1A new diagnostic method for identifying working conditions of submersible reciprocating pumping systems显示文摘The submersible pumping unit is a new type of pumping system for lifting formation fluids from onshore oil wells, and the identification of its working condition has an important influence on oil production. In this paper we proposed a diagnostic method for identifying the working condition of the submersible pumping system. Based on analyzing the working principle of the pumping unit and the pump structure, different characteristics in loading and unloading processes of the submersible linear motor were obtained at different working conditions. The characteristic quantities were extracted from operation data of the submersible linear motor. A diagnostic model based on the support vector machine (SVM) method was proposed for identifying the working condition of the submersible pumping unit, where the inputs of the SVM classifier were the characteristic quantities. The performance and the misjudgment rate of this method were analyzed and validated by the data acquired from an experimental simulation platform. The model proposed had an excellent performance in failure diagnosis of the submersible pumping system. 2Insights into microstructural evolution and deformation behaviors of a gradient textured AZ31B Mg alloy plate under hypervelocity impact显示文摘We have for the first time elucidated the microstructural evolution and deformation behaviors of a gradient textured AZ31 B Mg alloy plate under the ultrahigh strain rate of ~10~6 s^(-1) that is generated by a two-stage light gas gun with the hypervelocities of 1.6-4.4 km s^(-1). The hypervelocity impact cratering behaviors indicate that the cratering deformation of AZ31 B Mg alloy is mainly affected by the inertia and strength of the target material. The crater prediction equation of AZ31 B Mg alloy target under impact velocity of 5 km s^(-1) is given. The 2017 Al projectile completely melts in the Mg alloy target plate at the impact velocities of 3.8 km s^(-1) and 4.4 km s^(-1), and the microstructural evolution around the crater is: dynamic recrystallization zone, high-density twinning zone, low-density twinning zone, and Mg alloy matrix. It is found that the dynamic recrystallization, twinning and cracking are the main deformation behaviors for the AZ31 B Mg alloy to absorb the shock wave energy and release the stress generated by the hypervelocity impact. The main plastic deformation mechanisms of the Mg alloy target during hypervelocity impact are twinning and dislocation slip. Microstructure analysis shows the interactions of twins-twins, dislocations-dislocations, and twins-dislocations determine the strain hardening during the hypervelocity impact process, which eventually contributes the dynamic mechanical properties. 3Screening Rice Germplasm with Different Genetic Backgrounds for Cadmium Accumulation in Brown Rice in Cadmium-Polluted Soils显示文摘To screen rice germplasm with different genetic backgrounds for cadmium(Cd)accumulation in brown rice from common cultivated rice,we monitored grain Cd concentrations and characterized their patterns of 54 main varieties planted at two sites[Fuyang(FY)and Changshan(CS)in Zhejiang Province,China]with both low and high Cd-polluted levels.We found most varieties got higher Cd levels than 0.2 mg/kg in the Cd-polluted soil with the normal agronomic management,which suggested high risk of Cd exposure from the two sites.High Cd accumulation pattern was found in hybrid rice,but it differed between subspecies.Moreover,varieties with the same female or male parent may have different Cd accumulation capacities,meaning that the environment factors should be considered to screen low-Cd-accumulation varieties.ZHANG Weixing GUAN Meiyan WANG Jie WANG Yulei ZHANG Weigui LU Xinzhe XU Ping CHEN Mingxue ZHU Youwei 2023Rice science2023,30,4:0
