| 2 | Migration and risks of potentially toxic elements from sewage sludge applied to acid forest soil显示文摘`The application of sewage sludge(SS)to forested lands may lead to the downward migration of potentially toxic elements(PTEs)through rainfall and thus pose risk to the subsoil and groundwater.Batch column experiments were conducted using leaching water equivalent to the rainfall amount in the study area over 3 years to investigate changes in concentrations of PTEs,including copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),and nickel(Ni)in the leachate from the acidic forest soil.Water quality index of leachate,potential ecological risk and human health risk in soil at different leaching stages were compared.Sewage sludge was applied at SS/soil mass ratios of 0:100(controls),15:85(T1),30:70(T2),45:55(T3),60:40(T4),and 75:25(T5).All treatments resulted in increased PTEs concentration in the upper 20 cm soil,T3-T5 increased potential ecological risk from'low'(control)to'moderate'or'considerable'.During first year leaching,PTEs concentration increased with increasing SS/soil ratios,but the water quality index of T1-T3 was'excellent'or'good'.Pb,Cu,Cd,and Ni in the 20-40 cm soil depth,and Zn in the 60-80 cm soil depth were also enriched,but potential ecological risk was'low'.In subsequent leaching,PTEs concentration of leachate gradually returned to the background value and water quality index was'excellent'.There were no significant changes in PTEs and ecological risk observed.During the monitoring process,the health risk caused by the migration of PTEs to the human body was always within the acceptable range.Overall,this study provides a reference for the management of risks from the application of SS on forestlands,i.e.,SS/soil ratios<45:55 is recommended on forestlands,and special attention should be given to early leaching risk.In addition,it also provides an important assessment method for the risk of PTEs leaching and migration in forested land application. | Shuangshuang Chu Lihua Xian Can Lai Wenjun Yang Jing Wang Mandi Long Jianhui Ouyang Dandan Liao Shucai Zeng | 2023 | Journal of Forestry Research2023,34,6: | 0 |
| 3 | Development and Application of On-line Wind Power Risk Assessment System显示文摘Because of the large-scale integration of wind power,the dynamic characteristics of power system have many uncertain effects.Based on deterministic analysis methods,traditional on-line security assessment system cannot quantitatively estimate the actual operating conditions of the power system for only considering the most serious and credible accidents.Therefore,the risk theory is introduced into an on-line security assessment system and then an on-line risk assessment system for wind power is designed and implemented by combining with the dynamic security assessment system.Based on multiple data integration,the wind power disturbance probability is available and the security assessment of the power grid can obtain security indices in different aspects.The operating risk index is an expectation of severity,computed by summing up all the products of the result probability and its severity.Analysis results are reported to the dispatchers in on-line environment,while the comprehensive weak links are automatically provided to the power dispatching center.The risk assessment system in operation can verify the reasonableness of the system. | Su, Feng Zhou, Xiaoxin Yu, Haiguo Xian, Wenjun Lü, Ying Ren, Lingyu | 2012 | 电力系统自动化2012,36,8: | 0 |
| 4 | Etiological characteristics of influenza-like illness in Jiangsu province from 2012 to 2016显示文摘Influenza-like illness(ILI)is an acute respiratory infection caused by various pathogens.However,the epidemiologic characteristics of ILI pathogens in Jiangsu province are unclear.To better understand the ILI etiology,the characteristics of the pathogens from nasopharyngeal swab samples of patients with ILI collected from 2012 to 2016 in 6 hospitals in Jiangsu province were studied.The pathogens,including influenza virus,respiratory syncytial virus(RSV),rhinovirus(HRV),adenovirus(ADV),herpes simplex virus(HSV),human coronavirus(hCoV),Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae,were detected by real-time PCR.At least one pathogen was identified in 1334 of the patients(40.23%).Among viruses,HRV,influenza A virus(Flu A),ADV and RSV were the most frequently detected.ADV was the only pathogen that was distributed evenly in different years and regions(P>0.05).The etiological distribution varied in different age groups.Streptococcus pneumoniae was the most common pathogen in co-infections with a co-detection rate of 64.57%(319/494).The spectrum of etiologies could help to estimate disease burden and provide guidance for vaccination. | Ke Xu Xiang Huo Rongqiang Zu Shenjiao Wang Yuanfang Qin Qigang Dai Xian Qi Huiyan Yu Lilin Chen Lei Hong Yangting Xu Qianhua Yi Weixiang Wang Xuan Wang Wenjun Dai Jie Zha Weining Han Changjun Bao | 2019 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2019,33,6: | 0 |
