| 1 | Learning block-structured incoherent dictionaries for sparse representation显示文摘Dictionary learning is still a challenging problem in signal and image processing. In this paper, we propose an efficient block-structured incoherent dictionary learning algorithm for sparse representations of image signals. The constrained minimization of dictionary learning is achieved by iteratively alternating between sparse coding and dictionary update. Without relying on any prior knowledge of the group structure for the input data, we develop a two-stage clustering method that identifies the underlying block structure of the dictionary under certain restricted constraints. The two-stage clustering method mainly consists of affinity propagation and agglomerative hierarchical clustering. To meet the conditions of both the upper bound and the lower bound of the mutual coherence of dictionary atoms, we introduce a regularization term for the objective function to adjust the block coherence of the overcomplete dictionary. | 2 | Natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery in urology: The Chinese experience显示文摘Objective:To describe the Chinese experience of natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery(NOTES)in urology.Methods:From December 2008 to May 2017,35 animal experiments and 305 clinical surgeries of NOTES or natural orifices specimen extractions(NOSE)were performed in China.The animal experiments included five kidney biopsies,24 nephrectomies and six partial nephrectomies.The clinical surgeries included 12 transvaginal NOSE(TV-NOSE),266 hybrid transvaginal NOTES(TV-NOTES)and 27 pure TV-NOTES.The TV-NOSE procedure was performed in five transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site(U-LESS)nephrectomies,four suprapubic-assisted laparoendoscopic single-site surgery(SA-LESS)nephroureterectomies,and three laparoscopic radical cystectomies.The hybrid TV-NOTES procedure included 210 nephrectomies,31 adrenalectomies,eight nephroureterectomies,13 partial nephrectomies,and four heminephrectomies.The pure TV-NOTES procedure included five renal cyst decortications and 22 nephrectomies.Results:A total of 29 animal experiments were successfully performed.One partial nephrectomy was converted to standard laparoscopic surgery.Two kidney biopsies and two nephrectomies were unsuccessful.A total of 297 clinical surgeries were successfully performed.Six patients who underwent hybrid TV-NOTES were converted to open surgery.Two patients who underwent pure TV-NOTES were converted to SA-LESS.There were 22 major complications,16 occurred intraoperatively and six postoperatively.The mean visual analog score(VAS)of 48 h after the operation was 2.5 points in TV-NOSE,2.3 points in hybrid TV-NOTES and 1.7 points in pure TV-NOTES.The mean follow-up of 50.6(3.0-87.0)months showed that all patients were in good condition.The umbilicus scars were nearly invisible in TV-NOSE and hybrid TV-NOTES.The vaginal incision healed well.Conclusions:TV-NOSE and TV-NOTES are feasible,safe,and effective with little injury,low pain,fast recovery,and good cosmetic outcomes in properly selected patients.They are worth consideration for urological clinical practice. | Xiaofeng Zou Guoxi Zhang Tianpeng Xie Yuanhu Yuan Rihai Xiao Gengqing Wu Xiaoning Wang Hui Xu Folin Liu Yuting Wu Yunfeng Liao Quanliang Liu Yinghao Sun Bo Yang Linhui Wang Chuanliang Xu Xiaofeng Gao | 2020 | Asian Journal of Urology2020，7，1： | 5 |

| 4 | Metal-polyphenol-coordinated nanomedicines for Fe(II) catalyzed photoacoustic-imaging guided mild hyperthermia-assisted ferroustherapy against breast cancer显示文摘Ferroustherapy has gained great attention for anti-cancer treatment in recent years. Enlightened by temperature-mediated Fenton reaction in industrial waste water removal, we designed a iron-based polyphenol-coordinated nanomedicines for mild hyperthermia-assisted anti-cancer ferroustherapy. In brief, Fe-GA@BSA nanoparticles was synthesized by self-assembly and sorafenib(SRF) was loaded into Fe-GA@BSA to establish Fe-GA@BSA-SRF nanomedicines. The result nanomedicines can induce ferroptosis in cancer cells by accelerating Fenton reaction. And the photothermal effect of Fe-GA@BSA-SRF was used for mild hyperthermia-assisted ferroustherapy. The nanomedicines performs good anti-cancer therapeutic efficacy by inducing the production of ROS and inhibiting glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4) expression in vitro and in vivo. Besides, the broad absorption of Fe-GA@BSA-SRF in near infrared region endows it with photoacoustic imaging ability. | 5 | Exploring the Recent Anti-China Backlash in Australia and Its Impact显示文摘The year 2017 marked not only the 45th anniversary of the establishment of China-Australia diplomatic relations,but also significant turbulence in the relationship.While bilateral economic and trade relations,as well as people-to-people communication and cooperation continue to grow,a series of dramatic and negative events unfolded in Australia,advocating the so-called'China threat',and instigated by anti-China sentiments.The recent anti-China backlash in Australia was caused by a combination of deep structural change in the current international system,and instability in Australia’s domestic politics.It is also the outcome of Australia’s dependence on the US-Australia alliance,while balancing between its own economic and security interests.It is worth noting that in comparison to the past,the current anti-China movement in Australia has been more profound and more focused,demonstrating new characteristics.This includes Australia collaborating with certain Western nations against China’s influence,as well as strategic warnings with more political and policy implications.Although Australia’s anti-China backlash will not have a fundamental impact on China-Australia relations,Australia’s anti-China stance and behavior is characteristic of an increasingly prevalent trend among the Western nations of concern about China’s rising influence,and new defense strategies against this.China must proceed with caution when dealing with the negative repercussions of this. | Zhang Guoxi Xie Tao | 2018 | Contemporary International Relations2018，28，4： | 0 |
