1Theoretical analysis of effects of boundary layer bleed on scramjet thrust显示文摘The effects of boundary layer bleed on the scramjet thrust are studied in the present paper.A theoretical model is developed to evaluate the thrust increment and influencing factors.The thrust increment resulting from the bleed is dominated by the rise in total pressure recovery and bleed mass flow rate.The bleed mass flow rate exerts stronger impact on the engine thrust than the total pressure.According to current bleed design,it is a severe challenge for the engine to enhance its total pressure to maintain the original thrust when there is no bleeding.Furthermore,the initial total pressure recovery,fuel mass addition,combustion efficiency and area ratio of engine exit to entrance can affect the contributions of the bleeding to the thrust increment.The scramjet needs a higher rise in total pressure recovery to counteract the negative effect of bleed mass loss at higher initial total pressure recovery or larger area ratio of engine exit/entrance.More heat release results in a little lower demand on the rise in total pressure recovery for maintaining the scramjet thrust.These results will aid in understanding the fundamental mechanism of bleeding on engine thrust.YUE LianJie XU XianKun CHANG XinYu 2013Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2013,56,10:3
2Inhibition of furin by bone targeting superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles alleviated breast cancer bone metastasis显示文摘Breast cancer bone metastasis poses significant challenge for therapeutic strategies.Inside the metastatic environment,osteoclasts and tumor cells interact synergistically to promote cancer progression.In this study,the proprotein convertase furin is targeted due to its critical roles in both tumor cell invasion and osteoclast function.Importantly,the furin inhibitor is specifically delivered by bone targeting superparamagnetic iron oxide(SPIO)nanoparticles.Our in vitro and in vivo data demonstrate that this system can effectively inhibit both osteoclastic bone resorption and breast cancer invastion,leading to alleviated osteolysis.Therefore,the bone targeting&furin inhibition nanoparticle system is a promising therapeutic and diagnostic strategy for breast cancer bone metastasis.Yichuan Pang Li Su Yao Fu Fan Jia Chenxi Zhang Xiankun Cao Wenxin He Xueqian Kong Jiake Xu Jie Zhao An Qin 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,3:2
3Diffusion process for efficiency improvement with high sheet resistance on traditional production lines of solar cell显示文摘By optimizing the diffusion temperature and time,four groups of samples with different sheet resistances are achieved.The front screen printing pattern and firing temperature are fine-tuned according to the needs.The performance of the low-and-plateau-temperature doping recipe(as recipe A)is better than that of the low-and-multiple-temperature doping recipe(as recipe B).And the 19.24%efficiency of volume production of monocrystalline solar cells with 238.95 mm2 and 80?/sq sheet resistance is obtained in the traditional process line.0.48%more efficiency is achieved than 60?/sq due to the reduction of the phosphorus surface doping and shallow junction by the low-and-plateau-temperature diffusion recipe.The module test shows that by using two drive-in zones,not only do we have a higher efficiency,but also have a stabler and lower power loss in encapsulation manufacture.It is showed that power of a large improvement will be gotten by statistical analysis and PC1D simulation.JIA HeShun LUO Lei JIANG YanSen XU ZhenHua REN XianKun ZHANG ChunYan 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,5:0

5Microscopic pump-probe optical technique to characterize the defect of monolayer transition metal dichalcogenides显示文摘Monolayer transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)are ideal materials for atomically thin,flexible optoelec.tronic and catalytic devices.However,their optoelectrical performance such as quantum yield and carrier mobility often shows below theoretical expectations due to the existence of defects.For monolayer TMD-based devices,finding a low-cost,time-efficient, and nondestructive technique to visualize the change of defect distribution in the space domain and the defect-induced change of the carrier's lifetime is vital for optimizing their optoelectronic properties.Here, we propose a microscopic pump-probe technique to map the defect distribution of monolayer TMDs.It is found that there is a linear relationship between transient differential reflection intensity and defect density,suggesting that this technique not only realizes the visualization of the defect distribution but also achieves the quantitative estimation of defect density.Moreover,the carrier lifetime at each point can also be obtained by the technique.
