1Interleukin-12 and interferon-γacting on damp-heat of spleen-stomach syndrome triggered by helicobacter pylori显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of and interleukin-12(IL-12) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) in relation to the pathology of damp-heat of spleen-stomach syndrome(DHSS) induced by Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) infection.METHODS: In total, 114 individual gastric mucosal specimens including 83 DHSS, 19 spleen-qi deficiency syndrome(SQD) and 12 from healthy volunteers(CON) were collected by gastroscopy. To explore the relationship between the two syndromes and H. pylori infection, individual samples were tested using rapid urease and methylene blue tests. Hematoxylin and eosin stained sections were examined to grade for the degree of inflammation and inflammatory activity, and expression of IL-12 and IFN-γ was investigated by immunohistochemistry.RESULTS: Statistically significant differences in the degree of inflammation and inflammatory activity were observed between the groups of specimens:DHSS, SQD and CON(P < 0.05). Additionally, greater intestinal metaplasia(IM) and dysplasia were observed in the DHSS group, especially those with H.pylori infection. Expression of both IFN-γ and IL-12 was higher in DHSS samples infected with H. pylori than in uninfected samples and in the CON(P <0.05) but not in the SQD(P > 0.05) groups. Intriguingly, in gastric specimens exhibiting IM and dysplasia, IL-12 translocated from the nucleus into the cytoplasm.CONCLUSION: Our findings suggest that IL-12 and IFN-γ are involved in DHSS pathology, but not in SQD, acting as healthy-Qi. 2Modelling of the In uence of Tool Runout on Surface Generation in Micro Milling显示文摘Micro milling is a flexible and economical method to fabricate micro components with three-dimensional geometry features over a wide range of engineering materials. But the surface roughness and micro topography always limit the performance of the machined micro components. This paper presents a surface generation simulation in micro end milling considering both axial and radial tool runout. Firstly, a surface generation model is established based on the geometry of micro milling cutter. Secondly, the influence of the runout in axial and radial directions on the surface generation are investigated and the surface roughness prediction is realized. It is found that the axial runout has a significant influence on the surface topography generation. Furthermore, the influence of axial runout on the surface micro topography was studied quantitatively, and a critical axial runout is given for variable feed per tooth to generate specific surface topography. Finally, the proposed model is validated by means of experiments and a good correlation is obtained. 3Integrated Simulation Method for Interaction between Manufacturing Process and Machine Tool显示文摘The interaction between the machining process and the machine tool(IMPMT) plays an important role on high precision components manufacturing. However, most researches are focused on the machining process or the machine tool separately, and the interaction between them has been always overlooked. In this paper, a novel simplified method is proposed to realize the simulation of IMPMT by combining use the finite element method and state space method. In this method, the transfer function of the machine tool is built as a small state space. The small state space is obtained from the complicated finite element model of the whole machine tool.Furthermore, the control system of the machine tool is integrated with the transfer function of the machine tool to generate the cutting trajectory. Then, the tool tip response under the cutting force is used to predict the machined surface. Finally, a case study is carried out for a fly-cutting machining process, the dynamic response analysis of an ultra-precision fly-cutting machine tool and the machined surface verifies the effectiveness of this method. 5Revealing Quasi-1D Volume Expansion in Na-/K-Ion Battery Anodes:A Case Study of Sb_(2)O_(3)Microbelts显示文摘Tailoring a rational structure to control the huge volume variation is practical in regulating alkali-ion battery performance on the basis of the anisotropic properties of crystallized anode materials.Here,a double-serrated orthorhombic antimony oxide(Sb_(2)O_(3))microbelt was prepared by a thermally induced recrystallization/sublimation process.In situ transmission electron microscopy(TEM),in situ X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),and ex situ scanning electron microscopy(SEM)measurements demonstrate that Sb_(2)O_(3)microbelts exhibit a quasi-one-dimensional expansion perpendicular to the belt(along the[100]direction)during sodiation.The unconstrained microbelt surface space can appropriately accommodate the oriented volume variation.Thus,Sb_(2)O_(3)microbelts exhibit enhanced cycling and rate performance in half-cell sodium-ion batteries samples.Via support of reduced graphene oxide(RGO),Sb_(2)O_(3)@RGOcomposites deliver good rate capability(312.3 mAh g−1 at 3 A g−1)for sodium-ion full-cell batteries and good cycling performance(473.9 mAh g−1 at 100 mA g−1 after 100 cycles)for half-cell potassium-ion batteries.In situ Raman measurements reveal that the conversion/alloying-type Sb_(2)O_(3)anode undergoes a fully reversible alloying reaction and partially reversible conversion mechanism,which explains its irreversible capacity during the first cycle.The delicate structural design and clarification of the alkali-ion storage mechanisms facilitate the development of Sb_(2)O_(3)anodes for energy storage applications.Zheng Yi Daliang Fang Wanqun Zhang Jie Tian Shimou Chen Jianbo Liang Ning Lin Yitai Qian 2021CCS Chemistry2021,3,5:1

7Dynamic performance of a long-stroke fast tool servo system显示文摘A fast tool servo(FTS)system can be used to efficiently manufacture optical freeform surfaces.This paper investigates the dynamic performance of an FTS system driven by a voice coil motor and guided by air bearings.A simulation model and testing platform are developed to evaluate the load capacity and stiffness of the air bearings.The mechanical dynamic performance of the designed FTS,including modal and harmonic analyses,is assessed using finite element analysis.A nonlinear relation between air-bearing stiffness and mechanical bandwidth is obtained.The working dynamic performance is tested through system runout,tracking performance,and closed-loop tests.Quantitative relations between air-bearing stiffness and the mechanical and working bandwidths are established and analyzed.Machining experiments verify the feasibility of the FTS system with 31.05 N/μm stiffness air-bearings.Zheng Gong Dehong Huo Zengyuan Niu Wanqun Chen Kai Cheng 2022Nanotechnology and Precision Engineering2022,5,2:0
