17非甾体类抗炎药物导致的胃十二指肠溃疡的预防(摘要)显示文摘非甾体类消炎药(nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs,NSAIDs)在临床得到越来越广泛的使用,但可出现明显的胃肠道不良反应,使消化性溃疡的发病率、并发症及死亡率明显升高。因此防治NSAIDs引起的胃十二指肠损伤已成为当今临床上的一个重要课题。目前研究主要集中在NSAIDs溃疡发病机制、幽门螺杆菌感染与NSAIDs胃肠损伤的关系及特异性COX-2抑制剂研制等方面。对于NSAID溃疡的预防及治疗,前列腺素E、H2受体拮抗剂、质子泵抑制剂、胃粘膜保护剂等均有使用,但治疗方案还没有共识。如何选用上述药物及其疗效如何仍存在争议。以下的系统评价对NSAIDs胃肠损伤的药物防治进行了评估。可作为临床治疗时参考。Rostom A Wells G Tugwell P Welch V Dube C Mcaowan J 毛苇 2003循证医学2003,3,2:1
