12Preparation of silicon carbide nitride films on Si substrate by pulsed high-energy density plasma显示文摘Thin films of silicon carbide nitride (SiCN) were prepared on (111) oriented silicon substrates by pulsed high-energy density plasma (PHEDP). The evolution of the chemical bonding states between silicon, nitrogen and carbon was investigated as a function of discharge voltage using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. With an increase in discharge voltage both the C 1s and N 1s spectra shift to lower binding energy due to the formation of C-Si and N-Si bonds. The Si-C-N bonds were observed in the deconvolved C 1s and N 1s spectra. The X-ray diffractometer (XRD) results show that there were no crystals in the films. 13Aggregation Process in the Ion Irradiated Solid Films显示文摘A fractal aggregation process in the ion irradiated films was recognized.The process was intrinsic of interaction of ions with solids and sincerely modelled by the cluster diffusion-limited-aggregation model.The energetic ions not only drive the atoms and clusters in the area of collision cascade in motion which may be modelled as random walks,but also create vacancies and voids which contribute to the aggregation process.The process was also of percolation characteristic with a fractal dimension 1.82 at the critical point.WANG Jian CAI Jun WU Xingfang LIU Baixin FANG Zhengzhi 1991Chinese Physics Letters1991,8,8:0
14Research progress in the inner surface modification of metal tubes by plasma processing显示文摘The recent progress in inner surface hardening of tubes by plasma processing is summerized. Several techniques of inner surface plasma source ion implantation and deposition are introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed. The basic principles, technical features and new progress of inner surface plasma source ion implantation methods for metal tubes, which were developed in our laboratory, are described in detail. 15BUTTERFLY MARTENSITE NUCLEATION IN AN Fe-Ni-V-C ALLOY显示文摘The butterfly martensite nuclei in an Fe-Ni-V-C alloy were observed under TEM,they con-sist of enveloping dislocations with Burger’s vector(1/2)[(?)]fcc and arrays of dislocationswith Burger’s vector(1/2)[(?)10]fcc piled up within the former.The enveloping dislocationsand the arrays of dislocations provide the required shear when the planes((?)11)fccmove witheach other to alter their stacking order and change into the planes(110)bcc respectively.Thenecessary adjustment of the spacings is provided by the dislocations in martensite.Thecrystallographic relationship after double-shear is K-S one.CHEN Qizhi WU Xingfang KE Jun (T Ko) University of Science and Technology Beijing,Beijing,China 1991Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)1991,4,6:0
