1Reservoir differences and formation mechanisms in the Ke-Bai overthrust belt,northwestern margin of the Junggar Basin,China显示文摘There are some differences in reservoir quality of clastic rock between the hanging wall and the foot wall of the Ke-Bai overthrust belt,northwestern margin of the Junggar Basin,western China,which affect the effi cient petroleum exploration in this highly mature exploration area. Based on a large number of thin-sections,cast thin-sections,and physical property analysis of cores,we systematically discuss the Permian-Jurassic reservoir differences between the hanging wall and the foot wall of the Ke-Bai overthrust fault from the aspects of structural evolution,time-space distribution of the depositional system,diagenesis characteristics,and reservoir quality and analyzed the reasons for the differences in reservoir properties. The overthrusting of the Ke-Bai fault directly results in different burial histories,diagenesis evolution,and porosity evolution between the hanging wall and the foot wall. The differences of reservoir characteristics are mainly embodied in buried depth,grain size,sedimentary facies,diagenetic stage,and reservoir quality. The analysis results showed that burial history and depositional characteristics controlled by overthrusting are direct influencing factors of reservoir differences. Because of shallow burial depth of the hanging wall,the reservoir compaction is weak and primary pores are preserved well. The porosity of reservoir on the hanging wall is generally 10%-25%. The strata on the foot wall are deeply buried,and there are mainly mixed pores with the average porosity of 5%-20%. 3Existence, morphology and structure of the Yellow Sea Warm Current Branch approaching waters offshore Qingdao, China显示文摘In this study, we focused on full-region cruise survey data, near-bottom continuous mooring observations and sea surface wind products from the western South Yellow Sea in winter; after ensuring the data reliability and accuracy, we processed and analyzed the data. Image resolution experiments were carried out to determine the lowest recognition resolutions for all image types, which represent the resolution characteristics of the data. The existence of a warm water tongue originating from the Yellow Sea Warm Current(YSWC) that approached waters offshore Qingdao was confirmed. For the first time, a high salinity water tongue, corresponding to the warm water tongue, was described and found to be more representative of the YSWC branch path. This warm tongue is a sign of the branch originating from the YSWC, which we defined as the Yellow Sea Warm Current Branch approaching waters offshore Qingdao(YSWC-QDB). The pattern of the warm and salty water tongues showed remarkable rear, branching middle, shrinking neck and expanding top regions. These patterns showed a temporal feature of the tongues, and were the result of multi-temporal branches in front of the YSWC main section as well as the YSWC-QDB crossing the southwestward path of the extension of the North Shandong Coastal Current flowing along the southeast coast of the Shandong Peninsula(NSCC-SESE). Analysis using mooring data at a sensitive and representative station also showed the existence of the YSWC-QDB. It is a probabilistic event that manifests as a northwestward flow that decreases gradually from the bottom to the surface in the early cold air transit stage and consistent in the whole water column profile in the later stage. It varies quasi-periodically with weather processes. It also transports some of the YSWC water stored in the entrance area of the Bohai and Yellow seas under winter wind conditions to the western South Yellow Sea as a compensatory current. This current, caused by northerly winds, especially northwest winds and obstruction of the NSCC-SESE, was present, and strong water reduction and compensation caused significant residual sea level oscillations. The compensatory current, if caused by strong northwest wind,began to appear when its direction was opposite to the wind direction. In addition, confirmation of the YSWC-QDB provides an oceanographic basis for the short cooling time and rapid warming in the Qingdao area in winter. This research provides a basis for further studies of the YSWC-QDB at high spatial and temporal resolutions using large sea surface datasets. 