1Synthesis,characterization and catalytic properties of Y-β zeolite composites显示文摘Y-β zeolite composites were hydrothermally synthesized by using high silica Y zeolite as the precursor and characterized by XRD,N2 adsorption,SEM and IR spectra of pyridine.The result showed that the N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm of the zeolite composites had a distinct hysteresis loop,and the SEM result showed that the zeolite composites had a different morphology from Y,β and the corresponding physical zeolite mixture.The acid catalytic performance of the zeolite composite catalysts was investigated in the hydrocracking and hydroisomerization of n-octane,and the results showed that the composite materials exhibited an excellent hydrocracking activity and good hydroisomerization performance.The yield of i-C4 over the zeolite composite catalyst was 4.45% higher than that on the corresponding zeolite mixture in the n-octane hydrocracking process at 553 K.The isomerization ability of n-octane over the composite catalyst was 3.6 fold that of the corresponding mixture at 503 K.Qin Bo Zhang Xiwen Zhang Zhizhi Ling Fengxiang Sun Wanfu 2011Petroleum Science2011,8,2:9

4Effect of ring baffle configuration in a self-priming venturi scrubber using CFD simulations显示文摘This study uses computational fluid dynamics to survey the gas‒liquid flow hydrodynamics of a self-priming venturi scrubber with and without ring baffles.Based on the simulation results,we explore how the structure and configuration parameters such as baffle height,opening-area ratio,and baffle thickness affect the injection flow rate and the homogeneity of the gas‒liquid mixture.In addition,we report the best structure and configuration parameters for the ring baffle.The best position for the ring baffle is at nearly 7/16 of the length of the diffuser above the throat.Having the baffle too near the throat causes large pressure loss,decreasing the injection flow rate.The decrease in opening-area ratio leads to a lower injection flow rate and a more homogeneous gas‒liquid mixture.The optimal value depends on the requirement of the injection flow rate.For the baffle thickness,5 mm is recommended;an overly thick baffle decreases the homogeneity of the gas‒liquid mixture near the throat.All structure parameters and configuration parameters must satisfy the requirement imposed by the injection flow rate and scrubbing efficiency.Shuai Yang Xiangdi Zhao Wanfu Sun Jiwu Yuan Zheng Wang 2019Particuology2019,17,6:1

9Suppression of cell pyroptosis by omeprazole through PDE4-mediated autophagy in gastric epithelial cells显示文摘Helicobacter pylori is a risk factor for the development of peptic ulcers with autophagy dysfunction.Omeprazole was widely known as the first-line regimen for H.pylori-associated gastritis.Objectives:The objective of this work was to assess the role of omeprazole on cell pyroptosis and autophagy.Methods:The clinical samples were collected.Quantitative polymerase chain reaction,western blotting,enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,and immunofluorescence(IF)analysis were conducted to reveal the mechanism of omeprazole on cell pyroptosis and autophagy.Results:The results revealed that omeprazole could decrease cell pyroptosis,which was attributed to the downregulation of cleaved caspase-1 expression,resulting in the inhibition of gasdermin E and interleukin-18/1βmaturation and secretion as well as the resolution of inflammation.Mechanistically,omeprazole treatment led to drastic downregulation of mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)activity was observed in BGC823 cells,leading to enhanced autophagy characterized by increased LC3II expression,which further reduced cell pyroptosis.This omeprazole-mediated phenomenon was enhanced after phosphodiesterase-4(PDE4)inhibitor dipyridamole(DIP)treatment.In addition,activation of mTOR by MHY1485 could rescue the suppression of cell pyroptosis induced by omeprazole.Most importantly,IF analysis suggested that phosphorylation of mTOR and PDE4 activity and caspase-1 were enhanced in H.pylori-infected gastric mucosa.Conclusion:These findings indicate that omeprazole suppresses cell pyroptosis through PDE4-mediated autophagy in gastric epithelial cells,and DIP enhanced the omeprazole-mediated inhibition of cell pyroptosis,implying that DIP is an alternative combined therapy strategy in improving the treatment of patients with H.pylori infection.LIPING YE HUIYAN SUN XINHUA LIANG WENXU PAN LI XIANG WENJUN DU LANLAN GENG WANFU XU SITANG GONG 2023BIOCELL2023,47,12:0
10Technologies of enhancing oil recovery by chemical flooding in Daqing Oilfield, NE China显示文摘By tracking and analyzing the research and practices of chemical flooding carried out in the Daqing Oilfield, NE China since the 1970 s, the chemical flooding theory, technology adaptability and existing problems were systematically summarized, and directions and ideas of development in the future were proposed. In enhanced oil recovery by chemical flooding, the Daqing Oilfield developed theories related to compatibility between crude oil and surfactant that may form ultra-low interfacial tensions with low-acidity oil, and a series of surfactant products were developed independently. The key technologies for chemical flooding such as injection parameter optimization and numerical simulation were established. The technologies of separation injection, cleansing and anti-scaling, preparation and injection, and produced liquid processing were developed. The matching technologies of production engineering and surface facilities were formed. Through implementation of chemical flooding, the Daqing Oilfield achieved outstanding performances with enhanced recovery rate of 12% in polymer flooding and with enhanced recovery rate of 18% in ASP flooding.
