| 2 | Intervention effect of Zhuangfang Rugan Huaxian Granules on CCl_(4)compound factor‑induced liver fibrosis rat model and its effect on the expression ofα‑SMA and E‑Cadherin显示文摘Objective:To study the intervention effect of Zhuangfang Soft Liver and Fibrous Granules on CCl_(4)compound factor-induced liver fibrosis rat model and its effect onα-SMA and E-Cadherin protein expression.Methods:Forty-eight male Wistar rats were randomly divided into a blank group,a pathological model group and a group of 16 rats in each group.The rats in the pathological model group and the pellet group were injected subcutaneously with 40%carbon tetrachloride(CCl_(4))oil combined with peanut oil to establish an animal model of rat liver fibrosis,and the pellets were administered by gavage three times a week for 8 weeks from the 5th week.The expression of oxidative stress oxidase dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)was detected by enzyme-linked immunoassay(ELISA),and the expression ofα-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA)and E-calmodulin(E-Cadherin)was detected by RT-PCR andWestern Blot.expression.Results:Compared with the blank group,the serum ALT and AST levels of the rats in the pathological model group were significantly increased,and the serum ALT and AST levels of the rats in the soft liver and fibrous pellet group were significantly decreased(P<0.001).In the pathological model group,the lobular structure of liver tissue was mutilated and numerous liver fibrous tissues were abnormally proliferated,and the collagen fibers formed by the proliferation were confluent into dense fibrous intervals,thus turning into pseudolobular structure,and a large number of fatty degenerated hepatocytes of different shapes and sizes appeared inside the pseudolobular structure,and the diffuse infiltration of inflammatory cells was significant.Compared with the pathological model group,the degree of destruction of hepatic lobular structure was significantly reduced in the LBP group,and there were different degrees of proliferation of collagen fibrous tissue concentrated in the area from the central vein to the confluent area,and the fibrous septum was relatively loose,with a small amount of inflammatory cell infiltration,and the degree of infiltration was reduced compared with the pathological model group.Compared with the pathological model group,the SOD level was significantly higher in the group of liver softener and fibrous pellets compared with the pathological model group and the blank group(P<0.001),the MDA level was significantly lower in the group of liver softener and fibrous pellets compared with the pathological model group(P<0.001),the expression level ofα-SMA was significantly lower in the group of liver softener and fibrous pellets(P<0.001),and the expression level of E-Cadherin was significantly higher in the group of liver softener and fibrous pellets(P<0.001).Conclusion:Soft Liver Fibro Pellets can effectively inhibit liver fibrous tissue proliferation and reduce the serum ALT and AST levels in rats with CCl_(4)combined with peanut oil compound solution induced liver fibrosis,and its anti-liver fibrosis mechanism may be through protecting liver function,reducing the level of oxidative stress,down-regulating the expression ofα-SMA protein,up-regulating the expression of E-cadherin protein,and inhibiting epithelial-mesenchymal transition epithelial mesenchymal transformation(EMT)and thus exerting therapeutic effects on CCl_(4)compound-induced hepatic fibrosis in rats. | ZHANG Wen‑fu WU Shan‑shan DAI Ming LV Jian‑lin HUANG Jing‑jing LI Xiao‑long WANG Zhen‑chang | 2023 | Journal of Hainan Medical University2023,29,5: | 0 |