7Effects of Different Times of Bagging on Fruit Quality and Disease and Pest Incidence of Fuji Apple显示文摘The effects of bagging at different times in Mengyin area on the fruit quality and disease and pest incidence of Huimin short-cut Fuji apple were investigated,with unbagged fruit as the control. The results showed that among the apples bagged on May 5,May 15,May 25,June 2 and June 12,the single fruit weight and fruit shape index of the apples bagged on June 2 were highest,308. 1 g and 0. 868,respectively; the peeled harness of the apples bagged during May 5-25 was higher than that of the control; the peeled harness of the apples bagged on June 2 and June 12 was lower than that of the control; the soluble solids content of bagged fruit was lower than that of unbagged ones,and no significant differences were found among different treatments; the coloring index of the apples bagged on June 2 was up to 100%; the smooth finish index of the apples bagged on May 5 reached 96. 67%,the highest; the red chromatic value( a*) of bagged fruit was higher than that of unbagged ones,and there were no significant differences among different bagging treatments. The earlier the bagging was,the higher the incidence of black spot and bitter pit was. The incidence of black spot and bitter pit in bagged fruit was higher than that in unbagged ones. 9Albumin-induced premature senescence in human renal proximal tubular cells and its relationship with intercellular fibrosis显示文摘The presence of senescent cells is associated with renal fibrosis.This study aims to investigate the effect of albumininduced premature senescence on tubulointerstitial fibrosis and its possible mechanism in vitro.Different concentrations of bovine serum albumim(BSA)with or without si-p21 are used to stimulate HK-2 cells for 72 h,and SA-β-gal activity,senescence-associated secretory phenotypes(SASPs),LaminB1 are used as markers of senescence.Immunofluorescence staining is performed to characterize the G2/M phase arrest between the control and BSA groups.Alterations in the DNA damage markerγ-H2AX,fibrogenesis,and associated proteins at the G2/M phase,such as p21,p-CDC25C and p-CDK1,are evaluated.Compared with those in the control group,the SA-β-gal activity,SASP,andγ-H2AX levels are increased in the BSA group,while the level of LaminB1 is decreased.Meanwhile,HK-2 cells blocked at the G2/M phase are significantly increased under the stimulation of BSA,and the levels of p21,p-CDC25C and p-CDK1,as well as fibrogenesis are also increased.When p21 expression is inhibited,the levels of p-CDC25C and p-CDK1 are decreased and the G2/M phase arrest is improved,which decreases the production of fibrogenesis.In conclusion,BSA induces renal tubular epithelial cell premature senescence,which regulates the G2/M phase through the CDC25C/CDK1 pathway,leading to tubulointerstitial fibrosis.Wen Lu Shijing Ren Wenhui Dong Xiaomin Li Zongji Zheng Yijie Jia Yaoming Xue 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,7:1

11Effects of Different Water and Fertilizer Combinations on Tree Structure,Leaf Parameters and Photosynthesis of Apple Saplings显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the effects of different water and fertilizer combinations on apple saplings. [Method]‘Tianhong 2'Fuji/ SH40 / Malus robusta Rehd. was used as the experimental material to analyze the effects of different irrigation modes and combinations of basal fertilizer and dressing fertilizer on tree structure,leaf parameters and photosynthesis of apple saplings. [Result]The results showed that different water and fertilizer combinations exhibited varying effects on tree structure,leaf parameters and photosynthesis of apple saplings. To be specific,applying 432 000 kg / hm2 basal fertilizer,480 kg / hm2 urea and 915 kg / hm2 organic fertilizer + 0 + 915 kg / hm2 organic fertilizer as dressing fertilizer,and 1% urea as leaf fertilizer was conducive to promoting growth of branches and leaves,increasing leaf thickness,individual leaf area and SPAD,and improving photosynthesis of apple saplings under half root irrigation and whole root irrigation conditions. In addition,the effects were more significant under whole root irrigation conditions. 12Linear Quadratic Optimal Control for Systems Governed by First-Order Hyperbolic Partial Differential Equations显示文摘This paper focuses on linear-quadratic(LQ)optimal control for a class of systems governed by first-order hyperbolic partial differential equations(PDEs).Different from most of the previous works,an approach of discretization-then-continuousization is proposed in this paper to cope with the infinite-dimensional nature of PDE systems.The contributions of this paper consist of the following aspects:(1)The differential Riccati equations and the solvability condition of the LQ optimal control problems are obtained via the discretization-then-continuousization method.