| 2 | 小胶质细胞对星形胶质细胞的免疫和神经保护功能的调节作用(英文)显示文摘在中枢神经系统中,小胶质细胞和星形胶质细胞对神经元的发育、功能维持及细胞存活具有重要的作用。但在炎症反应过程中,星形胶质细胞增生的作用及其对神经元的影响目前并不十分清楚。因此,本研究对不同种类的细胞进行培养,给予细菌脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)刺激,观察各种细胞的反应。结果显示,星形胶质细胞可以减轻炎症反应的神经元毒性,提示星形胶质细胞增生主要具有神经保护作用。如果去掉上清液中由星形胶质细胞分泌的胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor,GDNF),这种神经保护作用显著降低。为了研究星形胶质细胞的免疫功能,本研究培养了高浓度的星形胶质细胞,并发现LPS不能诱导肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)-α及诱导型一氧化氮合酶(inducible nitric oxide synthase,iN OS)/一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)(iN OS/NO)释放。但如果在培养的高浓度星形胶质细胞中增加0.5%~1%的小胶质细胞,则可以诱导TNF-α及iN OS/NO的释放。这提示小胶质细胞和星形胶质细胞间的相互作用对于LPS诱导星形胶质细胞释放前炎症因子及GDNF是必须的。我们还发现,小胶质细胞释放的TNF-α可以通过旁分泌作用调节星形胶质细胞的神经保护功能。综上所述,本研究结果提示星形胶质细胞可能不会直接被LPS激活,而是通过与小胶质细胞相互作用被激活,释放神经营养因子,减少因炎症反应激活的小胶质细胞释放的毒性物质对神经元的损害作用。 | Chen SH Oyarzabal EA Sung YF Chu CH Wang Q Chen SL Lu RB Hong JS 唐颖馨 | 2015 | 神经损伤与功能重建2015,10,1: | 9 |

| 5 | Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on intention to use traditional Chinese medicine:A cross-sectional study based on the theory of planned behavior显示文摘Objective:Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has become an increasingly severe public health emergency.Although traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has helped to combat COVID-19,public perception of TCM remains controversial.We used the theory of planned behavior(TPB)to identify factors that affect the intention to use TCM.Methods:A cross-sectional web-based survey of 10,824 individuals from the general public was conducted between March 16 and April 2,2020.The participants were recruited using a snowball sampling method.Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire,based on the TPB.The questionnaire consisted of demographic characteristics and TPB structures.Structural equation modeling was used to identify predictors of intention.Results:The results indicated the model explained 77.5%and 71.9%of intention and attitude variance.Intention to use TCM had the strongest relationship with attitude(P<0.001),followed by past behavior(P<0.001),subjective norms(P<0.001)and perceived behavioral control(P<0.001).Attitudes toward TCM were significantly affected by perceived behavioral control(P<0.001),subjective norms(P<0.001)and cognition of TCM(P<0.001).Conclusion:Attitude is a key factor in determining the intention to use TCM,followed by past behaviors,subjective norms and perceived behavioral control.Our results offer important implications for health policy makers to promote the use of TCM. | Yi Xia Lu-shao-bo Sh Jing-hui Chang Hua-zhang Miao Dong Wang | 2021 | Journal of Integrative Medicine2021,19,3: | 4 |

| 7 | Phase Relations in TiAl+Nb System显示文摘The microstructures and phases of ternary TiAl+Nb alloys containing 50-60 at.-%Al, 0-21 at.-%Nb have been studied using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray powder diffraction. The phases present in the alloys and their distribution were found to be a sensitive function of composition. The phase relations between γ-TiAl and γ1 (a new ordered ternary intermetallic compound based on γ-TiAl) were determined. Essentially single γ phase was determined for alloys with relativety low Nb content (≤10 at.-%Nb). the γ1 phase was determined to exist in the composition range containing higher Nb contents (15-21 at.-%Nb). Between γ and γ1 phases, with intermediate Nb contents there is a transitional phase γ1 (a superstructure of γ-TiAl). As for the influence of Al concentration on the phase relations. the γ1 phase was inclined to form in the alloys with relatively high Al contents.
