1垃圾焚烧飞灰研制硫铝酸盐水泥及其水化特性显示文摘以城市垃圾焚烧飞灰(以下简称焚烧飞灰)为主要原料,在实验室电炉里成功烧成了硫铝酸盐水泥熟料.研究了硫铝酸盐水泥熟料的烧成过程、组成及其形貌特征,并分析掺加适量石膏的硫铝酸盐水泥水化及重金属浸出特性.结果表明:将焚烧飞灰作为主要原料可以煅烧出以C_4 A_3S和C_2S为主要矿物的硫铝酸盐水泥熟料,焚烧飞灰在生料中的掺量不宜超过30%(质量分数,下同);烧成熟料表面疏松多孔,显现多层且无规则、细小的晶体;制备硫铝酸盐水泥时,掺入5%~10%的无水石膏均能使所配制的产品具有优异的物理性能;硬化硫铝酸盐水泥浆体孔隙率和中值孔径随着水化龄期的延长而不断降低;硫铝酸盐水泥对重金属离子固化效果较好,水化各龄期Zn,Cu,Cd,Ni,Cr,Pb这6种重金属离子的浸出浓度均远低于标准规定的浓度限值.施惠生 吴凯 郭晓潞 邓恺 R.
