| 3 | TEM study on Si_(0.65) Ge_(0.35) /p Si HIP infrared detector显示文摘Microstructure of P + Si 0.65 Ge 0.35 /p Si HIP infrared detector has been studied by using localization cross section transmission electron microscopy. The photosensitive region of the detector consists of 6 P + Si 0.65 Ge 0.35 layers and 5 UD Si layers, which are flat and have thickness of 6 nm and 32 nm, respectively. A stress field exists on the interface between Si 0.65 Ge 0.35 and UD Si layers, but no any crystal defect has been found in this region, except the edges of this region. Both Si 0.65 Ge 0.35 and UD Si layers on amorphous SiO 2 layer consist of polycrystals and are in wave. There is defect area in the edges of photosensitive region. The area appears in a shape of inverse triangle and the maximum width is less than 120 nm. | 4 | Vacancy-modified bimetallic FeMoS_(x)/CoNiP_(x) heterostructure array for efficient seawater splitting and Zn-air battery显示文摘The development of highly efficient OER catalysts with superior durability for seawater electrolysis and Zn-air battery is important but challenging.Herein,the vacancy-modified heterostructured bimetallic Fe Mo S_(x)/Co Ni P_(x)OER electrocatalyst is exploited.Benefiting from the electron redistribution and reaction kinetics modulation resulting from vacancy introduction and heterojunction formation,it yields ultralow OER overpotentials of 196,276,303 m V in 1 M KOH and 197,318,348 m V in 1 M KOH+seawater at 10,500,1000 m A cm^(-2),respectively,surviving 600 h at 800 m A cm^(-2)without obvious decay.Further,FeMoS_(x)/CoNiP_(x)-based Zn-air battery not only affords the high peak power density of 214.5 m W cm^(-2)but also exhibits the small voltage gap of 0.698 V and long lifetime of 500 h at 10 m A cm^(-2),overmatching overwhelming majority of reported advanced catalysts.It is revealed experimentally that the OER process on rationally designed Fe Mo S_(x)/Co Ni P_(x)follows the adsorbate evolution mechanism and the ratedetermining step shifts from^(*)OOH formation in individual building blocks to^(*)OOH deprotonation process in FeMoS_(x)/CoNiP_(x),providing the directly proof of how the vacancy introduction and heterojunction formation affect the reaction kinetics. | Ansheng Wang Shan Gao Jiaguo Yan Chunning Zhao Meng Yu Weichao Wang | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,6: | 1 |

| 6 | Effects of Straw Returning and Chemical Control on Occurrence Quantity of Athetis lepigone Moschler in Summer Maize Fields显示文摘Athetis lepigone Moschler is a new kind of insect pest occurring in summer corn production areas. By investigation,it was found especially serious in straw returning fields. In this paper,its damage status was investigated in straw returning and chemical controlled fields,respectively. The results showed that the rate of damaged plants was 82% and the maximum pest number per 100 plants was 88 heads in the straw returning fields without chemical control. The application of herbicides and pesticides had no significant effects on occurrence quantity and damage rate,but the pest number per 100 plants decreased a little compared to the fields without chemical control.