(2)A numerical calculation way of the differential Riccati equations and a practical design way of the optimal controller are proposed.Meanwhile,the relationship between the optimal costate and the optimal state is established by solving a set of forward and backward partial difference equations(FBPDEs).(3)The correctness of the method used in this paper is verified by a complementary continuous method and the comparative analysis with the existing operator results is presented.It is shown that the proposed results not only contain the classic results of the standard LQ control problem of systems governed by ordinary differential equations as a special case,but also support the existing operator results and give a more convenient form of computation.XUE Xiaomin XU Juanjuan ZHANG Huanshui 2024Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2024,37,1:0
13Analysis of Aromatic Components in Fruit of Apricot Cultivar Jinkaite in Different Development Periods显示文摘The aromatic components and contents in fruit of apricot cultivar Jinkaite were analyzed in green ripe period,commercial ripe period and full ripe period by static headspace and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that total 46 kinds of aromatic components were detected in Jinkaite apricot fruit.The main aromatic components included esters,alcohols,hydrocarbons and aldehydes.The aromatic components and contents had significant differences between various fruit developmental periods.Specifically,31,32 and 24 kinds of aromatic components were detected in green ripe period,commercial ripe period and full ripe period,respectively.The contents of esters were the highest at the 3 developmental stages with the percentages of 61.14%,70.02%and 61.48%,respectively.Hexyl acetate,ethyl hexanoate,hexyl 2-methyl propionate and 1-hexanol were characteristic aromatic components in fruit of apricot Jinkaite,and their aroma values in full ripe period were 448.50,29.86,7.85 and 3.54,respectively.Xiaomin XUE Xueping HAN Jinzheng WANG 2017Agricultural Biotechnology2017,6,1:0

15Occurrence,profiles,and ecotoxicity of poly-and perfluoroalkyl substances and their alternatives in global apex predators:A critical review显示文摘Certain poly-and perfluoroalkyl substances(PFASs)exhibit significant bioaccumulation/biomagnification behaviors in ecosystems.PFASs,such as perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS),perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA),perfluorohexanesulfonic acid(PFHxS)and related precursors,have elicited attention from both public and national regulatory agencies,which has resulted in worldwide restrictions on their production and use.Apex predators occupy the top trophic positions in ecosystems and are most affected by the biomagnification behavior of PFASs.Meanwhile,the long lifespans of apex predators also lead to the high body burden of PFASs.The high body burden of PFASs might be linked to adverse health effects and even pose a potential threat to their reproduction.As seen in previous reviews of PFASs,knowledge is lacking between the current stage of the PFAS body burden and related effects in apex predators.This review summarized PFAS occurrence in global apex predators,including information on the geographic distribution,levels,profiles,and tissue distribution,and discussed the trophic transfer and ecotoxicity of PFASs.In the case where legacy PFASs were restricted under international convention,the occurrence of novel PFASs,such as 6:2 chlorinated polyfluorinated ether sulfonate(6:2 Cl-PFESA)and perfluoroethylcyclohexane sulfonate(PFECHS),in apex predators arose as an emerging issue.Future studies should develop an effective analytical method and focus on the toxicity and trophic transfer behavior of novel PFASs.Yu Chen Jie Fu Tong Ye Xiaomin Li Ke Gao Qiao Xue Jungang Lv Aiqian Zhang Jianjie Fu 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,11:0
