| 1 | Optimization of Short Stroke Control Preset for Automatic Width Control of Hot Rolling Mill显示文摘Automatic width control is a key issue in hot strip rolling process. The edge rolling has been widely used in the roughing stand of hot strip mill to control the width of the slab. However, the edge rolling and consequent horizontal rolling will cause a significant width change in the head part and tail part of the slab, which have to be trimmed before the finishing stands. Based on the width reduction deformation curve of the head and tail along the longitudinal direction of slab, the short stroke control (SSC) technology has been developed to overcome this problem. The finite element method has been used to simulate the unsteady edge rolling process. Three short stroke control curves have been compared in order to obtain the best width control result. | 2 | 金属塑性成形的晶体塑性学有限元模拟研究进展显示文摘综述了金属塑性成形过程中晶体塑性有限元模拟的理论背景和应用方面的研究进展,同时总结了国内研究者该领域的研究现状,指出了晶体塑性有限元模拟所要解决的问题及研究重点。晶体塑性理论起源于20世纪20 年代,包括单晶塑性本构理论和多晶塑性本构理论,能够深刻揭示材料变形的规律。与此同时,开始于30多年前的有限元法也已经日益成为求解材料成形理论公式的有效工具。晶体塑性有限元法作为一个强大的模拟工具将二者有机地结合在一起,已经广泛地用于模拟材料的微观结构和各种力学响应,越来越被材料界和力学界的研究者所重视;然而,无论是在理论方面还是应用方面晶体塑性有限元法都还不尽完善。未来晶体塑性有限元模拟的理论研究重点是建立系统的理论架构用于预测由滑移和孪晶引起塑性变形材料的各种力学响应,应用研究重点是运用各种模型模拟其他与织构相关的性能或参数。晶体塑性有限元模拟不仅能够深化人们对材料成形规律的理解, 而且可以不断推进晶体塑性理论的发展。 | 皮华春 韩静涛 薛永栋 TIEU A Kiet 姜正义 | 2006 | 机械工程学报2006,42,3: | 11 |
| 3 | Modeling uniaxial tensile deformation of polycrystalline Al using CPFEM显示文摘The crystal plasticity finite element modeling(CPFEM)is realized in commercial finite element code ABAQUS with UMAT subroutine on the basis of the crystal plasticity theory of rate dependent polycrystal constitutive relations in the mesoscopic scale.The initial orientations obtained by electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)are directly input into the CPFEM to simulate the mechanical response of polycrystaUine 1050 pure Al in uniaxial tensile deformation.Two polycrystal models and two tensile strain rates were used in the simulations.The stress-strain curves of tensile deformation were analyzed.The predictions and the corre- sponding experiment result show reasonable agreement and slight deviation with experiments.The flow true stress of strain rate 0.01 s^(-1)is higher than that of strain rate 0.001 s^(-1).At the strain less than 0.05,the stress saturated rate of the experiment is higher than the simulated results.However,the stress saturated rate of the experiment becomes gentler than the corresponding simulated predictions at the strain over 0.05.Also,necking was simulated by the two models,but the necking strain is not well predicted.Tensile textures at strain 0.25 were predicted at the low strain rate of 0.001 s^(-1).The predictions are in good accord with the experimental results. | Huachun pi Jingtao Han Chuanguo Zhang A. | 6 | Stock-Price Forecasting Based on XGBoost and LSTM显示文摘Using time-series data analysis for stock-price forecasting(SPF)is complex and challenging because many factors can influence stock prices(e.g.,inflation,seasonality,economic policy,societal behaviors).Such factors can be analyzed over time for SPF.Machine learning and deep learning have been shown to obtain better forecasts of stock prices than traditional approaches.This study,therefore,proposed a method to enhance the performance of an SPF system based on advanced machine learning and deep learning approaches.First,we applied extreme gradient boosting as a feature-selection technique to extract important features from high-dimensional time-series data and remove redundant features.Then,we fed selected features into a deep long short-term memory(LSTM)network to forecast stock prices.The deep LSTM network was used to reflect the temporal nature of the input time series and fully exploit future con-textual information.The complex structure enables this network to capture more stochasticity within the stock price.The method does not change when applied to stock data or Forex data.Experimental results based on a Forex dataset covering 2008–2018 showed that our approach outperformed the baseline autoregressive integrated moving average approach with regard to mean absolute error,mean squared error,and root-mean-square error. | Pham Hoang Vuong Trinh Tan Dat Tieu Khoi Mai Pham Hoang Uyen Pham The Bao | 2022 | Computer Systems Science & Engineering2022,40,1: | 2 |

| 8 | Simulation of polycrystalline aluminum tensile test with crystal plasticity finite element method显示文摘The crystal plasticity was implemented in the finite element method(FEM) software ABAQUS through the user subroutine UMAT. By means of discretizing the space at the grain level with the Voronoi diagram method, a polycrystal model was built and used in the FEM analysis. The initial orientation of each grain was generated based on the orientation distribution function(ODF). The developed model was successfully applied in simulation of polycrystalline aluminium samples deformed by the tensile tests. The theoretical strain—stress relation was in good agreement with the experimental result. The simulation results show that the grain size has significant effect on the deformation behavior. The initial plastic deformation usually occurs at grain boundaries, and multiple slip often results in an enhanced local hardening at grain boundaries. | 司良英 吕程 K.
