1ILF3 is a substrate of SPOP for regulating serine biosynthesis in colorectal cancer显示文摘The Serine-Glycien-One-Carbon(SGOC)pathway is pivotal in multiple anabolic processes.Expression levels of SGOC genes are deregulated under tumoeigenic condltions,suggesting panicipation of oncogenes in deregulating the SGOC biosynthetic pathway.However,the underlying mechanism remains elusive.Here,we identifed that Interleukin enfiarccer-binding factor 3(ILF3)is overexpressed in primary CRC patient specimens and correlates with poor progroosis.ILF3 is critical in regulating the SGOC pathway by directly regulating the mRNA stability of SGOC genes,thereby increasing SGOC genes expression and facilitating tumor growth.Mehhanktic studies showed that the EGF-MIEK-ERK pathway nnediates ILF3 phosphorylation,which hin ders E3 ligase speckle-type POZ protein(SPOP)-mediated poly-ubiquitination and degradation of ILF3.Sign iftca ntly,combination of SGOC inhibitor and the anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody cetuximab can hinder the growth of patient-derived xenografts that sustain high ERK-ILF3 levels.Taken together,deregutation of ILF3 via the EGF-ERK signaling plays an important role in systemic serine metabolic reprogramming and confers a predilection toward CRC development.Our findings indicate that clinical evaluation of SCOC inhibitor is warranted for CRC patients with ILF3 overexpression.Kai Li Jian-lin Wu Baifu Qin Zongmin Fan Qin Tang Weisi Lu Haipeng Zhang Fan Xing Manqi Meng Shaomin Zou Wenxia Wei Honglei Chen Jian Cai Huaiming Wang Hui Zhang Jiayue Cai Ling Fang Xiqing Bian Chuangqi Chen Ping Lan Bart Ghesquiere Lekun Fang Mong-Hong Lee 2020Cell Research2020,30,2:6
2A Comparative Analysis of the Chloroplast Genomes of Four Salvia Medicinal Plants显示文摘Herbgenomics is an emerging field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)research and development.By combining TCM research with genomics,herbgenomics can help to establish the scientific validity of TCM and bring it into wider usage within the field of medicine.Salvia Linn.(S.Linn.)is a large genus of Labiatae that includes important medicinal plants.In this herbgenomics study,the complete chloroplast(cp)genomes of two Salvia spp.—namely,S.przewalskii and S.bulleyana,which are used as a surrogate for S.miltiorrhiza—were sequenced and compared with those of two other reported Salvia spp.—namely,S.miltiorrhiza and S.japonica.The genome organization,gene number,type,and repeat sequences were compared.The annotation results showed that both Salvia plants contain 114 unique genes,including 80 protein-coding,30 transfer RNA(tRNA),and four ribosomal RNA(rRNA)genes.Repeat sequence analysis revealed 21 forward and 22 palindromic sequences in both Salvia cp genomes,and 17 and 21 tandem repeats in S.przewalskii and S.bulleyana,respectively.A synteny comparison of the Salvia spp.cp genomes showed a high degree of sequence similarity in the coding regions and a relatively high divergence of the intergenic spacers.Pairwise alignment and single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)analyses found some candidate fragments to identify Salvia spp.,such as the intergenic region of the trnV–ndhC,trnQ–rps16,atpI–atpH,psbA–ycf3,ycf1,rpoC2,ndhF,matK,rpoB,rpoA,and accD genes.All of the results—including the repeat sequences and SNP sites,the inverted repeat(IR)region border,and the phylogenetic analysis—showed that S.przewalskii and S.bulleyana are extremely similar from a genetic standpoint.The cp genome sequences of the two Salvia spp.reported here will pave the way for breeding,species identification,phylogenetic evolution,and cp genetic engineering studies of Salvia medicinal plants.Conglian Liang Lei Wang Juan Lei Baozhong Duan Weisi Ma Shuiming Xiao Haijun Qi Zhen Wang Yaoqi Liu Xiaofeng Shen Shuai Guo Haoyu Hu Jiang Xu Shilin Chen 2019Engineering2019,5,5:5
3Evaluation of the compatibility between rubber and asphalt based on molecular dynamics simulation显示文摘Using of rubber asphalt can both promote the recycling of waste tires and improve the performance of asphalt pavement.However,the segregation of rubber asphalt caused by the poor storage stability always appears during its application.Storage stability of asphalt and rubber is related to the compatibility and also influenced by rubber content.In this study,molecular models of different rubbers and chemical fractions of asphalt were built to perform the molecular dynamics simulation.The solubility parameter and binding energy between rubber and asphalt were obtained to evaluate the compatibility between rubber and asphalt as well as the influence of rubber content on compatibility.Results show that all three kinds of rubber are commendably compatible with asphalt,where the compatibility between asphalt and cis-polybutadiene rubber(BR)is the best,followed by styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR),and natural rubber(NR)is the worst.The optimum rubber contents for BR asphalt,SBR asphalt,and NR asphalt were determined as 15%,15%,and 20%,respectively.In addition,the upper limits of rubber contents were found as between 25%and 30%,between 20%and 25%,and between 25%and 30%,respectively.Fucheng GUO Jiupeng ZHANG Jianzhong PEI Weisi MA Zhuang HU Yongsheng GUAN 2020Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering2020,14,2:4
4Main Species and Medicinal Value of Wild Edible(Medicinal) Fungi in Yunnan Province显示文摘Yunnan Province is rich in wild edible( medicinal) fungus resources,where there are about 882 species,96 genera,35 families,11 orders,and 2 classes,and the species of the resources accounts for 40. 7% of the world's resources and 90. 0% of China's resources,so Yunnan is known as ' the kingdom of medicinal and edible fungi'. Edible fungi contain a variety of functional ingredients,such as polysaccharides,peptide amino acids,nucleosides,triterpenes,minerals,vitamins,etc.,so they have important medicinal value. 5Relativity of Environmental Rights:On Justification of Purposive Environmental Rights显示文摘Environmental rights in the early days,as a product of the combination of environmental crises and the ideas of human rights,had a tendency toward being considered absolute.Absolute environmental rights are of enlightening significance in the context of“existing problems in the absence of a system.”However,absolute environmental rights only consider environmental protection while excluding social and economic interests,and therefore cannot be exercised in legal practice.Legal practice now recognizes relative environmental rights that coordinate environmental protection and social and economic development.Given the ambiguous content of environmental rights,it is inappropriate to use external restrictions,and only internal restrictions can be applied.The content of environmental rights should be changed to take into account social and economic factors,and the inevitable result of the change is the shift from absolute environmental rights to relative environmental rights.The legislative purpose of environmental laws in various countries is the dualism of purpose that coordinates environmental protection with social and economic development.The dualism of purpose dovetails with relative environmental rights,and environmental rights should be positioned as purposive environmental rights in environmental law.胡静 NI Weisi(Translated) 2022The Journal of Human Rights2022,21,3:2
