1Autonomous Domain Correlation-Based Cross-domain Network View Caching Method for SDN Distributed Controller显示文摘Software-defined networks(SDN) maintain a global view of the network, thus improving the intelligence of forwarding decisions. With the expansion of the network scale, distributed controllers are used in a variety of large-scale networks in which subnetworks managed by controller instance are called autonomous domains. We analyze statistic frequency of communication across the autonomous domain. We calculate the autonomous domain correlations for controller instances using acquired statistical information. We cache network views to highly correlated controller instances. Distributed controllers are capable of considering both the average response time and overall storage. 3Parameter selection in time series prediction based on nu-support vector regression显示文摘The theory of nu-support vector regression (Nu-SVR) is employed in modeling time series variationfor prediction. In order to avoid prediction performance degradation caused by improper parameters, themethod of parallel multidimensional step search (PMSS) is proposed for users to select best parameters intraining support vector machine to get a prediction model. A series of tests are performed to evaluate themodeling mechanism and prediction results indicate that Nu-SVR models can reflect the variation tendencyof time series with low prediction error on both familiar and unfamiliar data. Statistical analysis is alsoemployed to verify the optimization performance of PMSS algorithm and comparative results indicate thattraining error can take the minimum over the interval around planar data point corresponding to selectedparameters. 4GPGPU Cloud: A Paradigm for General Purpose Computing显示文摘The Kepler General Purpose GPU (GPGPU) architecture was developed to directly support GPU virtualization and make GPGPU cloud computing more broadly applicable by providing general purpose computing capability in the form of on-demand virtual resources. This paper describes a baseline GPGPU cloud system built on Kepler GPUs, for the purpose of exploring hardware potential while improving task performance. This paper elaborates a general scheme which defines the whole cloud system into a cloud layer, a server layer, and a GPGPU layer. This paper also illustrates the hardware features, task features, scheduling mechanism, and execution mechanism of each layer. 5Nonnegative Matrix Tri-Factorization Based Clustering in a Heterogeneous Information Network with Star Network Schema显示文摘Heterogeneous Information Networks(HINs)contain multiple types of nodes and edges;therefore,they can preserve the semantic information and structure information.Cluster analysis using an HIN has obvious advantages over a transformation into a homogenous information network,which can promote the clustering results of different types of nodes.In our study,we applied a Nonnegative Matrix Tri-Factorization(NMTF)in a cluster analysis of multiple metapaths in HIN.Unlike the parameter estimation method of the probability distribution in previous studies,NMTF can obtain several dependent latent variables simultaneously,and each latent variable in NMTF is associated with the cluster of the corresponding node in the HIN.The method is suited to co-clustering leveraging multiple metapaths in HIN,because NMTF is employed for multiple nonnegative matrix factorizations simultaneously in our study.Experimental results on the real dataset show that the validity and correctness of our method,and the clustering result are better than that of the existing similar clustering algorithm.Juncheng Hu Yongheng Xing Mo Han Feng Wang Kuo Zhao Xilong Che 2022Tsinghua Science and Technology2022,27,2:0