16Effects of the Fermentation of Lophatherum gracile Brongn on Its Active Ingredients of Total Flavonoids and Total Polysaccharide显示文摘[Objectives] In order to explore the effect of fermentation on Lophatherum gracile Brongn. [Methods] The single factor experiment was applied to screen the fermentation conditions of L. gracile Brongn,and the effect of fermentation on the contents of total flavonoids and total polysaccharides was explored. [Results] The experiment defined the best fermentation conditions as: keeping natural state of p H,temperature 35℃,inoculation amount 6%,rotation speed 210 r/min,fermentation time 36 h. The results showed that the content increase of total flavonoids in the fermentation group was 5. 59% higher than the that in the non-fermentation group. 17Effects of Different Density-reducing Methods on Canopy Microenvironment, Tree Growth and Fruit Quality in Closed Apple Orchard显示文摘In order to optimize and transform closed mature apple orchards with standard rootstocks and improve the quality of fruit,taking a closed Red Fuji apple orchard as the test object,the effects of different density-reducing methods(deinterlacing,removing every other plant in each row,removing every other plant every other row)on the canopy microenvironment,tree structure,leaf photosynthesis and fruit quality were studied.The results showed that different density-reducing methods significantly reduced the orchard coverage and increased the crown transmittance.Among them,the deinterlacing treatment was the best in improving the population structure of the closed orchard,as it reduced the orchard coverage rate by 55.68 percentage points and the canopy transmittance by 82.38 percentage points,compared with the control(CK).Different density-reducing methods all could significantly reduce the branch amount in the closed orchard and optimized the branch composition.The three density-reducing methods decreased the number of branches per plant by 18.96%,12.41%and 19.58%,respectively,compared with the CK.And compared with the CK,the proportion of short branches and leafy branches to the total branches was increased by 17.13%,14.27%and 7.37%,respectively,and the proportion of long branches and developmental branches to the total branches was decreased by 24.47%,18.04%and 10.79%,respectively.The effects of the different density-reducing methods on the temperature,relative light intensity,SPAD and leaf photosynthetic rate in canopies all followed an order of deinterlacing>removing every other plant in each row>removing every other plant every other row>CK,while those on the relative humidity showed an order of deinterlacing>removing every other plant in each row>removing every other plant every other row>CK,while those on the relative humidity showed an order of deinterlacingRu CHEN Xiaomin XUE Laiping WANG Hao ZHAI Peixian NIE Jinzheng WANG 2019Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,6:0
18Effects of Different Irrigation Methods on Growth,Fruit Quality and Yield of Apple Trees显示文摘Water-saving irrigation is an important way to realize the sustainable development of the apple industry.In order to screen the best irrigation pattern for apple,taking 9-year-old‘Yanfu 10'Fuji/Malus robusta apple as the material,the effects of different irrigation methods(drip irrigation,sprinkling irrigation,and flood irrigation) on the growth,fruit quality,and yield of apple trees were studied.The results showed that compared with the flood irrigation,drip irrigation and sprinkling irrigation significantly increased the spring shoot length by 14.8%and 9.1%,respectively,and decreased the autumn shoot length by 11.7% and 8.8%,respectively.Drip irrigation and sprinkling irrigation significantly increased the leaf area,chlorophyll content,and leaf weight,the leaf area increased by 3.0% and 1.9%,respectively,the chlorophyll content increased by 13.9% and 11.5%,respectively,and the leaf weight increased by 5.8% and 5.1%,respectively.Drip irrigation and sprinkling irrigation could slightly increase the single fruit weight and fruit shape index,significantly increase the coloring index and smoothness index.The single fruit weight increased by 3.2% and 1.9%,the coloring index increased by 6.1% and 4.1%,the smoothness index increased by 4.7% and 2.8%,and the proportion of red fruit increased by 4.2% and 2.2%,respectively.The content of soluble solids in drip irrigation and sprinkling irrigation was significantly higher than that in flood irrigation,which was 13.0% and 2.6% higher than CK,respectively.The fruit hardness in drip irrigation and sprinkling irrigation was 7.9% and 2.2% higher than CK,respectively,and that in drip irrigation increased significantly.The yield in drip irrigation and sprinkling irrigation was 12.1% and 8.2% higher than CK,respectively.In conclusion,drip irrigation and sprinkling irrigation could promote the growth of apple trees,improve the fruit quality,and increase the yield of apple trees,and the effect of drip irrigation is better than sprinkling irrigation.Ru CHEN Yongye HUANG Xinglu JI Yuehua XU Xiaomin XUE Jinzheng WANG 2018Asian Agricultural Research2018,10,7:0
