| 1 | Bi-level Coordinated Planning of Active Distribution Network Considering Demand Response Resources and Severely Restricted Scenarios显示文摘Due to the uncertainty and fluctuation of distributed generation(DG)and load,the operation of active distribution network(ADN)is affected by multi-dimension factors which are described by massive operation scenarios.Efficient and accurate screening of severely restricted scenarios(SRSs)has become a new challenge in ADN planning.In this paper,a novel bi-level coordinated planning model which combines the short-time-scale operation problem with the long-time-scale planning problem is proposed.At the upper level,the demand response(DR)resource,an effective non-component planning resource characterized by low capacity price,high energy price,and short contract term,is co-optimized with the configuration of lines and energy storage systems(ESSs)to achieve the economic trade-off between the investment cost and the operation cost under SRSs.At the lower level,with the planning scheme obtained from the upper level,massive operation problems are optimized to minimize the daily operation cost;and the SRSs are provided to the upper level through a shadow-price-based scenario screening method,which simulates the planning information(i.e.,the restricted degrees of operation scenarios)feedback process from ADN operators to ADN planners.Case studies on a 62-node distribution system in Jianshan New District,Zhejiang Province,China,illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed bi-level coordinated planning model considering DR resources and SRSs. | Huang Yixin Lin Zhenzhi Liu Xinyi Yang Li Dan Yangqing Zhu Yanwei Ding Yi Wang Qin | 2021 | Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2021,9,5: | 3 |
| 2 | Karyotype Analysis of Gazania rigens Varieties显示文摘For studying species origin, systematic evolution and phylogenetic relationship of Gazania rigens, four different G. rigens varieties, with different flower colors, were subjected to chromosome karyotype analysis. The somatic chromosome number in three varieties ‘Hongwen', ‘Xingbai'and ‘Richu' was 2n = 10, while in ‘Zhongguo Xunzhangju' it was 2n = 20. We speculate that the cardinal number of chromosomes in G. rigens plants is x = 5, in which case ‘Zhongguo Xunzhangju' is a tetraploid. The karyotype formulae of ‘Hongwen', ‘Xingbai' and ‘Richu' were 2n = 8m + 2sm,2n = 8m + 2sm and 2n = 10 m respectively. The karyotype formula of ‘Zhongguo Xunzhangju' was 2n = 18 m + 2sm. The asymmetrical karyotype coefficients of the four G. rigens varieties ranged from 53.80% to 58.84%. Only ‘Richu' had a ‘1A' karyotype, while the others were relatively symmetric ‘2A'. | 11 | Chronic Exposure to Environmentally Relevant Concentrations of Tetracycline Perturbs Gut Homeostasis in Zebrafish显示文摘The prevalence of residual antibiotics is a global threat to human health.Less is known about the potential health effects of residual antibiotics in freshwater systems.Here,zebrafish were used to explore chronic effects of environmentally relevant concentrations(ERCs)of tetracycline(TC).Although chronic exposure to TC did not significantly alter the body weight of adult zebrafish,the exposed zebrafish parents exhibited substantial changes in gut microbiota composition and a reduced gut-weight ratio.Notably,male fish exposed to TC showed a significant decline of critical intestinal function-related metabolites(i.e.,triglycerides,glucose,and free fat acid),while this was not observed in females,resulting in sex-dependency.The gut microbial composition of chronically exposed zebrafish parents changed substantially,but the disruption was not transferred to their respective offspring without exposure.However,the perturbation of insulinrelated signaling pathways caused by TC exposure was not attenuated in the zebrafish offspring after removal of TC exposure.Taken together,our findings suggest that chronic exposure to TC disturbs gut microbial communities and metabolism and exerts chronic effects on the insulin/IGF-1 mediated signaling cascades,implying that exposure to antibiotics not only leads to the selection of resistant microbes but also poses long-term deleterious health risks for the next generation. | Panpan Jia Shun Deng Xiaoxing Lin Liyan Song Yangqing Wang De-Sheng Pei | 2023 | Environment & Health2023,1,4: | 0 |

| 13 | Physiochemical and biological characteristics of fouling on landfill leachate treatment systems surface显示文摘Fouling of landfill leachate,a biofilm formation process on the surface of the collection system,migration pipeline and treatment system causes low efficiency of leachate transportation and treatment and increases cost for maintenance of those facilities.In addition,landfill leachate fouling might accumulate pathogens and antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs),posing threats to the environment.Characterization of the landfill leachate fouling and its associated environmental behavior is essential for the management of fouling.In this study,physicochemical and biological properties of landfill leachate fouling and the possible accumulation capacity of pathogens and ARGs were investigated in nitrification(aerobic condition)and denitrification(anaerobic condition)process during landfill leachate biological treatment,respectively.Results show that microbial(bacterial,archaeal,eukaryotic,and viral)community structure and function(carbon fixation,methanogenesis,nitrification and denitrification)differed in fouling under aerobic and anaerobic conditions,driven by the supplemental leachate water quality.Aerobic fouling had a higher abundance of nitrification and denitrification functional genes,while anaerobic fouling harbored a higher abundance of carbon fixation and methanogenesis genes.Both forms of leachate fouling had a higher abundance of pathogens and ARGs than the associated leachate,suggesting the accumulation capacity of fouling on biotic pollutants.Specifically,aerobic fouling harbored three orders of magnitude higher multidrug resistance genes mex D than its associated leachate.This finding provides fundamental knowledge on the biological properties of leachate fouling and suggests that leachate fouling might harbor significant pathogens and ARGs. | Zhourui Gong Shu Yang Rui Zhang Yangqing Wang Xiaoqing Wu Liyan Song | 2024 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,1: | 0 |
