1一种基于演化博弈的低轨卫星切换算法研究显示文摘近年来利用低轨卫星组网提供全球覆盖的移动通信成为行业发展和研究的热点,低轨卫星角速度大,单颗卫星无法为用户提供持续的服务,用户需要根据卫星的通信覆盖范围不断切换接入新的卫星才能确保持续通信.针对大量用户同时切换,且有多颗卫星可以提供接入服务的场景,提出一种基于演化博弈的低轨卫星群组切换算法.根据用户的网络满意度、带宽价格满意度以及所需的带宽进行分组,由簇头决定同组用户在切换时的接入卫星,卫星为了保障负载能力和确保收益会调整带宽的价格,影响簇头的接入决策.通过建立用户与卫星的演化博弈模型,利用博弈达到均衡状态,实现用户和卫星的效用最大化.仿真实验表明了算法的有效性和稳定性,该算法可为未来全球低轨卫星移动通信的用户切换提供参考.底晓强 于力伟 刘旭 Syed Umer 2018南京大学学报(自然科学版)2018,54,4:5
2Clinical indicators for progression of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis to cirrhosis显示文摘Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),is a disease spectrum characterized by fat accumulation in hepatocytes presenting as hepatic steatosis to advance disease with active hepatic inflammation,known as nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.Chronic steatohepatitis will lead to progressive hepatic fibrosis causing cirrhosis and increased risk for developing hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Fatty liver disease prevalence has increased at alarming rates alongside obesity,diabetes and metabolic syndrome to become the second most common cause of cirrhosis after alcohol related liver disease worldwide.Given this rise in prevalence,it is becoming increasingly more important to find non-invasive methods to diagnose disease early and stage hepatic fibrosis.Providing clinicians with the tools to diagnose and treat the full spectrum of NAFLD will help prevent known complications such as cirrhosis and HCC and improve quality of life for the patients suffering from this disease.This article discusses the utility of current noninvasive liver function testing in the clinical progression of fatty liver disease along with the imaging modalities that are available.Additionally,we summarize available treatment options including targeted medical therapy through four different pathways,surgical or endoscopic intervention.Tasur Kumar Seen Muntazir Sayed Muhammad Bilal Jonathan Vincent Reyes Priyanka Bhandari Vennis Lourdusamy Ahmed Al-khazraji Umer Syed Yasar Sattar Raghav Bansal 2021World Journal of Gastroenterology2021,27,23:1

5Numerical Investigation & Comparison of a Tandem-Bladed Turbocharger Centrifugal Compressor Stage with Conventional Design显示文摘Extensive numerical investigations of the performance and flow structure in an unshrouded tandem-bladed centrifugal compressor are presented in comparison to a conventional compressor.Stage characteristics are explored for various tip clearance levels,axial spacings and circumferential clockings.Conventional impeller was modified to tandem-bladed design with no modifications in backsweep angle,meridional gas passage and camber distributions in order to have a true comparison with conventional design.Performance degradation is observed for both the conventional and tandem designs with increase in tip clearance.Linear-equation models for correlating stage characteristics with tip clearance are proposed.Comparing two designs,it is clearly evident that the conventional design shows better performance at moderate flow rates.However;near choke flow,tandem design gives better results primarily because of the increase in throat area.Surge point flow rate also seems to drop for tandem compressor resulting in increased range of operation.Syed Noman Danish Shafiq Rehman Qureshi Abdelrahman EL-Leathy Salah Ud-Din Khan Usama Umer Ma Chaochen 2014Journal of Thermal Science2014,23,6:0

7新型频域相关断层扫描对健康年轻人视网膜各参数的测量分析(英文)显示文摘目的:采用新型频域相关断层扫描测量分析健康年轻人中视网膜各参数生理的不对称性。方法:对146名健康年轻人进行横断面观察研究,采用新型频域相关断层扫描对其双眼视网膜参数(视网膜神经纤维层厚度、视盘、黄斑)进行扫描。通过右眼减去左眼所得参数值的平均差进行配对t检验。两眼间的差异采用2.5%~97.5%之间进行评估。视网膜参数相关。通过回归分析,评价性别和血压对视网膜参数的影响。结果:两眼的视网膜神经纤维层平均厚度无统计学差异(+0.7μm,P=0.09)。两眼视网膜颞侧象限(+2.51μm,P=0.02),鼻侧象限(+2.50μm,P=0.04),钟表位右眼2点与左眼10点(+5.85μm,P=0.002),右眼3点与左眼9点(+3.20μm,P=0.005),右眼11点与左眼1点(+3.80μm,P=0.024),平均厚度(-0.034μm,P=0.013)和垂直方向杯盘比(-0.028μm,P=0.008),黄斑部鼻侧象限(+7.76μm,P=0.003)。左眼上方视网膜明显较薄(-2.40μm,P=0.03)。平均视网膜神经纤维层厚度和黄斑厚度分别为11μm和18μm。视网膜参数在双眼有中度的相关性(0.41~0.6),而两眼视网膜参数与性别、血压不相关(P<0.05)。研究表明通过新型频域相关断层扫描发现健康年轻人的视网膜神经纤维层厚度和黄斑厚度两眼间的差异分别不应超过11μm和18μm。结论:视网膜参数的不对称性存在于健康视网膜,并对早期视网膜病变的诊断提供有价值的评估。Syed Nasir Ali Shah 张林 樊小娟 邓瑾 Faisal Shahbaz Umer Farooq 2016国际眼科杂志2016,16,2:0
