1Nickel-free Stainless Steel for Medical Applications显示文摘BIOSS4 steel is essentially a nickel-free austenitic stainless steel developed by the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in response to nickel allergy problems associated with nickel-containing stainless steels that are widely used in medical applications. The high nitrogen content of this steel effectively maintains the austenitic stability and also contributes to the high levels of corrosion resistance and strength. BIOSS4 steel possesses a good combination of high strength and toughness, better corrosion resistance, and better blood compatibility, in comparison with the medical 316L stainless steel. 2Hydroisomerization performance of platinum supported on ZSM-22/ZSM-23 intergrowth zeolite catalyst显示文摘Hydroisomerization catalysts Pt/ZSM-22,Pt/ZSM-23,and Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 were prepared by supporting Pt on ZSM-22,ZSM-23,and intergrowth zeolite ZSM-22/ZSM-23,respectively.The typical physicochemical properties of these catalysts were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction(XRD),N2 absorption-desorption,Pyridine-Fourier Transform Infrared(Py-FTIR),Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM),X-Ray Fluorescence(XRF),Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) and NH3-Temperature Programmed Desorption(NH3-TPD),and the performance of these catalysts in n-dodecane hydroisomerization was evaluated in a continuous down-flow fixed bed with a stainless steel tubular reactor.The characterization results indicated that the intergrowth zeolite ZSM-22/ZSM-23 possessed the dual structure of ZSM-22 and ZSM-23,and the catalyst Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 had similar pores and weak acidity to Pt/ZSM-22 and Pt/ZSM-23 catalysts.Moreover,Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 catalyst showed a high selectivity in hydroisomerization of long chain n-alkanes to mono-branched isomers.The evaluation results for n-dodecane hydroisomerization indicated that the activity of Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 was the lowest,while the hydroisomerization selectivity was the highest among the three catalysts.The maximum yield of i-dodecane product was 68.3% over Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 at 320 oC.Chi Kebin Zhao Zhen Tian Zhijian Hu Sheng Yan Lijun Li Tianshu Wang Bingchun Meng Xiangbin Gao Shanbin Tan Mingwei Liu Yanfeng 2013Petroleum Science2013,10,2:8
3Biodegradable magnesium alloy WE43 porous scaffolds fabricated by laser powder bed fusion for orthopedic applications:Process optimization,in vitro and in vivo investigation显示文摘Laser powder bed fusion(L-PBF)of magnesium(Mg)alloy porous scaffolds is expected to solve the dual challenges from customized structures and biodegradable functions required for repairing bone defects.However,one of the key technical difficulties lies in the poor L-PBF process performance of Mg,contributed by the high susceptibility to oxidation,vaporization,thermal expansion,and powder attachment etc.This work investigated the influence of L-PBF energy input and scanning strategy on the formation quality of porous scaffolds by using WE43 powder,and characterized the microstructure,mechanical properties,biocompatibility,biodegradation and osteogenic effect of the as-built WE43 porous scaffolds.With the customized energy input and scanning strategy,the relative density of struts reached over 99.5%,and the geometrical error between the designed and the fabricated porosity declined to below 10%.Massive secondary phases including intermetallic precipitates and oxides were observed.The compressive strength(4.37-23.49 MPa)and elastic modulus(154.40-873.02 MPa)were comparable to those of cancellous bone.Good biocompatibility was observed by in vitro cell viability and in vivo implantation.The biodegradation of as-built porous scaffolds promoted the osteogenic effect,but the structural integrity devastated after 12 h by the immersion tests in Hank’s solution and after 4 weeks by the implantation in rabbits’femur,indicating an excessively rapid degradation rate.Jinge Liu Bingchun Liu Shuyuan Min Bangzhao Yin Bo Peng Zishi Yu Caimei Wang Xiaolin Ma Peng Wen Yun Tian Yufeng Zheng 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,10:4

6Ultra-thick,dense dual-encapsulated Sb anode architecture with conductively elastic networks promises potassium-ion batteries with high areal and volumetric capacities显示文摘Ultra-thick,dense alloy-type anodes are promising for achieving large areal and volumetric performance in potassium-ion batteries(PIBs),but severe volume expansion as well as sluggish ion and electron diffusion kinetics heavily impede their widespread application.Herein,we design highly dense(3.1 g cm^(-3))Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene and graphene dual-encapsulated nano-Sb monolith architectures(HD-Sb@Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-G)with high-conductivity elastic networks(1560 S m^(-1))and compact dually encapsulated structures,which exhibit a large volumetric capacity of 1780.2 mAh cm^(-3)(gravimetric capacity:565.0 mAh g^(-1)),a long-term stable lifespan of 500 cycles with 82%retention,and a large areal capacity of 8.6 mAh cm^(-2)(loading:31 mg cm^(-2))in PIBs.Using ex-situ SEM,in-situ TEM,kinetic investigations,and theoretical calculations,we reveal that the excellent areal and volumetric performance mechanism stems from the three dimensional(3D)high-conductivity elastic networks and the dualencapsulated Sb architecture of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) and graphene;these effectively mitigate against volume expansion and the pulverization of Sb,offering good electrolyte penetration and rapid ionic/electronic transmission.Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) also decreases the Kþdiffusion energy barrier,and the ultra-thick compact electrode ensures volumetric and areal performance.These findings provide a feasible strategy for fabricating ultra-thick,dense alloy-type electrodes to achieve high areal and volumetric capacity energy storage via highly-dense,dual-encapsulated architectures with conductive elastic networks.Zhonggang Liu Xi Liu Bingchun Wang Xinying Wang Dongzhen Lu Dijun Shen Zhefei Sun Yongchang Liu Wenli Zhang Qiaobao Zhang Yunyong Li 2023eScience2023,3,6:0
7Fault diagnosis based on dial-test data in datacenter networks显示文摘The fast growth of datacenter networks,in terms of both scale and structural complexity,has led to an increase of network failure and hence brings new challenges to network management systems.As network failure such as node failure is inevitable,how to find fault detection and diagnosis approaches that can effectively restore the network communication function and reduce the loss due to failure has been recognized as an important research problem in both academia and industry.This research focuses on exploring issues of node failure,and presents a proactive fault diagnosis algorithm called heuristic breadth-first detection(HBFD),through dynamically searching the spanning tree,analyzing the dial-test data and choosing a reasonable threshold to locate fault nodes.Both theoretical analysis and simulation results demonstrate that HBFD can diagnose node failures effectively,and take a smaller number of detection and a lower false rate without sacrificing accuracy.QI Xiaogang WANG Bingchun LIU Lifang 2019Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2019,30,5:0
