1基于Agilent86100取样示波器的时域网络分析系统(英文)显示文摘本文根据Nose-to-Nose校准技术的基本原理,提出了利用NTN技术和Agilent86100取样示波器,构建时域网络分析系统的新方法。该方法成功地实现了对标称带宽50GHz的同轴适配器、同轴电缆等器件的测量。通过数字信号处理不仅可以得到这些器件的全部时域特性(冲激响应、阶跃响应、上升时间和过冲等),而且还能得到其全部频域特性(幅频特性、相频特性和带宽等)。扫频源比对实验证明该方法是有效的。朱江淼 刘明亮 Verspecht Jan 李洋 2007仪器仪表学报2007,28,2:2
2Advanced median method for timing jitter compensation显示文摘Timing jitter is one of the main factors that influence on the accuracy of time domain precision measurement. Timing jitter compensation is one of the problems people concern. Because of the flaws of median method, PDF deconvolution method and synthetic method, we put forward a new method for timing jitter compensation, which is called advanced median method. The theory of the advanced median method based on probability and statistics is analyzed, and the process of the advanced median method is summarized in this paper. 1250GHz宽带采样电路的SPICE仿真建模(英文)显示文摘本文首先提出了一个在NTN(nose-to-nose)校准中实际应用的50GHz宽带采样电路的SPICE默认仿真模型;然后通过设计采样电路的模型参数,使仿真的NTN冲击响应与实际测量重构的50GHz宽带采样示波器冲击相应波形基本相似。当仿真结果和测量结果近似时,可以通过仿真实验估计出采样电路对相位误差的影响,这和实际的物理采样电路对相位误差的影响是相同的,而该误差的影响却无法用实际测量实验确定;最后研究其收敛特性从而确定正确的仿真条件,目的是确保在较宽的元件参数取值范围内,该SPICE仿真模型对参数研究具有足够的鲁棒性。张喆 林茂六 Jan Verspecht 谭久彬 2007仪器仪表学报2007,28,12:0
