| 1 | Numerical investigation of dual-porosity model with transient transfer function based on discrete-fracture model显示文摘Based on the characteristics of fractures in naturally fractured reservoir and a discrete-fracture model, a fracture network numerical well test model is developed.Bottom hole pressure response curves and the pressure field are obtained by solving the model equations with the finite-element method. By analyzing bottom hole pressure curves and the fluid flow in the pressure field, seven flow stages can be recognized on the curves. An upscaling method is developed to compare with the dual-porosity model(DPM). The comparisons results show that the DPM overestimates the inter-porosity coefficient λ and the storage factor ω. The analysis results show that fracture conductivity plays a leading role in the fluid flow. Matrix permeability influences the beginning time of flow from the matrix to fractures. Fractures density is another important parameter controlling the flow. | 9 | Advanced production decline analysis of tight gas wells with variable fracture conductivity显示文摘Considering the characteristics that the fracture conductivity formed by hydraulic fracturing varies across space and time, a new mathematical model was established for seepage flow in tight gas fractured vertical wells which takes into account the effects of dual variable conductivity and stress sensitivity. The Blasingame advanced production decline curves of the model were obtained using the finite element method with hybrid elements. On this basis, the effects of fracture space and time dual variable conductivity and stress sensitivity on Blasingame curve were analyzed. The study shows that the space variable conductivity mainly reduces decline curve value at the early stage; the time variable conductivity can result in drops of the production and the production integral curves, leading to a S-shaped curve; dual variable conductivity is the superposition of the effects given by the two variable conductivities; both time and space variable conductivities cannot delay the time with which the formation fluid flow reaches the quasi-steady state. The stress sensitivity reduces the curve value gradually rather than sharply, delaying the time the flow reaching the quasi-steady state. Ignoring the effects of variable conductivity and stress sensitivity will not affect the estimation on well controlled dynamic reserves. However, it can result in large errors in the interpretation of fractures and reservoir parameters. | 10 | Rapid Propagation of Three Herbal Species in a Newly Developed Temporary Immersion System显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to develop a rapid propagation method in a novel temporary immersion bioreactor system(TIS) for herbal plantlets compared with solid culture method. [Method] Three herbal species,including Dendrobium candidum Wall. Ex Lindl(D. candidum),Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.) Lindl.(A. roxburghii) and Lilium davidii var. unicolor( L. davidii),were used and tested by TIS against solid culture method. [Result] When the two culture methods were compared,the multiplication rate of D. candidum in TIS was found to be 1∶24.71,which was 6.55 times to those of solid culture. The multiplication rate of A. roxburghii was higher than those of the solid culture,but the plantlets was poorer than those of solid culture at the last phase in bioreactor culture,under the culture condition tested. The multiplication rate in TIS of L. davidii was 1∶17.23 whilst the rate was only 1∶4.45 on solid culture,resulting larger bulbs than those in the solid culture. [Conclusion] The TIS designed in our study could provide a potential mean for industrial production of plantlets. | 11 | Forward link outage performance of aeronautical broadband satellite communications显示文摘High-throughput satellites(HTSs) play an important role in future millimeter-wave(mm Wave) aeronautical communication to meet high speed and broad bandwidth requirements. This paper investigates the outage performance of an aeronautical broadband satellite communication system’s forward link, where the feeder link from the gateway to the HTS uses free-space optical(FSO) transmission and the user link from the HTS to aircraft operates at the mm Wave band. In the user link, spot beam technology is exploited at the HTS and a massive antenna array is deployed at the aircraft. We first present a location-based beamforming(BF) scheme to maximize the expected output signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) of the forward link with the amplify-and-forward(AF) protocol,which turns out to be a phased array. Then, by supposing that the FSO feeder link follows Gamma-Gamma fading whereas the mm Wave user link experiences shadowed Rician fading, we take the influence of the phase error into account, and derive the closed-form expression of the outage probability(OP) for the considered system. To gain further insight, a simple asymptotic OP expression at a high SNR is provided to show the diversity order and coding gain.
