| 1 | Simultaneous determination of telmisartan and amlodipine in human plasma by LC-MS/MS and its application in a human pharmacokinetic study显示文摘A rapid and sensitive liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric(LC-MS/MS) assay method has been developed and fully validated for the simultaneous quantification of telmisartan and amlodipine in human plasma.Carbamazepine was used as an internal standard.Analytes and the internal standard were extracted from human plasma by solid-phase extraction technique using Waters Oasis HLB 1 cm 3(30 mg) extraction cartridge.The reconstituted samples were chromatographed on a Hypurity advance C 18 column(50 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) using a mixture of acetonitrile-5 mM ammonium acetate buffer(pH-4.0)(50:50,v/v) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.The calibration curve obtained was linear(r≥0.99) over the concentration range of 2.01-400.06 ng/mL for telmisartan and 0.05-10.01 ng/mL for amlodipine.Method validation was performed as per FDA guidelines and the results met the acceptance criteria.A run time of 2.5 min for each sample made it possible to analyze more than 400 human plasma samples per day.The proposed method was found to be applicable to clinical studies. | Vasu Babu Ravi Jaswanth Kumar Inamadugu Nageswara Rao Pilli Vudagandla Sreenivasulu Venkateswarlu Ponneri | 2012 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2012，2，5： | 8 |

| 4 | Assessment of pot-hole subsidence risk for Indian coal mines显示文摘Ground subsidence induced by extraction of coal seam belowground brings about changes in surface environment leading to trough and pot-hole subsidence.Pot-hole subsidence is extremely hazardous and does not give any prior indication before its occurrence.In India,several pot-holes have occurred in the coal mines of South Eastern Coalfields Limited triggering the need for in-depth studies.In line with the requirement,literature review and field investigations were conducted to develop an in-depth understanding of various parameters influencing the occurrence of pot-holes.The critical parameters identified were rock to soil ratio,depth to height of extraction ratio,brittleness index of rock and rock density.Risk assessment of pot-hole subsidence has been done by developing an empirical rating approach named as pot-hole subsidence rating(PHSR),involving the critical parameters with suitable corrections for certain structural and mining conditions to obtain corrected PHSR(CPHSR).CPHSR was then applied for all the 34pot-holes studied and it was found that all the pot-holes fall under Class I and Class II category of risk representing a very high to high risk class.An effort was made for the estimation of pot-hole depth utilizing the developed CPHSR in both the development and depillaring cases.The developed approach was found to yield consistent results in pot-hole depth prediction. | Lokhande D.Ritesh Murthy Vemavarapu M.S.R. | 5 | Simultaneous determination of atorvastatin,metformin and glimepiride in human plasma by LC-MS/MS and its application to a human pharmacokinetic study显示文摘A simple, rapid and sensitive liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric (LC-MS/ MS) assay method has been developed and fully validated for the simultaneous quantification of atorvastatin, metformin and glimepiride in human plasma. Carbamazepine was used as internal standard (IS). The analytes were extracted from 200 mL aliquots of human plasma via protein precipitation using acetonitrile. The reconstituted samples were chromatographed on a Alltima HP C18 column by using a 60:40 (v/v) mixture of acetonitrile and 10 mM ammonium acetate (pH 3.0) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.1 mL/min. The calibration curves obtained were linear (r 2 Z0.99) over the concentration range of 0.50-150.03 ng/mL for atorvastatin, 12.14-1207.50 ng/mL for metformin and 4.98-494.29 ng/mL for glimepiride. The API-4000 LC-MS/MS in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode was used for detection. The results of the intra- and inter-day precision and accuracy studies were well within the acceptable limits. All the analytes were found to be stable in a battery of stability studies. The method is precise and sensitive enough for its intended purpose. A run time of 2.5 min for each sample made it possible to analyze more than 300 plasma samples per day. | 6 | 一种环保型皮革涂饰材料显示文摘制备蛋清(A)和明胶(B)的复合物,其产物可作为可生物降解的粘合剂。现将AB复合产物与戊二醛(C)交联形成复合物ABC。将制备好的ABC用FT-IR、TGA、CD光谱表征并检测其拉伸强度。在拉伸强度检测试验过程中,测试速度为5mm/min。结果表明:在40MPa下,体积比为AB:C=50:1,延长率为170%时,复合物ABC表现出的拉伸强度最佳。采用圆二色谱检测复合物结构,其光谱范围是185-250nm。检测结果表明:AB复合物中发现了螺旋结构,这说明存在肽键,而在ABC复合物中发现了无规卷曲,原本复合物AB的光谱在197nm处的负峰消失,说明螺旋结构转为了无规卷曲,戊二醛与AB复合物成功交联。采用红外光谱对复合物进行检测,结果发现:AB复合物红外光谱在1654cm^-1(酰胺I),1561cm^-1(酰胺Ⅱ),1244cm^-1(酰胺Ⅲ)处出现了蛋白质峰,而ABC复合物的红外光谱中酰胺Ⅲ缺失。这是由于戊二醛和氨基交联导致。对复合物进行热重分析,结果表明:AB复合物在235-400℃.失重就达到60%而ABC复合物在235-375℃的失重率仅有8%。对样品进行吸水性研究.结果表明:AB复合物在吸水不到1h就被溶解了.而ABC复合物在吸水24h后任然完好无损,1h后吸水率为173%。2h后吸水率为233%,3h后吸水率为245%,24h后吸水率为153%。ABC复合物在一张皮革表面进行标准涂饰来检测其剥离强度。结果表明在干燥条件下剥离强度为4.8N/mm,而在湿润条件下剥离强度为3.2N/mm。因此,ABC复合物有着优异的性能,可以用作皮革涂饰材料。 | U Venkateswarlu 杨健根(译) | 2018 | 中国皮革2018，47，10： | 2 |
| 7 | Pyoderma Gangrenosum with Oral Involvement–Case Report and Review of the Literature显示文摘Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a rare, noninfectious neutrophilic dermatosis. Clinically, it begins with sterile pustules that rapidly progress into painful ulcers of variable depth and size with undermined violaceous borders. The diagnosis of PG is based on the history of an underlying disease, a typical clinical presentation, histopathology, and exclusion of other diseases. The peak incidence occurs between the ages of 20 to 50 years with women being more often affected than men. There have been very few reports of pyoderma gangrenosum with oral mucosal involvement. Oral lesions in previously reported cases have included ulcers of varying sizes from a few mm to several cm and have been reported to have been found on the tongue, soft and hard palate, buccal mucosa, and gingiva. Some of these oral lesions have been associated with ulcerative colitis, inflammatory bowel disease, and polycythemia rubra vera. A few cases were reported with biopsy findings, the histological picture being nonspecific, showing ulceration, and necrosis with inflam- matory cell infiltrate.
