站观测的2004~2006年夏季的5 min一次的气温与沙尘PM10浓度资料,通过将数据分为实验组与对照组,研究了气温与沙尘天气之间的统计关系。个例显示,气温与沙尘PM10浓度之间存在降温、升温和混合型3种对应关系。实验组统计分析表明,气温及其变化(每5min间隔气温变化绝对值和每24 h间隔气温变化绝对值)与沙尘PM10浓度及其变化呈现出非常显著的正相关关系;沙尘暴天气下日平均气温变化与相应沙尘PM10浓度变化呈显著负相关。对照组结果表明,实验组统计关系是非常显著的。赵建华 Kyle Tietze Hongjun Zheng 隆霄 2012干旱气象2012,30,3:6
2Proteome analysis of peroxisomes from dark-treated senescent Arabidopsis leaves显示文摘Peroxisomes compartmentalize a dynamic suite of biochemical reactions and play a central role in plant metabolism, such as the degradation of hydrogen peroxide,metabolism of fatty acids, photorespiration, and the biosynthesis of plant hormones. Plant peroxisomes have been traditionally classified into three major subtypes, and in-depth mass spectrometry(MS)-based proteomics has been performed to explore the proteome of the two major subtypes present in green leaves and etiolated seedlings. Here, we carried out a comprehensive proteome analysis of peroxisomes from Arabidopsis leaves given a 48-h dark treatment.Our goal was to determine the proteome of the third major subtype of plant peroxisomes from senescent leaves, and further catalog the plant peroxisomal proteome. We identifieda total of 111 peroxisomal proteins and verified the peroxisomal localization for six new proteins with potential roles in fatty acid metabolism and stress response by in vivo targeting analysis. Metabolic pathways compartmentalized in the three major subtypes of peroxisomes were also compared, which revealed a higher number of proteins involved in the detoxification of reactive oxygen species in peroxisomes from senescent leaves. 5A phylogeographic break and bioacoustic intraspecific differentiation in the Buff-barred Warbler(Phylloscopus pulcher)(Aves:Passeriformes,Phylloscopidae)显示文摘Background: According to current taxonomy only three out of 27 Sinohimalayan leaf warbler species(Phylloscopidae) are considered genetically uniform across their entire breeding range along the Southeastern margin of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, the Buff-barred Warbler(Phylloscopus pulcher) being one of them. Because marked differentiation among Himalayan and Chinese populations has been recently demonstrated for a number of Phylloscopus species(or sister species) we investigated the intraspecific variation of a mitochondrial gene, songs and morphology of P. pulcher in a phylogeographic approach.Methods: We sequenced a fragment of the mitochondrial cytochrome b, reconstructed haplotype networks and analyzed DNA polymorphism among Himalayan and Chinese populations. We measured time and frequency parameters of two distinct song types and analyzed among population-differentiation in a principal component analysis and a discriminant analysis. We also compared measurements of body size dimensions taken from museum specimens.Results: The mitochondrial haplotype network(cytb) was divided into two distinct clusters corresponding to geographic origin of samples. Pairwise genetic distances among Himalayan and Chinese mt DNA lineages account for 1.3% which coincides with Pleistocene lineage separation at roughly 650,000 years ago. Genetic diversity is slightly higher in the Chinese part of the species' range with respect to haplotype and nucleotide diversity while the less diversified Himalayan population lineage shows signs of recent range expansion. The vocal repertoire of P. pulcher comprises two distinct verse types that are combined with short interspersed click notes to long continuous song displays. Trill verse types showed significant differences among regions in almost all measured frequency and time parameters: Chinese males displayed more rapid and more broad-banded trills at a lower pitch. In contrast,warbling verse types showed a distinctively different structure among regions: Himalayan songs consisted of repeated syllables while Chinese songs comprised repetitions of single, long and strongly modulated elements.Subtle morphological differences among specimens from the two study regions could only be confirmed for plumage coloration but not for metric characters.Conclusions: Based on the genetic and bioacoustic distinctiveness of Chinese Buff-barred Warbler populations,we recommend that the name Phylloscopus pulcher vegetus Bangs, 1913 should be re-validated for this taxon.Martin Packert Yue-Hua Sun Balduin S Fischer Dieter Thomas Tietze Jochen Martens 2014Chinese Birds2014,,1:2

7高稳定可逆的混合导电金属钠基负极助力高性能钠金属电池显示文摘钠金属二次电池由于丰富的地壳钠资源储备、金属钠负极高的理论容量等优势受到广泛的关注,已成为后锂离子电池时代的重要技术之一.然而,金属钠负极在充放电循环过程中存在枝晶生长、体积变化等严重问题,严重制约了钠金属电池技术的发展.基于以上问题,本文提出在金属钠负极体相内引入NaSICON型固态钠离子导体,构建具有离子/电子混合传输能力的金属钠基复合负极.一方面,通过钠离子传导相和金属电子导电相之间的紧密接触构建了快速的离子/电子通道和丰富的电化学反应界面,有利于实现稳定可逆的钠沉积/剥离;另一方面,紧密堆积的复合结构保护了金属钠免受液态有机电解质的腐蚀和副反应的发生.得益于上述独特的结构设计,复合负极表现出高度可逆和稳定的钠的沉积/剥离行为.在碳酸酯类电解液中,对称电池在1 m A cm^(-2)的电流密度、5 m Ah cm^(-2)的高充放电容量下实现了高于700 h的超长寿命,以及高达8 m A cm^(-2)电流密度的出色倍率性能.在搭配Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)/C正极时,全电池展现出优异的循环稳定性(容量衰减单次平均仅0.012%)以及低的充放电极化.曹克爽 马千里 Frank Tietz 徐斌 严密 姜银珠 2021Science Bulletin2021,66,2:2
