| 1 | 东北三省春玉米产量差时空分布特征显示文摘【目的】随着人口增加、气候变化和环境问题日益凸显,粮食生产能力及粮食安全受到广泛重视。然而,目前中国粮食产量远远低于作物潜在产量,如何利用有限耕地生产更多粮食已经成为中国农业目前面临的重大问题。东北三省是中国重要的玉米生产区,其春玉米产量占全国总产量的29%,该区玉米产量提升对中国粮食安全具有重要的意义。【方法】论文以东北三省春玉米种植区为研究区域,基于1961—2010年气候资料、农业气象观测站作物资料和统计资料,利用农业生产系统模拟模型(APSIM-Maize)和数理统计方法,解析气候变化背景下研究区域春玉米潜在产量与实际产量的差及各级产量差的时空分布特征,为提升东北三省春玉米产量提供科学依据和参考。【结果】东北三省春玉米潜在产量与农户实际产量之间产量差(总产量差)呈明显的经向和纬向分布(P<0.01),即由南向北递减,由西向东递减,且地区间差异较大,变化范围为4.8—11.9 t·hm^(-2)。春玉米潜在产量与可获得产量之间的产量差(产量差1)、可获得产量与农户潜在产量之间的产量差(产量差2)均呈现随经度升高而降低的趋势,这与春玉米生长季内降水量分布有关。产量差1变化范围在0.06—3.2 t·hm^(-2)之间,产量差2地区间差异较大,变化范围为1.7—8.0 t·hm^(-2),主要是由于栽培管理措施的差异造成的。从全区50年平均来看,春玉米潜在产量与实际产量间的产量差为64%,其中由于不可转化的技术因素、农学因素和经济社会因素限制的产量差分别为8%、40%和16%。从时间变化趋势来看,过去50年(1961—2010)研究区域春玉米各级产量差均呈现减小的趋势,其中总产量差和产量差3呈显著缩小趋势(P<0.01),每10年分别缩小1.55 t·hm^(-2)和1.40 t·hm^(-2),但产量差1和产量差2变化趋势并不显著。【结论】东北三省春玉米潜在产量与农户实际产量之间的产量差呈明显的经向和纬向分布,即由南向北递减,由西向东递减。农学因素是限制当地玉米产量提升的主要因素,通过改善农学因素,如提高栽培管理措施、改善土壤条件和更换高产品种可有效缩小产量差达40%。 | 刘志娟 杨晓光 吕硕 王静 LIN XiaoMao | 2017 | 中国农业科学2017,50,9: | 23 |
| 2 | Membrane fouling in ultrafiltration of natural water after pretreatment to different extents显示文摘The combined fouling during ultrafiltration(UF) of surface water pretreated to different extents was investigated to disclose the roles of polysaccharides, proteins, and inorganic particles in UF membrane fouling. Both reversible and irreversible fouling decreased with enhanced pretreatment(biologically active carbon(BAC) treatment and sand filtration). The sand filter effluent fouled the membrane very slowly. The UF membrane removed turbidity to less than 0.1 nephelometric turbidity unit(NTU), reduced polysaccharides by 25.4%–29.9%, but rejected few proteins. Both polysaccharides and inorganic particles were detected on the fouled membranes, but inorganic particles could be effectively removed by backwashing. The increase of turbidity in the sand filter effluent to 3.05 NTU did not significantly increase the fouling rate, but an increase in the turbidity in the BAC effluent to6.11 NTU increased the fouling rate by more than 100%. The results demonstrated that the polysaccharide, not the protein, constituents of biopolymers were responsible for membrane fouling. Membrane fouling was closely associated with a small fraction of polysaccharides in the feed water. Inorganic particles exacerbated membrane fouling only when the concentration of fouling–inducing polysaccharides in the feed water was relatively high. | 4 | High efficiency linear compressor driven pulse tube cryocooler operating in liquid nitrogen temperature显示文摘The inertance tube is one of the key components of a pulse tube cryocooler. It has great influence not only on the efficiency of the pulse tube cryocooler, but also on the efficiency of the linear compressor. Meanwhile, it is very difficult to predict the impedance of an inertance tube because of the turbulent flow. In this paper, using a quasi-turbulent model, the inertance tube is optimized to match a linear compressor driven pulse tube cryocooler. Experimental results show that this model can predict the impedance quite well. With 127 W input electric power, the pulse tube cryocooler obtains 9.4 W cooling power at a temperature of 77 K. | 6 | Public Auditing for Encrypted Data with Client-Side Deduplication in Cloud Storage显示文摘Storage auditing and client-side deduplication techniques have been proposed to assure data integrity and improve storage efficiency, respectively. Recently, a few schemes start to consider these two different aspects together. However, these schemes either only support plaintext data file or have been proved insecure. In this paper, we propose a public auditing scheme for cloud storage systems, in which deduplication of encrypted data and data integrity checking can be achieved within the same framework. The cloud server can correctly check the ownership for new owners and the auditor can correctly check the integrity of deduplicated data. Our scheme supports deduplication of encrypted data by using the method of proxy re-encryption and also achieves deduplication of data tags by aggregating the tags from different owners. | 11 | Hypersonic flutter and flutter suppression system of a wind tunnel model显示文摘The aeroelastic behavior of a thin flat rudder model was numerically simulated and experimentally investigated in a hypersonic wind tunnel. In particular, a flutter suppression system taking advantage of collision within small gaps was proposed and a novel system for the flutter simulation of the whole nonlinear aeroelastic system including the flutter suppression system was developed. First, the critical flutter dynamic pressure of the rudder without the flutter suppression system was calculated with different methods. Then, the whole nonlinear aeroelastic system, including theflutter suppression system, was simulated to design the gap size. Finally, the flutter suppression system was experimentally validated in a hypersonic wind tunnel operating at Mach number 5. | 16 | 观察参芪扶正注射液在卵巢癌化疗中减轻毒副作用的效果(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of the study was to observe the clinical effects of Shenqi Fuzheng injection decreasing sideeffects of chemotherapy for patients with ovarian epithelial cancer. Methods: The 36 cases of ovarian epithelial cancer in The Third Affiliated Hospital of SUN Yat-sen University(Guangzhou, China) from June 2010 to June 2013, were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The study group contained 18 cases using Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with TP(Taxol + Carboplatin/cisplatin) chemotherapy, and the control group contained 18 cases only using TP chemotherapy without Shenqi Fuzheng injection. During and after chemotherapy, the side-effects and therapy effects were observed. Results: The grade II of nausea and vomit were less in the study group than that in the control group, which was significantly different(P < 0.05). But there were no significantly differences in grade I of nausea and vomit between the two groups(P > 0.05). There was less degree of decrease of lymphocyte in the study group than that in the control group, which was significantly different(P < 0.05). But between two groups, there were no significant differences in the drop of white blood cells and red blood cells, the incidence of allergic reaction, liver and renal functions, nerve lesion and phalacrosis(P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in chemotherapy effect between the two groups(P > 0.05).
