1Fabrication of the Coatings for the High-temperature Oxidation Resistance on Hydrogen Resistance Steel显示文摘Alumina coating is used to improve the performance of high-temperature oxidation resistance,which can be fabricated on the surface of hydrogen resistance steel by two methods,thermal oxidation of arc ion plated Al coating and reactive magnetron sputtering.Elemental composition,structures and surface morphologies of the coating were analyzed and compared in this paper.The surface of the coatings,which was made by the first method,was composed of α-Al2O3 phase and internal was Fe-Al alloy phase.The Alumina coatings made by the second method were amorphous.In addition,appearances of Alumina coatings fabricated by these two methods were quit different,which were grey and transparent respectively.Both of the two kinds of coatings meet to the needs of high-temperature oxidation resistance.Yang Wenmao Luo Yuwen Wu Zhiyong Li Shanzhen Li Chang'an Li Xueyuan Du Wen-Hao Chen Binzhou 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:0
2Carbon-Doped Titanium Oxide Films by DC Reactive Magnetron Sputtering Using CO_2 and O_2 as Reactive Gas显示文摘CO2and O2were employed as reactive gases to fabricate carbon-doped titanium oxide films using DC reactive magnetron sputtering.Microstructure,composition and optical band gap of the films were investigated by X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and UV–visible spectrophotometer,respectively.The results showed that carbon-doped titanium monoxide films(C-TiO) with a carbon concentration of 5.8 at.% were obtained in an Ar/CO2mixed atmosphere.However,carbon-doped rutile and anatase(C-TiO2) with a carbon concentration of about 1.4 at.% were obtained in an Ar/CO2/O2mixed atmosphere.The optical band gaps of C-TiO and C-TiO2were about 2.6 and 2.9 eV,respectively.Both of them were narrower than that of pure TiO2films.Films with narrowed optical band gap energy are promising in promoting their photo-catalytic activity.Dong Xie Feng Wen Wenmao Yang Xueyuan Li Yongxiang Leng Guojiang Wan Hong Sun Nan Huang 2014Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2014,27,2:0
