3A transformer-based Siamese network and an open optical dataset for semantic change detection of remote sensing images显示文摘Recent change detection(CD)methods focus on the extraction of deep change semantic features.However,existing methods overlook the fine-grained features and have the poor ability to capture long-range space–time information,which leads to the micro changes missing and the edges of change types smoothing.In this paper,a potential transformer-based semantic change detection(SCD)model,Pyramid-SCDFormer is proposed,which precisely recognizes the small changes and fine edges details of the changes.The SCD model selectively merges different semantic tokens in multi-head self-attention block to obtain multiscale features,which is crucial for extraction information of remote sensing images(RSIs)with multiple changes from different scales.Moreover,we create a well-annotated SCD dataset,Landsat-SCD with unprecedented time series and change types in complex scenarios.Comparing with three Convolutional Neural Network-based,one attention-based,and two transformer-based networks,experimental results demonstrate that the Pyramid-SCDFormer stably outperforms the existing state-of-the-art CD models and obtains an improvement in MIoU/F1 of 1.11/0.76%,0.57/0.50%,and 8.75/8.59%on the LEVIR-CD,WHU_CD,and Landsat-SCD dataset respectively.For change classes proportion less than 1%,the proposed model improves the MIoU by 7.17–19.53%on Landsat-SCD dataset.The recognition performance for small-scale and fine edges of change types has greatly improved.Panli Yuan Qingzhan Zhao Xingbiao Zhao Xuewen Wang Xuefeng Long Yuchen Zheng 2022International Journal of Digital Earth2022,15,1:2

9A hydroxyl radical detection system using gas expansion and fast gating laser-induced fluorescence techniques显示文摘An OH radical measurement instrument based on Fluorescence Assay by Gas Expansion(FAGE)has been developed in our laboratory.Ambient air is introduced into a low-pressure fluorescence cell through a pinhole aperture and irradiated by a dye laser at a high repetition rate of 8.5 k Hz.The OH radical is both excited and detected at 308 nm using A-X(0,0)band.To satisfy the high efficiency needs of fluorescence collection and detection,a 4-lens optical system and a self-designed gated photomultiplier(PMT)is used,and gating is actualized by switching the voltage applied on the PMT dynodes.A micro channel photomultiplier(MCP)is also prepared for fluorescence detection.Then the weak signal is accumulated by a photon counter in a specific timing.The OH radical excitation spectrum range in the wavelength of 307.82–308.2 nm is detected and the excited line for OH detection is determined to be Q_1(2)line.The calibration of the FAGE system is researched by using simultaneous photolysis of H_2O and O_2.The minimum detection limit of the instrument using gated PMT is determined to be 9.4×10~5molecules/cm^3,and the sensitivity is 9.5×10^(-7)cps/(OH·cm^(-3)),with a signal-to-noise ratio of 2 and an integration time of 60 sec,while OH detection limit and the detection sensitivity using MCP is calculated to be 1.6×10~5molecules/cm^3and 2.3×10^(-6)cps/(OH·cm^(-3)).The laboratory OH radical measurement is carried out and results show that the proposed system can be used for atmospheric OH radical measurement.Hao Chen Renzhi Hu Pinhua Xie Xingbiao Xing Liuyi Ling Zhiyan Li Fengyang Wang Yihui Wang Jianguo Liu Wenqing Liu 2018Journal of Environmental Sciences2018,30,3:1

19THE EFFECT OF ACUPUNCTURE ON PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF ISCHEMIC ARRHYTHMIA AND THE RELATION BETWEEN EFFECT OF ACUPUNCTURE AND CHOLINERGIC MUSCARINE-LIKE RECEPTORS显示文摘For investigating the effect of acupuncture on ischemic arrhythmia and its mech-anism, adult albino rats with ligated anterior descending branch of coronary artery as experimentalmodel were treated with or without acupuncture, and others with imitative operation but without bothcoronary artery ligation and acupuncture treatment were used as control.