| 3 | Quality of life of hospitalized patients after lung cancer operation and analysis of influencing factors显示文摘Objective:To explore the current status and influencing factors of quality of life in patients with lung cancer after surgery in a tertiary hospital in Hainan province.Methods:To investigate the influencing factors of quality of life of lung cancer patients after surgery in a tertiary hospital in Hainan province by cross‑sectional survey method.Results:The scores of insomnia,appetite loss,constipation and pain in 186 lung cancer patients after surgery in a tertiary hospital in Hainan Province were significantly higher than the reference value.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that older patients(>60 years)had lower scores in physical function domain(β=-0.193),and female patients had more appetite loss symptoms(β=0.245).Compared with other minority ethnic groups,Han ethnic group had lower scores in role function domain(β=0.179),more severe fatigue symptoms(β=-0.162),and higher general health level(β=0.166).Patients with employee medical insurance had lower scores of emotional function(β=0.194),cognitive function(β=0.281),the lowest score in social function(β=0.188),and severe pain in other parts(β=-0.227).Smokers had less cough symptoms(β=0.175)and more arm and shoulder pain symptoms(β=-0.21)than non‑smokers.Patients with secondhand smoke exposure had lower cognitive function scores(β=-0.158)and more obvious symptoms of oral ulcer(β=0.185).Patients who drank alcohol frequently(drinking frequency>1 time/day)had more severe cough symptoms(β=0.27).Patients with small number of children(0‑1)had milder cough symptoms(β=0.178).Patients who did not understand the disease had obvious symptoms of arm and shoulder pain(β=0.151).Patients with early pathological stage(stageⅠ‑Ⅱ)had more severe shortness of breath(β=-0.159)and pain(β=-0.181).The symptoms of appetite loss were more obvious in patients living in cities(β=0.192).The symptoms of peripheral neuropathy were more obvious(β=0.174).Patients who often consumed pickulated food had severe pain symptoms(β=-0.219),and pain in other parts was obvious(β=-0.149).Male patients had obvious alopecia symptoms(β=-0.306).Conclusion:Age,ethnicity,residence,type of medical insurance,number of children,pathological stage of lung cancer,smoking,second‑hand smoke exposure,alcohol consumption,and frequent consumption of pickled food were related to the quality of life of lung cancer patients in hospital after surgery.Medical staff and family members should pay attention to the emotional communication of patients during the treatment of lung cancer patients in hospital after surgery.Patients should avoid exposure to smoking,alcohol and second‑hand smoke,and reduce consumption of pickled food. | HU Yi‑fan HUANG Xiu‑ming XIAO Sha ZHOU Jing WANG Shuo‑min WU Qi‑sheng ZHOU Bing‑xian FAN Shi‑heng FAN Ya‑yan CHEN Xian‑shan ZHANG Jing | 2023 | Journal of Hainan Medical University2023,29,12: | 0 |
| 4 | Interaction of radiation-induced defects with tungsten grain boundaries at across scales: a short review显示文摘As promising candidates for plasma-facing materials,tungsten-based materials suffer the irradiation of high-energy neutrons in addition to the hydrogen isotopes and helium irradiation and the high-thermal flux.Radiation-produced defects,e.g.self-interstitial atoms(SIAs)and vacancies(Vs),can induce the hardening and embrittlement of tungsten,meanwhile enhancing the retention of hydrogen isotopes and helium in tungsten.Reducing the grain size of materials to introduce a high density of defect sinks,e.g.,grain boundaries(GBs)prevalent in nano-/ultrafine-crystalline materials,was demonstrated to be an effective approach for mitigating irradiation damage in tungsten.In this paper,we reviewed the theoretical advances in exploring radiation-resistance of nano-structured tungsten at across scales.It was concentrated on the results of molecular dynamics,molecular statics,and the object kinetic Monte Carlo simulations on the fundamental interaction of the radiation-created Vs and SIAs with the GB.These mechanisms include GB-promoted V/SIA migration and SIA-V recombination,interstitial-emission induced annihilation,coupling of the V migration close to the GB with the SIA motion within the GB,and interstitial reflection by the locally dense GB structure.We proposed the remaining scientific issues on the defect-GB interactions at across scales and their relation to experimental observations.We prospected the possible trends for simulating the radiation damage accumulation and healing processes in nano-structured tungsten in terms of the development of the across-scale computational techniques and efficiency of the GB-enhanced tolerance of tungsten to irradiation under complex in-service conditions. | Xiang‑Yan Li Yan‑Ge Zhang Yi‑Chun Xu Xue‑Bang Wu Xiang‑Shan Kong Xian‑Ping Wang Qian‑Feng Fang Chang‑Song Liu | 2020 | Tungsten2020,2,1: | 0 |
