2Realization of highly isolated stable few-spin systems based on alkaline-earth fermions显示文摘Few-level systems consisting of a certain number of spin states have provided the basis of a wide range of cold atom researches.However,more developments are still needed for better preparation of isolated few-spin systems.In this work,we demonstrate a highly nonlinear spin-discriminating(HNSD)method for isolating an arbitrary few-level manifold out of a larger total number of spin ground states in fermionic alkaline-earth atoms.With this method,we realize large and tunable energy shifts for unwanted spin states while inducing negligible shifts for the spin states of interest,which leads to a highly isolated few-spin system under minimal perturbation.Furthermore,the isolated few-spin system exhibits a long lifetime on the hundred-millisecond scale.Using the HNSD method,we demonstrate a characteristic Rabi oscillation between the two states of an isolated two-spin Fermi gas.Our method has wide applicability for realizing long-lived two-spin or high-spin quantum systems based on alkaline-earth fermions.Wen-Wei Wang Han Zhang Chang Qiao Ming-Cheng Liang Rui Wu Xibo Zhang 2023Frontiers of physics2023,18,6:0
3Evaluating the performance of genomic selection on purebred population by incorporating crossbred data in pigs显示文摘Genomic selection(GS)has been widely used in livestock,which greatly accelerated the genetic progress of complex traits.The population size was one of the significant factors affecting the prediction accuracy,while it was limited by the purebred population.Compared to directly combining two uncorrelated purebred populations to extend the reference population size,it might be more meaningful to incorporate the correlated crossbreds into reference population for genomic prediction.In this study,we simulated purebred offspring(PAS and PBS)and crossbred offspring(CAB)base on real genotype data of two base purebred populations(PA and PB),to evaluate the performance of genomic selection on purebred while incorporating crossbred information.The results showed that selecting key crossbred individuals via maximizing the expected genetic relationship(REL)was better than the other methods(individuals closet or farthest to the purebred population,CP/FP)in term of the prediction accuracy.Furthermore,the prediction accuracy of reference populations combining PA and CAB was significantly better only based on PA,which was similar to combine PA and PAS.Moreover,the rank correlation between the multiple of the increased relationship(MIR)and reliability improvement was 0.60-0.70.But for individuals with low correlation(Cor(Pi,PA or B),the reliability improvement was significantly lower than other individuals.Our findings suggested that incorporating crossbred into purebred population could improve the performance of genetic prediction compared with using the purebred population only.The genetic relationship between purebred and crossbred population is a key factor determining the increased reliability while incorporating crossbred population in the genomic prediction on pure bred individuals.Jun Zhou Qing Lin Xueyan Feng Duanyang Ren Jinyan Teng Xibo Wu Dan Wu Xiaoke Zhang Xiaolong Yuan Zanmou Chen Jiaqi Li Zhe Zhang Hao Zhang 2024Journal of Integrative Agriculture2024,23,2:0
4Twisted Intramolecular Charge Transfer—Aggregation-Induced Emission Fluorogen with Polymer Encapsulation-Enhanced NearInfrared Emission for Bioimaging显示文摘Fluorescence probes with strong near-infrared(NIR)emission and water solubility are considered useful visualization tools for localization marking as well as investigating cell migration and transplantation.Here,we designed and synthesized a new donor–π–acceptor(D–π–A)fluorogen,2-(4-[(E)-4-(diphenylamino)styryl]phenyl)-3-(4′-[1,2,2-triphenylvinyl]-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-yl)fumaronitrile(TB-TPE).TB-TPE exhibits twisted intramolecular charge transfer(TICT)and aggregation-induced emission(AIE)in the NIR region,with an emission peak at 714 nm and a fluorescence quantum yield(Qy)of 6.6%in the solid state.By encapsulating TB-TPE with polystyrene–polyethylene glycol(PS-PEG),watersoluble TB-TPE-PS-PEG nanoparticles(TP NPs)are fabricated,which display polymer encapsulationenhanced emission with a Qy of 46.5%due to the strong restriction effect on the TICT process and the destruction of H aggregation for TB-TPE by the polymer matrix.Au-coated Fe_(3)O_(4)(Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au)nanocrystals were then embedded in the TP NPs to form highly fluorescent TB-TPE-Fe_(3)O_(4)-Au-PS-PEG nanoparticles(TFAP NPs)with a Qy of 39.7%.Our demonstration of successful cellular imaging of TP NPs for Hep-G2 cells and multimodality imaging of TFAP NPs in mouse liver tumors indicates that polymer-encapsulated TB-TPE offers great prospects as a multifunctional fluorescence probe for bioimaging.Lingchen Meng Xibo Ma Shan Jiang Song Zhang Zhiyuan Wu Bin Xu Zhen Lei Leijing Liu Wenjing Tian 2021CCS Chemistry2021,3,3:0
5Effects of Different Planting Densities on the Yield of Rice Developed from Seedlings Dry Raised in Plug Trays显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different planting densities on rice tillering dynamics and yield. [Methods]The effects of different planting densities on rice yield were studied based on seedlings dry raised in plug trays. [Results]Planting density had obvious effects on tillering dynamics,number of panicles per unit area,number of grains per panicle and rice yield under the condition of seedlings dry raised in plug trays. Comprehensive analysis showed that the row spacing × hill spacing = 25 cm × 14 cm,that is,the planting density of 2. 85 × 10~5 hills/hm^2,achieved the highest yield,at 9 960 kg/hm^2.
