| 1 | 作物秸秆还田的新问题——对河南商丘地区农民的问卷调查显示文摘秸秆还田是一种受政府和科学界鼓励的农业生物质循环处理方式,但近年来秸秆田间焚烧日益严重。为了解秸秆还田在农业生产中的应用效果,以河南省产粮大市——商丘市为研究对象,随机走访该市部分村庄,采用问卷调查方式采集秸秆还田实施情况及问题的相关信息,并进行了调查结果的统计分析。结果表明:92.5%的受访农户实行了秸秆还田,但70.8%的受访农户认为秸秆还田会加重病虫害,52.5%的受访者提出秸秆还田后需要多打药才能保证产量;愿意秸秆直接还田的农户只占调查农户的50%。目前部分农户已经采用秸秆生物质炭还田,其中多数(60%)农户认为生物质炭具有增产和减少病虫害的作用。调查分析还表明,影响秸秆还田意愿的主要因素是农户种植规模和是否以农为生,以农为生和种植规模较大的农户反映秸秆还田不增产并且需要多打药。从调查结果可以看出,秸秆直接还田确实存在实际困难,迫切需要寻找秸秆处理新途径。 | 李正东 李懋 潘根兴 李恋卿 郑聚锋 Wanjiru Grace | 2013 | 中国农学通报2013，29，32： | 13 |
| 2 | 套式PCR检测中国江苏省猪场猪鼻支原体和猪肺炎支原体的感染(英文)显示文摘目的猪鼻支原体和猪肺炎支原体的感染在中国养猪业较为普遍,本研究对江苏省猪鼻支原体(Mycoplasma hyorhinis,Mhr)和猪肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae,Mhp)流行病学进行初步调查。方法从江苏省不同的猪场采集7、14、21、28及35日龄仔猪的鼻拭子样本,用套式PCR方法对收集的399份鼻拭子样本进行Mhr和Mhp的检测。结果江苏省不同猪场样本中Mhr的检出率为70.9%,Mhp检出率为13.5%。5周龄以下的猪Mhr的感染率要高于Mhp。其中30个样本(7.5%)的检测结果为两种病原体共感染。7-35日龄的猪Mhr的感染率随着日龄的增长呈现明显的上升趋势,但Mhp的感染率并未随着仔猪日龄的增长而显著上升。从本研究结果分析还发现,不同品种的猪Mhr的感染率存在显著差异,与其他品种猪相比姜曲海瘦肉型品种猪(Jiangquhai porcine lean strain,JQHPL)更易于感染Mhr(p<0.001),但是其Mhp的感染率与其他猪相比不存在显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论本试验调查了江苏地区猪场中仔猪感染Mhr和Mhp的情况,且研究结果表明Mhr的感染状况与日龄及品种有一定关系。 | Joyce Wanjiru Maingi 熊祺琰 韦艳娜 马庆红 纪燕 William Kimaru 华立忠 王佳 邵国青 鲍恩东 | 2014 | 中国人兽共患病学报2014，30，8： | 6 |

| 4 | 利用巢式PCR和荧光定量PCR比较检测猪场中感染猪肺炎支原体研究(英文)显示文摘[目的]2012年3月至12月从江苏泰州某猪场采集303份鼻拭子样品,利用巢式PCR和荧光定量PCR比较检测猪肺炎支原体的感染情况。[方法]采集7、14、21、28、30和35日龄的猪的鼻拭子,4℃浸泡于PBS过夜,TIANamp?细菌DNA提取试剂盒提取DNA。然后进行Mhp183的荧光定量PCR及P36的巢式PCR检测。[结果]通过巢式PCR检测,12.5%(38/303)份样品为猪肺炎支原体阳性,用荧光定量PCR检测,50.2%(152/303)的样品为阳性。两种方法检测均为阳性的样品为22份,占7.3%,两种方法检测均为阴性的样品为127份,占41.9%。两种检测方法的感染模式相同,均在7日龄和35日龄的小猪中感染率最高,巢式PCR的感染率分别为15.6%和18.4%,荧光定量PCR的感染率分别为53.1%和56.6%。[结论]两种PCR方法均适用于猪场感染状态的检测。 | William Keeru KIMARU 白方方 武昱孜 Joyce Wanjiru MAINGI 华利忠 刘茂军 张旭 邵国青 鲍恩东 | 2014 | Agricultural Science & Technology2014，15，6： | 2 |
