| 1 | Microstructure and thermal conductivity of copper matrix composites reinforced with mixtures of diamond and SiC particles显示文摘The thermal conductivity of diamond hybrid SiC/Cu,diamond/Cu and SiC/Cu composite were calculated by using the extended differential effective medium (DEM) theoretical model in this paper.The effects of the particle volume fraction,the particle size and the volume ratio of the diamond particles to the total particles on the thermal conductivity of the composite were studied.The DEM theoretical calculation results show that,for the diamond hybrid SiC/Cu composite,when the particle volume fraction is above 46% and the volume ratio of the diamond particles to the SiC particles is above 13:12,the thermal conductivity of the composite can reach 500 W·m-1·K-1.The thermal conduc-tivity of the composite has little change when the particle size is above 200μm.The experimental results show that Ti can improve the wettability of the SiC and Cu.The thermal conductivity of the diamond hybrid SiCTi/Cu is almost two times better than that of the diamond hybrid SiC/Cu.It is feasible to predict the thermal conductivity of the composite by DEM theoretical model. | Han, Yuanyuan Guo, Hong Yin, Fazhang Zhang, Ximin Chu, Ke Fan, Yeming | 2012 | Rare Metals2012,31,1: | 14 |
| 2 | Investigating the dynamic mechanical behaviors of polyurea through experimentation and modeling显示文摘Polyurea is widely employed as a protective coating in many fields because of its superior ability to improve the anti-blast and anti-impact capability of structures.In this study,the mechanical properties of polyurea XS-350 were investigated via systematic experimentation over a wide range of strain rates(0.001-7000 s^-1)by using an MTS,Instron VHS,and split-Hopkinson bars.The stress-strain behavior of polyurea was obtained for various strain rates,and the effects of strain rate on the primary mechanical properties were analyzed.Additionally,a modified rate-dependent constitutive model is proposed based on the nine-parameter Mooney-Rivlin model.The results show that the stress-strain curves can be divided into three distinct regions:the linear-elastic stage,the highly elastic stage,and an approximate linear region terminating in fracture.The mechanical properties of the polyurea material were found to be highly dependent on the strain rate.Furthermore,a comparison between model predictions and the experimental stress-strain curves demonstrated that the proposed model can characterize the mechanical properties of polyurea over a wide range of strain rates. | Hao Wang Ximin Deng Haijun Wu Aiguo Pi Jinzhu Li Fenglei Huang | 2019 | Defence Technology(防务技术)2019,15,6: | 13 |
| 3 | Interfacial microstructure and properties of diamond/Cu-xCr composites for electronic packaging applications显示文摘Diamond/Cu-xCr composites were fabricated by pressure infiltration process.The thermal conductivities of diamond/Cu-xCr(x = 0.1,0.5,0.8) composites were above 650 W/mK,higher than that of diamond/Cu composites.The tensile strengths ranged from 186 to 225 MPa,and the bonding strengths ranged from 400 to 525 MPa.Influences of Cr element on the thermo-physical properties and interface structures were analyzed.The intermediate layer was confirmed as Cr3C2 and the amount of Cr3C2 increased with the increase of Cr concentration in Cu-xCr alloys.When the Cr concentration was up to 0.5 wt.%,the content of the Cr3C2 layer was constant.As the thickness of the Cr3C2 layer became larger,the composites showed a lower thermal conductivity but higher mechanical properties.The coefficients of thermal expansion(CTE) of diamond/Cu-xCr(x = 0.1,0.5,0.8) composites were in good agreement with the predictions of the Kerner' model. | ZHANG Ximin GUO Hong YIN Fazhang FAN Yeming ZHANG Yongzhong | 2011 | Rare Metals2011,30,1: | 12 |

| 5 | Visible-near infrared ultra-broadband polarization-independent metamaterial perfect absorber involving phase-change materials显示文摘We numerically demonstrate a novel ultra-broadband polarization-independent metamaterial perfect absorber in the visible and near-infrared region involving the phase-change material Ge_2Sb_2Te_5(GST).The novel perfect absorber scheme consists of an array of high-index strong-absorbance GST square resonators separated from a continuous Au substrate by a low-index lossless dielectric layer(silica)and a high-index GST planar cavity.Three absorption peaks with the maximal absorbance up to 99.94% are achieved,owing to the excitation of plasmon-like dipolar or quadrupole resonances from the high-index GST resonators and cavity resonances generated by the GST planar cavity.The intensities and positions of the absorption peaks show strong dependence on structural parameters.A heat transfer model is used to investigate the temporal variation of temperature within the GST region.The results show that the temperature of amorphous GST can reach up to 433 K of the phase transition temperature from room temperature in just 0.37 ns with a relatively low incident light intensity of 1.11×10~8W∕m^2,due to the enhanced ultra-broadband light absorbance through strong plasmon resonances and cavity resonance in the absorber.The study suggests a feasible means to lower the power requirements for photonic devices based on a thermal phase change via engineering ultra-broadband light absorbers. | Ximin Tian Zhi-Yuan Li | 2016 | Photonics Research2016,4,4: | 5 |

The insurer and the reinsurer are allowed to invest in a risk-free asset and a risky asset. Moreover, the authors consider the correlation between the claim process and the price process of the risky asset. The authors ?rst study the optimization problem of maximizing the expected exponential utility of terminal wealth for the insurer. Then with the optimal reinsurance strategy chosen by the insurer, the authors consider two optimization problems for the reinsurer: The problem of maximizing the expected exponential utility of terminal wealth and the problem of minimizing the ruin probability. By solving the corresponding Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equations, the authors derive the optimal reinsurance and investment strategies, explicitly. | 17 | Epidemic status of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in Hainan island,China显示文摘Objective:To understand the current epidemiological status of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in Hainan island and provide the scientific evidences for prevention and control of the disease.Methods:The investigation on nature infection condition of intermediate hosts and final hosts of Angiostrongylus cantonensis were carried out in five counties,Hainan Province, and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was employed to detect antibodies of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in human hosts.Results:A total of 1 612 molluscs were examined, 21.3%of which harbored L3 of Angiostrongylus cantonensis.Among them,the infection rates of Pomacea canaliculata,Achatina fulica,Cepaea and Phlegm bilineatus were 12.3696(64/518), 22.66%(121/534),20.93%(9/43),and 28.24%(146/517),respectively.Of the 118 rats trapped,13 Rattus norvegicus were found to be infected with Angiostrongylus cantonensis.A total of 459 serum samples were collected and tested.92 serum samples were Angiostrongylus cantonensis antibody-positive.Conclusions:The survey revealed a wide distribution of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in Hainan island.Pomacea canaUculata and Achatina fulica are main intermediate hosts of Angiostrongylus cantonensis.Rattus novegicus is a nature definitive host,indicating that a considerable number of people are at risk of angiostrongyliasis.Health education,rigorous food inspection and surveillance are all needed to prevent angiostrongyliasis outbreaks in future. | Ximin Hu Jianwei Du Chongjin Tong Shanqing Wang Jian Liu Yuchun Li Changhua He | 2011 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2011,4,4: | 2 |
